Really i did bring my rugs with 0 expectation. after staying home almost 1,5 years in quarantine with 2 wild kids my rugs were in deplorable, bad condition. Our rugs were all gifted to us so they all have big Value, memory. my only hope was to get them cleaned so i do not feel nasty to step on. but i got them back in almost brand new condition: clean, refreshed. i could not be more thankful to You Guys, You did Excellent Job.

Great rug cleaning service with reasonable pricing and flexible time schedules. This is a family owned business, and the people who work there are very professional, responsive and kind. Ive been a customer for 3 years and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. I usually bring my rugs for cleaning once a year (in the summer). They look like brand new when I pick them up. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve used this service three times in the past for my 8x5 living room rugs. Everyone I have talked to has been friendly and responsive. My rugs came back looking like new. The service is quick and easy with pick and from my building and delivery back. If the rugs aren’t in a good condition and arent ready for delivery in the time frame, you’ll get a call and they will coordinate until it’s in the best condition it can be for return. I HIGHLY recommend the pet stain service if you have pets, to get out any odors and/or stains. Additionally, get the rugs sealed - I learned the hard way after the third go around . The pet stain and sealer is a but extra but totally worth the cost.

I used this service to reweave a section of my rug. I asked for a vaccinated service person and was provided with one. He arrived on time, wore a mask and was very professional. It did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

I made a mistake by trying to clean the stain on my rug myself, which made it worst. Premier Oriental Rug Washing was able to remove the stain and the rug looks like new again. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

On December 23, 2020 I left the carpet to be cleaned with Premier Oriental Rug Cleaning. When the rug was brought to me, I didnt unfold it until the next day. I noticed stains and imprints. I was disappointed and I wrote about it in my review. I got a very quick response from the owner of Premier Rug Cleaning that they will clean the carpet again free of charge at a convenient time for me. The carpet was taken and I got it back soon. I was very pleasantly surprised because my carpet looked like new. I will definitely use their services and recommend them highly. They are very professional and take care of the customer. The BEST place to have your rugs cleaned and restored. I have used Premier to clean and replace fringe on several oriental rugs and the work has been beautiful. The rugs are cleaned with state of the art equipment with caring professionals who care about their customers. Their prices are reasonable, I would never use any other service to clean my rugs. These guys are great. I spilled a big glass of red wine on a light-colored viscose carpet and then proceeded to scrub it, to get the stain out. I made a mess. But Premier fixed it! It looks brand new. And to top it off, the owner of the company dropped off my carpet today - Saturday. Good service is hard to find, but I found it. Will keep their card in my wallet.

Last year I bought a hand knotted rug and unfortunately I spilled a red wine on the rug! Premier did an amazing job on the rug! The wine stain is gone! there is absolutely no damage to the rug, they also provided me with a brand new pad for a great price. Will recommend to family and friends!

Premier did an excellent job restoring our 15-year-old, never cleaned, ivory colored rug to its best condition. The color is once again, its clean, and it smells great. I will definitely be recommending them!

Nightmare. This company lost or sold my beautiful oriental rugs I trusted them to store while my home was being renovated. They even went so far as to falsify documents to try to claim they never had them. I went to the warehouse and found one od the rugs with no tags it, I am still missing two rugs. After a year of trusting them AGAIM when they said they would make it right, now that I have to sue them they are claiming they never had my rugs. Really so dishonest and terrible. They also shrunk some rugs--t- of my client--I am an interior designer-they dont block the rugs. So if you have valuable rugs dont let them take them, you may not get them back or they may comeback a different size.

Im a dog lover and my big guy had some accidents on my oriental rug! Premier was recommended to me by a friend and im very impressed with the work they provided! Not only my rug was picked up the next day but I got it back within a week! It looks amazing, dog accident stains are gone, the rug smells good (honestly i didnt expect the rug to look this good, for a second I thought they got me a new rug haha!). The guys were super professional and on time both on the pick up and the delivery day, thats always appreciated on my end since my schedule is busy and i dont have time to waste.
