Cannot believe how smooth and poise the whole process was with Steve and our videographer Jace! From the contract discussions to the actual wedding day, I felt super comfortable and it felt like we had worked with them for the tenth time, not the first time.I was impressed with Jaces ability to adapt and work with the photographer (by others) and they quickly talked through the shots and they helped each other as if they were coworkers. Jace was super focused, on top of it, ready to shoot, and explained how the audio and video was going to be recorded. He made the day feel like a fun photo shoot and asked what shots or audio we envisioned for our wedding video - he coordinated so well and I highly appreciate that.We were very lucky to have a positive vibe from Jace and how flexible he was. We were even running late on our wedding timeline and he assured us he would capture our day and just allowed us to enjoy the day.Hands down, I highly recommend Buller Media (request Jace!!!) due to their professionalism, flexibility, and reliability. I had guests ask who the videographer worked for as they have upcoming weddings themselves.Our package included: isolated mics on the groom and celebrant, one isolated mic on ceremony music band, one stand still camera focused on couple, one moving camera controlled by Jace, selecting song for wedding video(s), and one amazing experience for our big day!

Buller Media was amazing for my wedding day. I spoke with the owner, Steve, for all of our questions before hiring them, and he spent a long time making sure I was comfortable with everything. The pricing is reasonable for the amount of products you get. Francis was our day-of videographer, and he worked incredibly well with our photographer, making sure to get all the shots he needed. Many of my family commented the didn’t even feel he was there, which is exactly what you want in a videographer. I cannot wait to see the final product, because he did such a good job capturing everything we wanted him to. Thank you so much Francis and Steve! 😊Edit: the final product was also amazing. The one thing I was sad about is that he didnt capture one essential part of the reception. But, that was when he had to take his break, so I cant fault him on that. I should have been clearer with him. My advice is that if there are elements that are VERY important to you for the videographer to get during the reception, talk to them about when the best times would be for them to eat.

Hmmm where do I even begin?From the beginning it was extremely easy to work with Steve when trying to figure out how to modify a previous set wedding package where we needed multiple videographers for different events through out the day. Both videographers were very approachable and extremely friendly. I worked with Francis and Jace for the daytime and night time part of the event.They were extremely patient in helping me figure out what outcome I would like to have for what i need. Indeed it all turned out to be a success and I have received the media as well as a flashdrive with the raw footage stored in a cute wooden box. Everything is so elegant reminds me of the wedding day as if it was just yesterday.Thank you so much for all your effort and your great team Steve! I hope to work with you guys again in the future for more events and definitely any events as big as this that my friends will having.... I guess well all be calling you.... well not at the same time :P
