Woodland landing is one of the best communities I’ve ever lived in! Ms. Deborah is an amazing Property Manager and so personable. I’ve witnessed her know multiple residents by name. Angel is also AMAZING! So much help BEYOND what she’s required to do. The two are a phenomenal pair!

I am a current resident at WL. I use to live here before for almost 3 years I believe.When I tell you that the Leasing dept. to include Ms Deborah, Shadiva, Angel and Chris are an awesome team that care about there tenants, they exceeds my expectations . The maintenance dept. resolves issues immediately and that’s a major plus. I’ve only had a couple of small issues and they got right on it and does excellent work. When I previously lived here the parking was a major challenge especially if you work at night, but since I returned, I can tell that it has gotten a lot better. The apartments are well worth the price, which is not bad at all. They are spacious and I can really call WL home.Ok here we go it’s always something. The only issue I have is I can’t open my windows because the marijuana smell is terrible. It wakes me up out my sleep. That’s the only issue I have. I’m not planning on moving NO TIME SOON.Latithia

Best apartment complex in the area EVER!I was very nervous, unsure and scared about moving to a new county. Being that I grew up in Baltimore. However, from on boarding with Q, to the day I picked up my keys till now ( 7-8 months later) I’ve had nothing but an overwhelming great experience. The manager Deb, is super nice and so accommodating, she always makes herself available and address her residents with mutual respect and appreciation. Welcomes you even before you walk through the door, the assistance manager Chris is also very polite and genuine, all the staff here are beyond incredible, from the office to the maintenance people. They always do their best to communicate with you and get everything fixed ASAP. They respect your home and never just walk in with an attitude unlike some apartment workers do. The grounds and buildings are so well kept. They have someone always come in and clean the stairs EVERYDAY. It always smells nice and clean. Safe community and very homie for me and my family. My kids love it here. Oh and parking is the best in the area I’ve never really had an issue with parking and I come in sometimes as late as 2am. Did I mention how much this property go above and beyond with updating the surrounding and inside buildings? Yes they are nothing less of what you pay.

I loved Woodland Landing. ALL the staff was nice and professional. I lived there for a year and i had ABSOLUTELY no problems. Ms. Hartley and Taurus was so nice and helpful, The maintenance was always on point. The only issue i would say i had is the parking. The spaces are to tight. Other than that i loved my unit.. i highly recommend it.

Spacious apartments. Parking overall, especially for guest is awful at night. It is close to shopping and public transit.

My family and I are extremely satisfied after moving to Woodland Landing apartments.All their team members are super professional, they treat you with so much respect!They go above and beyond for their residents, having fun family movie nights or even holiday meals for their residents (something that isnt mandatory, but greatly appreciate!)I would recommend these apartments for anyone who is looking to move around this area!

I love it here. The staff is wonderful and responds immediately. Taurus and Ashley is very nice. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because there isnt enough visitors parking.

Mice Everywhere. I had to buy my own mice traps and trapped 6 mice in one week and more where running around. Parking is horrible, one of my visitors car got broken in twice on Greenbelt Rd. I didn’t have anymore visitors for the rest of the time that I was there due to lack of parking and safety. The only reason Im giving 2 stars its because the apartment was nice and well put together but I wouldn’t move back here.

The staff is not caring, They have a me for me demeanor, They lie about what they provide and apartments are never completely ready when said to be. There maintenance staff lies and tries to make oneself look good, no camaraderie or real team work. Management needs to develop more in stead of my way or no way attitude.

I’ve left a review here before idk where it went.i have very mixed feelings about this apartment complex. I will say they do make an attempt to correct errors, doesn’t mean the do.I had an unknown maintenance guy come to my home stating he was here to fix the mice holes behind my stove and in my closet. now i’ve been here almost a year, i didnt even know the we’re there. i think they were expecting me not to be home. Also There’s no parking here ever and now they charge us for what we already have, though in the lease it does not guarantee us a parking spot. I tore a few ligaments in my knee and they made it extremely difficult for me to get reserved parking. If you’ve been on crutches before then you know how it is on them. now imagine walking 15 mins from car to home on them (mostly at 1am). Thanks for now occurred hip problem :)

I have Lived here for almost a year and it has been amazing. They have so much incentives. On your birthday they bring a card to your door, for valentines day they bring a rose and a key chain. On my way to work one morning as im driving out, they gave me breakfast for free. They are so generous. The apartments are also very clean. Not one single rat or roach. I love this place.

They turn off the AC whenever they want!! My apartment is 87 degrees right now! It’s the summer and our AC is not on. I’ve turned the thermostat down to 60 but the temperature inside remains in the upper 80s. We had to go to Walmart to buy fans for ourselves and toddler son (who has s breathing disorder).We’ve been dealing with MICE since we moved in almost a year ago. They ate right through the boxes of food in the cabinet. Had to buy glass storage containers for cereal, rice, pasta, etc. Pest control department is a joke! Had to subscribe to Terminix and pay out of pocket and we are STILL seeing MICE. I explained to the pest control department that we see mice and droppings in the bathroom and kitchen but they keep “plugging the same hole” that I’ve never seen in the living room. We’re out of here in 2 months and time couldn’t move any faster.No parking! My husband, my mother in law and myself have all been towed. They say to park in “Visitor parking” but it is not labeled so it’s the Towing company’s discretion where Visitor parking start and stops. 1 parking pass so don’t try to host any types of dinners or events. If you get home from work anytime after 5pm, GOOD LUCK finding parking.My husbands key doesn’t work to open the building door. None of our keys work to open the laundry room. We have to go to the laundromat. We only received one mail key. (It’s still extremely HOT in my apartment).The only decent thing about this apartment is the size. My room is large and there is a walk-in closet. Utilities included. But none of that is worth me living with f***ing mice and sweating myself to sleep! I’d rather pay utilities and buy a dresser than live here another year! We absolutely HATE it here!The reviews saying how lovely this place is must have been submitted by the staff because it’s a complete and total LIE! Please beware! And if you decide to move there remember I WARNED YOU!

