When I moved out of here I was charged an extra cleaning fee for carpet cleaning. When I emailed management saying the carpet was clean (I rented a carpet cleaning machine and cleaned it myself) they sent me a bogus photo with markings on the carpet. This was clearly not even the unit I lived in and the place that was dirty was where the bed was so there was no way I made that mess. Proving that couldn’t have been the unit I left behind. Instead of fighting with them I let it be. But please think twice before moving in and maybe think about taking a few pics of the clean apartment before you give up the keys.

They are very dishonest about their prices and will give a different quote the very next day. The living space is definitely not worth the price and seems way smaller than the pictures.

The community is clean and quiet...close to the train and many neighborhood shops/restaurants. No significant problems here for multiple lease years. Prompt maintenance and friendly staff (Patrick has always been helpful and professional). Nice neighbors. When community spaces are allowed, the coffee machine, fitness room and business center amenities are a nice plus.

I have worked with many contractors over the years. Prime Painting & Drywall is one of the best. They were prompt, courteous, reliable and professional. My house was painted to my complete satisfaction. If the opportunity ever arises, I will use them again. Highly recommend them.

Kathy, Patrick, and Mary Beth at the leasing office were so pleasant, friendly, and patient in answering my many questions. Also, the location of Midtown Square cant be beat. If youre looking to move to Glenview, Id highly recommend as this is the prime place to be.

Have been leaving here for almost 2 years and everything still feels the same way when we first moved here. It’s super convenient and you can find anything you want with 15 minutes drive. Area is great, safe and beautiful. Management is friendly and responsible. Haven’t found something that I am not satisfied with. A great place to choose for your second home.

Do not rent here. I was interested in renting one of units 2 years ago, but ended up cancelling the application. I was told the application fee would be waived if cancelled within 24 hours. Turns out I gave out wrong bank information by mistake, and they turned me over to a debt collecting agency for failing to pay application fee. No communication whatsoever. Not only did I have to pay the fee out of pocket, I also had to go miles to review potentially bad impact on my credit score. Their management put me through hell; during this process, they did nothing to potentially help me or communicate with me. Do not recommend.

I have to say that Patrick is the BEST property manager I have met in my 10+ years of renting haha. He cares like your family and make sure all problems are addressed immediately. Give him a raise for his work during COVID.

We had wonderful experiences at this residence. If you all need any assistance or question, you should find Patrick, and he will make your life easier. I would have stayed more years with extended contract at the residence unless I didnt have to move out of the state. Moreover, I want to take this time to thank John, the maintenance, for his dedicated work at the residence.

I have stayed at Midtown Square for 3 years because it is the best apartment complex in Glenview. The location, gym, common areas, coffee machine, & breakfast treats from Glenview Grind on the weekends are great perks to living here. The staff is good and do what they can to help correct any situation (shout out to Patrick!). Any maintenance needs are handled quickly. If you are searching for an apartment in Glenview, this is as good as it gets.

Cant beat the location, quality, or overall experience of living at Midtown Square. Well worth the cost. Community is great, so much to do in the area, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend living here.

I have lived at Midtown for a year now and my experience has been very, very satisfactory. The management team responds quickly and efficiently to every request or problem I present. They are friendly! The building is well maintained, clean and always a pleasure to walk into. The living room/game room is comfortable and attractive. I use the gym three/four times a week - its great.Its over a year later and I want to continue to recommend the staff at Midtown. They keep the building looking fresh, they spend money where necessary to make it enjoyable to walk in the door and they accommodate all but the most ridiculous request.

I cannot say enough positives about Midtown Square Apartments. We had to secure an apartment within days and the process could not have been more professional or speedy. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and exceptionally efficient at responding to requests. During our stay at Midtown we never had any complaints about the cleanliness of the facilities and the responsiveness of the staff. Our neighbors were friendly and there was an air of community amongst the tenants. I highly recommend the complex as a safe and enjoyable home. You will, without a doubt, be impressed by the staff from management to custodial. 5 stars!

The units are modern (built in 2015). The lobby area is a great place to hangout with friends, watch TV, play pool, etc. The staff are all very professional & responsive to your needs. I dont detect any problem with noise and the residents all seem to be pretty low key and professional. You can walk to Metra station and the location is within 3 miles of most anything you would need (groceries, banks, restaurants, etc.). I moved in to my place in February and I would have no issues recommending Midtown Square to anyone looking for great apartment living.

Great amenities, very clean ! Location is very accessible to public transportation and nice neighborhood. Has a fitness center and the only thing missing is a pool but generally satisfied with my place. Love it !

Sold our personal data about a month ago...and now I am dealing with identity theft up the wazzoo. I wanted to sue management but they have a class action arbitration clause in the lease. STAY AWAY. VALET LIVING IS ALSO A TERRIBLE AMENITY AND HAS ALSO SOLD MY DATA TO CONSTANT CONTACT. I now have to start a new gmail, phone number, change username banking info, passwords...etc. Counting down the days until we get the renew notice where they also bump the pricing up. It is gonna be great!

My apartment is bright, roomy and very easy to keep clean. The walck from the elevator to my apartment is almost a block long but that is a plus for mebecause it is good for me. I can always use the stairs, which are only a few feet from my door, instead of the elevator if I want a quick entry or exit.I like it because there are people of all ages in the building from babies to retirees. I also like it that some tenants have dogs.

Wonderful location, amazing amenities, and awesome staff.

We stayed a full year. Yes, stores and restaurants are within walking distance, that is a plus. However, the staff are self-interested, arrogant, only looking out for themselves. They would rather point out a problem than aim to help or find a resolution. The only thing I and my family are satisfied with is that we are no longer living here. If you want stuck-up, rude, hypocritical people managing your building, by all means. And this is coming from someone who once lived above a satanist property manager--who was more gracious than this place. My hope is that the residents currently living there and in the future receive better service, goodwill, and simple human decency.

Clean, new, nice apartment. Management responds to requests well.
