They always take great care of customers. I moved away went to other dealerships that refuse do replace a tire that had warranty on it for a nail in it stating that the tread difference would be too great and ruin warranty of my drivetrain. These guys saw it without me saying a thing because of their inspection with oil change and replaced it without even asking because of my warranty. Normally during non pandemic times they have popcorn, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and lunch time pizzas. Still even during this time cold sods and coffee and tea. They even have charging stations for your phones and devices.

By Far the Best Auto Group Ive ever experienced.. The customer service department is Top Notch, My service representative was Peter between Him and Shannon they really took care of me, Im almost certain all Fields Automotive Dealerships are the same, Very professional I bought my truck 5 years ago and had to pay for my first oil change the other day, Im not a fan of going to a dealer to do all my repairs but I know my limits, I can still turn a Wrench 🔧 but at my age Ill leave it to the professionals Ty Fields and Peter/ Shannon really Ty