I’ve been here for an year . Moving because I wanna move to an area closer to my job . But overall . My 1 bedroom was great . Idk if it was because I was on the top floor lol but I love my apartment. My building didn’t have too much noise . Didn’t have not 1 issue with any bugs, mice, breaking in cars etc . Only bad thing I can say is the parking but hey parking is bad anywhere . Maintenance is GREAT! nice place to live and rental office staff always were there to help

I applied online and Sheryl after was notified I needed to submit more paystubs which I did immediately. I got a response back that they were received and I would be contacted shortly. 2 weeks later I have still not heard back from them. I logged in online and saw I was denied but no one called to notify me and explain to me why. I was approved elsewhere so I didn’t press the issue but this isn’t a good look for prospects

I give it two stars JUST because It is a roof over my head!!! Thank God for that BUT! where do I begin, Management takes Days YES DAYS to get back to you if there is a problem. My floors are uneven so it feels like there are hills in my kitchen and living room. So much so that when I cook, all of the oil in the pan collects in one spot because the floor is so uneven. When I bake cakes or cupcakes the batter will collect more on one side. Squeeky floors and MICE MICE MICE everywhere. I promise last summer my husband caught 7 in one week. I am sick of this place! The weed smoke, The music up at night, the out of date appliances my cabinets were falling apart, the sloppy countertop job is lifting up so i have to keep pushing down the imitation wood because it keeps separating. I think for me, It would be better if it were not for the mice!

The majority of the leasing staff is very professional with the exception of a few. There are some rude and disrespectful leasing agents in this office. A family member informed the office that she would be vacating the unit, as she was moving things on her available schedule, she showed up to remove her final big items and found that the locks had been changed on her unit, she had to get law enforcement involved to get them to open the unit, she was illegally locked out and the staff member had no justification for the locks being changed. The staff had been entering her unit leaving notices inside the unit, knowing its against the law to enter a persons unit without gaining full possession from the court system or the current lease holder regardless of the situation. This is a horrible thing and should never happen. They need to do better.

The maintance people are sooo lazy they dont eve get no job done and the office staff very rude and racist they only care bout the people not even hispanic and also when they say they put in a ticket they dont ..1* for them the corporate need to know about this complex

1. Customer Service is horrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Especially the senior management.2. Maintence does not do work correctly or on time.3. Parking is nonexist. Only one parking space per leaseholder(person on the lease). If your have more than one vehicle you are out of luck. They change the parking policy every year to limit who can park on the premise even if you have been living there prior to.4. Only one visitors pass per house. No unexpected guest. Visitors must park in visitors space and have visitors pass. If they dont have both they will be towed. There are only about 20 visitors spots for the whole complex. People literally wait in the parking lot for hours waiting for a visitors space.5. Towing is daily! They LOVE to tow. They even tow residents. $175 to get car back. Cant park across the street in the shopping center because they tow as well. So does self storage. Parking on the street will earn you a ticket.6. Noise is a problem because the walls are thin. You can hear the neighbors above, below, across, and next to you.7. Roaches and rodents are a issues that has always plagued this complex.8. Price is not comparable to the downsides. You dont get your monies worth. Though the Utilities are included, you give up so much.9. Late on rent will result in a court summons that will be taped to the front of the building door for all the neighbors to see.Disclaimer: As a resident of this complex for 4 years, I strongly recommend not moving here. It has been a horrible experience. I no longer live here.

The apartments have mice, no upgrades and now their making you pay for guest parking,

The management is very quick to act and implement the law on/against residents but very lethargic (with feet-dragging merhods) in responding to residents complaints. Very narrow parking spaces causing scratches on residents vehicles. Apartments are very old and noisy- nothing can be done in private.; from late night foot step sounds to your intimate midnight Royal Rambo can be heard clearly two floor below. Worst is when your neighbor above you is inconsiderate. Oh! No need to complaint: your cry will not be heard.Looking forward to seeing some improvement in these areas.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! ALL of the neighbors that I have met said that there are RODENTS and ROACHES everywhere. Yes, they were handing our free breakfast. STALE trailmix, apple juice, nutra grain bar. I hear that at Camden College Park Apts that they give their residents free chick-fila for breakfast sometimes. BBQ for residents, etc. I currently live here at Woodland Landing and I am counting the months until my lease is up. I cannot wait to put in my notice. This place is awful. Ashley is very rude and unprofessional, so is Taurus and Deborah. The office is ALWAYS closed. You cant never find a live person on the phone. Always the answering service reps. Yes the rent is cheat but cheap isnt always the answer. They fail to tell you about the extra roommates that you will be having (Rodents and Roaches and Spiders). I am still waiting on maintenance to come and patch up the holes in my apartment to prevent the mice from entering. Its been over two months since I reported it. I had to go Giant and buy my own sticky traps to catch them. DO NOT MOVE OVER HERE. You will regret it. They talk a good talk to get you in the door and sign the lease but after that it is a nightmare. You can literally hear the mice running inside your walls in your apartment. Dont say you havent been warned. If I had the option to give it ZERO stars I would have click on it.
