Mark, the manager at this location is so conscientious about his work there. He set me up with the new public storage APP which allows us to push a button on our cell phone to open up the gate! Every time Im there I see him sweeping up litter or even shoveling snow during the Winter! The man really cares about doing good managing of the property. I would really recommend this location if you like a place that is run very efficiently! They have all different sizes of storage units here!

Lately I having back issues and cant lift objects more than 10lbs. So before I decided to hiresomeone to move for me, I called the office if someone can help me. This was my first time renting storage space. Mark was super helpful and check in was really easy. Facility is clean and climate controlled.

I needed to downsize my unit and coordinate a transfer. The Glenview location has gone to kiosk but Mark was on site and was a tremendous help. He helped me find a good replacement unit as location was very important to me, my online rental was done correctly for the unit I wanted and then also helped with refunds due to the transfer. He was great to work with, cheerful, efficient and his customer service was top notch. Thank you Mark. Great doing business with you! Kiosks are good for some things but a human is often what’s best!

My husband uses this Public Storage location for his business. The manager Mark has been extremely professional. We had an issue with the kiosk machine and he drove out from another location and fixed the machine at 6:00pm in the evening! He is also very good at getting people who violate the rules to straighten out. I think hes the best manager there so far!

The place is clean, climate controlled and isnt a rat trap like some of the other filthy units that I looked at in the area. On top of that Sam was a great help in showing me the units and answering my questions. It is a top notch storage facility.

Today I rented a storage unit from Public Storage. The customer service and attention to detail in regards to my needs and concerns were nothing short of remarkable. Although they do not offer military discounts, I have no problem whatsoever spending my hard-earned money here with Public Storage. Updated facility with a loading dock, which is a necessity for me. The staff is helpful, especially Kelly! She has helped me twice. Once when I left something valuable outside of my unit on accident. She put it in the office & called me. Second time when she relocated me to a unit that worked better for me, and cost $5 less per month. She is awesome.

Stopped the Public Storage location in Glenview to see what our options were to change our current storage area we are renting. We worked with Shanena in the office and she couldnt have been a more pleasant and helpful person to work with. We understand our options and although we can make a change this week due to the upcoming holiday, we look forward to finalizing a new unit on Saturday thanks to her thoroughly explaining our options. Another worker in the office at the time was Molly and she was equally amazing. Every Public Storage franchise location should have people like these amazing ladies. Also the location itself is immaculate. Clean, bright and warm.

Came in to visit. Met with Kelly the store manager. Shes a very friendly and knowledgeable person. She knows her stuff and she knows how to treat customers. Excellent service, convenient access, and great location. Their property manager, Sam, was a great help from day one. Ive heard rumors of rates going up within a few months of signing a contract. Ill update this review again in 3-4 months. Ill remove any comment about rate changes if there is no rate change, otherwise Ill clarify exactly how much it goes up.

Although this public storage location is convenient for me, the reason I selected it was because of the reviews. I rented earlier this week and I have not been disappointed. What makes this place standout, however, is the young man (Sam) who is managing this location. Sam goes above and beyond the call of duty. When I had some difficulties the other evening - after office hours - Sam came from home to help me out. I have rented from other storage companies and at other locations. No one has ever made the effort that Sam has made on my behalf. Without reservation and (with zero previous interactions with Sam), I would strongly recommend any location managed by this industrious young man.

This is the best location area for me, so close to home and easy to access to main road. The units are so clean. Hattie is so friendly and helpful all the way from the minute I signed in. She even went out to the gate and helped me to operate the automatic gate for the first time. I would love to recommend to the my friends, my neighbors about this location and its services.

I am very impressed with the cleanliness and security of this site in Glenview. I also really like that it has a regular loading area (for big trucks) since I am going to be transferring belongings with a moving van. It is a bit out of the way since I live in the city, but I like the area very much, and Im out there for other reasons regularly. The price is also less expensive than comparable city storage.I appreciated help in setting up my account from Dennis. Hes clean cut and very respectful. Offered helpful advice on how to best use the storage unit. I look forward to having all my extra belongings in this facility with trusted management to assist me.

I must have come in 10 times for boxes, bubble wrap and paper. Letha and Heather were very friendly and helpful. They helped me carry everything to my car each time I came in even though I did not ask them to. By the last time I came in, I felt like I knew them personally. They were wonderful to buy from and made the experience of moving so much better.

I was researching places to keep my furniture while refinishing our basement when I walked into this office. Crespo was quick to assess what would work best for me and showed me a garage that seems like a good match. I dont need the room yet and even though he tried to convince me to get it now, I didnt but thought his customer service was so great that I would write the review for him. I will see him in the middle of next month and conduct business with him at that time. I definitely recommend this property.

The facility itself has some issues. The rolling carts that are usually provided at storage lockers are seldom available here when you need them. Frequently, I needed to walk a long distance to locate one of the few on the premises. Although I suggested many times that new ones needed to be purchased and placed at all dock entrances, that suggestion was never acted upon over a period of many years. In addition, the building has poor ventilation and the smell of mold is in the air. Debris would sit for days near the loading dock, suggesting only an occasional clean-up. So if you are a person with any respiratory issues, I would think twice about renting a locker here. Allergies and asthma sufferers beware!!On the positive side regarding this location, the office staff are very nice people. In particular, Cresto (Daniel) and Hattie are exemplary employees who do actually care about customer service. However, that being said, given the aforementioned issues, I would have to give this location a thumbs down!

On July 2, 2015 I stopped by the closest Public Storage where I am temporarily living (Glenview) to make a monthly payment and was greeted by Hattie. My compliments to Hattie for making that visit so pleasant. Hattie is efficient, friendly, and a very professional representative of Public Storage. Thanks Hattie.

I needed a unit to put some things in before moving and I went to the Public Storage on lEast Lake Street in Glenview. Richard was the on duty manager and he made me feel welcome. He drew a map to find my unit, we looked at the unit and the floor was very dirty. He went out of his way to get a broom and sweep it out for me before I put my totes in there. He also made sure I knew where to park to unload my car without stairs. He explained everything about the contract so I wouldn’t be confused. He was Very helpful!! Thank You Richard! I have rented a storage unit at this location for almost two years to store family furniture and other importantly family records etc. I have had the good fortune to be assisted by both Letha and Heather in dealing with multiple matters and am very grateful for their professional manner, their care and concern for our possessions and our satisfaction, and for their Managers intervention when we needed to move our locker to another location and there were no lockers immediately available. Very satisfied to have a great group of professionals to deal with!

Jut got a 10 L x 10 W x 8 H storage space $110/mo., half mile from house. Convenient, clean. Quick access - drive in bay to load/unload. Boxes are way expensive, go to UHaul for packing materials. This easy in_ easy out for 3 months or so. We can get enough stuff out of house do floors, paint & any other inside fixups. Get house on market. Sold, call movers and Sayonara IL. So far so good...manager very nice and informative. Very generous access hours.

Worked with Sam who went beyond to accommodate my 20 minute early arrival to the facility. Great experience will recommend to people.
