We had an old system replaced and weren’t sure we’d be able to achieve even heating/cooling in our historic house. Mike came out and devised a way to get it done and I can’t express how happy we are with the results. From start to finish the entire process was clearly articulated and explained. Everyone on the install crew was just as helpful with explaining the system and were friendly and sweet to our super curious pets. I was honestly shocked when he quoted the price because we’d been given an estimate that was just over 3x the price we ended up paying. We are so happy with the work and saved enough that we are getting a whole house dehumidifier installed by King in the near future.Don’t hesitate to get a quote and work with these folks. I promise you won’t regret it!

The service was completed in an orderly manner however there was miscommunication about when the installation would take place as AFTER the agreement was signed the job was not completed for three more weeks. The finance payments are way too high on interest to be asking for the full amount up front. Once an agreement is made the original date of installation should be fulfilled as agreed upon. More portable units should also be available to anyone needing them as they seem to be in short supply. Other than that the work was done professionally and quickly.

Taylor, the Service technician was very professional, and went above and beyond to get our AC up and running today, not only addressing the issue I originally called about but checked a few other things for us while he was here and found a second problem that needed addressed and took care of that as well. Im a person who wants to be well informed on what the problem is and how we got here, and he was very knowledgeable about everything leaving me with no unanswered questions. So Id highly recommend King Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone for their heating and cooling service needs.

Service will be getting done later this month. I was able to call that day and had them come out the same day to give me my options. I was given two choices and I asked so many questions that I was truly grateful he was extremely patient and helpful. I’ll update after it’s put in but I am definitely happy with the customer service and overall experience.

I called King for emergency repair to my AC last month. They got us through the weekend, but the system is gone. I called them for a bid to replace my AC. Technician was on time, very thorough and answered my questions. There was no push or pressure to make the sale and the agent was very patient in ensuring I understood everything.

King Air and there technician Bush was polite and able to correct our over charged AC system. The technician was able to answer my question at the end of the service call.

As always the service technicians were polite a worked efficiently. Keep up the good service.

Ive used this company for years. Ive given other companies my business from time to time but King always stands out as the best for me.

Ac froze up. Came out next day. Spendy but done. Even cam out 2 days later to fix my thermostat.

Floyd and Robert did an excellent job with a new furnace, AC install and duct cleaning. The job was not an easy one, as I wanted the furnace to be placed in a small utility closet upstairs. The original furnace unit was installed with the closet being built around it, which had been in there since 1976. Not only was King the only company that said they could do it, but they did it right. As youll see in the pictures below, not only did they get it to fit in the closet, but they had to machine parts so that it would fit the filter and attach at the top, among other things. When they ran into problems, they used creative solutions to work around it and make it fit. This is more of a work or art. You know they did a good job when you want to show it off. I never thought I would say this, but I cannot wait to turn on my A/C this Summer just to test it out! Especially with the clean ducts that will have air flowing more easily and we wont be breathing in the dust. They are professional, nice, funny, skilled and knowledgeable. Everything from Mike coming in to give the bid to the clean up was a pleasant experience. Between the products they sell to the craftsmanship, to the knowledge and great looking installs, they are worth every cent. Highly recommend.

Fired up our AC for the season, and it didnt power up. King had 2 technicians out in a matter of hours, diagnosed the problem, installed new parts, and my home was back to cooling the same day. Great service 👍🏻

Fred D. was very polite and helpful. There was carbon monoxide leaking so he temporarily fixed it so the carbon monoxide wont leak. He will come up with a permanent solution when the manager is back in the office.

The same technician came to work on the system he had worked on earlier in the week. He struggled to repair it on Monday and had to call in a second technician. When he arrived on Friday, to work on the system again, he informed Loren (my husband) that there would be charges. We felt this was not appropriate, as the system was still not repaired. The technician became belligerent and stomped off to his truck. He did come back and apologize but we would appreciate NOT having this technician back at our home.

The vent should have been checked/cleaned out when new furnace and air conditioning unit was installed earlier this year

We have been doing business with King since purchasing our new home. We signed up for a maintenance contract and have not been disappointed. Each spring and fall a service technician comes to our home and thoroughly goes over out system. Recently we realized our AC was not working. I called KIng on a Sunday evening and at 8:30 AM on Monday a service technician was at the house. He diagnose and fixed the problem quickly, performed other checks and we were soon cool.

This visit was the one year installation follow up for our furnace. The technician,. Fred D was very professional, friendly and thorough. He made a recommendation to improve our heating system . He provided A1 service.

We sought 5 estimates. It was very interesting the different bids we received. They differed in specs for the required size units and price.It seemed the higher the price bid, the lower the specs offered. But, this was not the case with King.We knew we had to replace one of our R-22 units because the compressor went out. So, the boss came and gave a free proposal and showed up promptly and we had the quote before he left...in writing with online acceptance capability. There was no vacuum cleaner salesman pitch.We liked him so much, we took two units. :-)They showed on time when scheduled and finished on time. They vacuumed up all the evidence that it ever happened. Everything was to code and even the often unseen details were addressed such as the fall of the PVC piping for the inlet air to the furnace.The crew was very courteous to my wife and very respectful of the house as they worked.Having received 5 bids, I can firmly say, I highly recommend King.-Sean Miller

I have a 34 year old air conditioner. I was prepared to replace it. Technician told me it was only a fuse and he could fix my existing one. He could have easily got a sale of a new air conditioner but did the right thing and saved me a bunch of money.

We had to call them for our furnace last year during the winter and our ac this summer, and they take the stress out if the headache of the HVAC not working right. Great and fast service. I called in the morning about my furnace not working and they were able to work me in that day. The lady I spoke to at the office was super nice, and did a great job. Jon was super nice and showed up within the time I was told he would be at my house. He was very nice about answering all my questions, and not being pushy about getting me to sign up for a yearly maintenance agreement. Also Jon was very attentive to not adding any extra dirt too my house by wearing shoe covers. I highly recommend King Air, and Jon. Wonderful experience!

We had them out to clean and check our furnace for colder weather. The visit was quick, friendly, and efficient! Mike P. was in and out very fast, and our furnace is ready to go for winter! He was on time and very friendly while he was here! Would recommend King to others!!

King came out when I had issues with my furnace shorting out. At first, I was told I needed a new thermostat. After purchasing one and my furnace continuing to short out, I had them come out again. After being told they weren’t able to determine the issue, I quickly googled possible issues and recommended a couple issues. Only then, the service man recommended replacing the board heat relay and gave an estimate.I feel that after performing a service clean and check, not to mention having clearly communicated the problems I was having, that they should have been able to figure out the problem after one visit instead of paying for two service calls and having to tell the technician what the problem was.

Easy to schedule service calls on the companys website. Scheduled a service call at 6:30 AM and received a call back by 8:30 AM. Very honest and thorough service technicians. Service technician Jon patiently answered all of my questions and explained how he diagnosed the problem with my heat pump. I highly recommend this company.

The usual great service. We have a clean and check done every spring and fall. The system keeps running perfectly and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend King. This spring we had to move our appointment a couple of time and they were very accommodating to get us re-scheduled.
