Paint job looks like it was done in a wind storm side mirror was replaced with cheaper then what I had parts.they dident even buff out the scuffs caused by the accident Ive had much better quality work done in the past

Excellent work on hail damage repair, also a good price considering the amount of work needed to be put in (approx. 15-20 dents). Understanding from our side was to fix all hail damage, got the car back with two dents remaining. Nelsons wanted to charge for remaining dents, left us very frustrated. Nelsons Auto Bodys view on this is that we only agreed to fix certain dents and relies on memory for this. We understand that there are clients who only want partial hail damage repair, but this was not the case, we were clear in expressing that all hail damage was to be repaired. My only advice, follow up more with clients to ensure things are clearly understood. Maybe add a section in your quoting form called Notes where you can notate specific requests from the clients, such as we want all the hail damage done. We looked forward to using this family run business for many years to come, as we live in the valley; however, we will not be coming back.
