I left my previous insurance company that I had been with for 10yrs, to come to AllState and Samantha Nelson was fantastic! She helped get my policy set up and my kids added on and it was effortless! Even got my ex husband to transfer his policies over as well! With my young drivers she worked to help get them covered at a better rate than my previous company! **edit a year later still best insurance dude around!!!Allstate insurance was the cheapest option for liability, I was shocked, considering I always tried cheap off the cuff insurance agencies just trying to cut down on a few bucks here and there. John contacted us and was relentless, not annoying- and finally we took the bait and saved almost 100.00 a month on insurance from safe auto to Allstate. Even when I bumped a guy in the parking lot and called my agent they were very cool headed, everything was settled fast my policy didnt go up and I was grateful for that. Thank you Mr. John Standefer his friendly staff and Allstate (u know u say allstate in that deep voice when u read it) for not giving up on us and relentlessly pursing to help us save money. We have been Allstate(John Standefer) customers for the past 13 years and were with at least 3 other insurance companies prior to that time. We have had bad experiences with the other companies we were with but have had nothing but great service from the Standefer Agency and Allstate. We feel like they care about us and not just getting our premium payment every month. We have had opportunities to move our business to other companies but we are so happy with Allstate that we dont want to move.
