I have had two negative experiences with Belmont. The first was in September of 2017. I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate because they would not give me an estimate over the phone. When the technicians arrived they told me that I had been scheduled for a cleaning. I had to call in to work and move as much furniture as I could before they cleaned. The second incident was this morning. They were scheduled to clean my carpets at 9am. I moved all of my furniture the night before and took off work. I just spoke to Terri who said that no one would be coming today. I would not recommend this company.

They did and excellent job! Removed pet stains and soot from the fireplace that had been ground into the carpet. Excellent service, timely and professional. Will definitely be using them again. Carpets were dry within just a few hours!

I was given a $30 discount to write this review.I had a pretty big sticker shock when I was told how much it would cost to clean two small rooms, a hallway, two area rugs, and two small rugs: $332 AFTER the discount.That being said, Joel was professional and meticulous about his work. Lots of time and various steps in his process.I had that kind of pit in my stomach after paying the bill. However, after walking around on the clean carpet and seeing how good it looked, I felt better. It was soft and SO clean.Stains that have been there since we moved in were gone, and it seems like they wont be coming back this time.Not sure Ill be able to justify this cost again, but I sure wish I could; it seems you get what you pay for.

Belmont came to clean a carpet that was filthy from dirty dogs rolling around on it! Not only did they get it clean but I appreciate the natural products they used to do so. The technician was extremely courteous and helpful and I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent - couldnt believe it!!! We have two dogs and white-colored carpet - two things that do not go hand-in-hand. There were old pet stains all over the carpet from when the dogs were puppies. Pee, poop and bleached cleaning stains from us trying to improperly clean up the messes. We figured we were going to have to replace the carpets, but decided to call Belmont Cleaning beforehand. Our carpets are like NEW!!!! Couldnt believe it, totally mind-blown at how they got out EVERY SINGLE STAIN! They were so nice and saved us thousands of dollars not having to replace our carpets.
