So if youre going to be in a rush at any point you might always want to keep some cash on you. But they usually solve the problem by ringing you up at a register or just macgyvering the machine.

The service is great and some items they had are awesome we ended up buying 3 wide plush chairs 😁🙋‍♀️❣..

Was gifted a membership from my family. I couldn’t get gas cause it was unavailable and went to shop and I wasn’t allowed because I had to pay an extra $45. I just left. Horrible experience.

Quick and easy to pay now they have the line to roll your basket and it scans everything in your basket pretty cool

Filled up my truck here with cheap priced diesel. There was a long line due to their price being very cheap. I was happy to get a deal on the fuel and it went reasonably quick considering their abundance of customers trying to obtain cheap fuel..

Well organized, clean and abiding by all COVID-19 Protocols. Nice variety of goods, always stocked and if anything is missing they set your expectations right.

I love Sams Club. I think it is better than Costco, and has better service & more top tier selection. Also, they take all credit cards and Debit so you are not stuck with Visa as the only choice. The one in Glendora is very clean and organized, and I will be back here again.

Sam club is my favorite place to shop in bulk prices are very reasonable and they always have what I need in stock I have been a member for 19 years and I love the self checkouts I never have to wait get one because they have so many of them and if I do have to wait its like one person ahead of me so this is great. I recommend becoming a member to all my family and friends.

Hey Sams is Awesome!! We went to get gas and was not in line as long as Costco. Didnt shop just gas today

It just seemed a little unorganized but people were friendly. The pizza station did not have much at all and no frozen yogurt (35 minutes before closing). But I will try again- hopefully a better experience.

Everything fine! Our checkout person had serious issues in keeping his mask over his nose. Hope we explained the error of his protection and he did a better job. No good below the nose dude! Everyone else was appropriately masked. Thank goodness! The 1 star is for him.

Too crowded to get gas. Every where around there is to crowed.

Switched to Glendora as El Monte did not stock items I needed. Catch 22, Glendora was sold out of item which is available at ElMonte so have to make another run.

I was very happy with my trip to sams . Alot of clothes on clearance for babys and my 9 yr. Old granddaughter plus all the summer pools, toys, rafts etc. Are already in display......I always love going cause i find neat and different things you just cant find anywhere else !

They had everything I went in to get, and they had a great selection of fresh salads and fruits.

I never had a problem with this store prior to COVID. Great stock, excellent customer service, and fast moving lines. However, many employees are not wearing masks properly, if at all. They have people crowd around for presentations from vendors that arent wearing masks. Case numbers are going up and this location is actively contributing to the spread. I will be visiting other locations from now on.

Great store, however theyre frequently out of usual items. Im not sure if its pandemic related or not. I do love the app to pay, it makes my life easier not having to wait in lines.

I used the scan and go app to skip the lines but it ended up taking longer. I bought some gift cards and when I went to pick them up they told me they were out of them and had been out for three days. Why still have the tickets out then? So I had to go wait in a longer line at customer service to get a refund. The person doing refunds said he had to make sure they were out of the gift cards so I had to wait for him to get a hold of somebody to check. I wouldnt be asking for a refund if they had them. Then they wanted me to wait in a long line to exit the store. There was only one employee checking customers as they left. I tried to go out the entry door but the employee there wouldnt let me leave out the door. I felt like I was being held hostage. Now I had to wait for a manager to come so I could explain my frustrations. He finally let me out the door. Ill be shopping at Costco from now on.

First time at Sams. Was not as well stocked as i hoped. Prices were good on most things. Seemed a little cluttered.

This place is HORRIBLE! the gas station is a joke.

So most staff know me because i am in here weekly, if not multiple times a week. Joy of being a mom to 4 boys.Are there lines? Yes, because everywhere has lines. (Can use ebt)Self checkout can speed up this process and often has smaller lines, but no alcohol sales and self checkout. ( can use ebt)The scan and go is another great way to skip the line, and can help you to get in and out. (Can not use ebt with scan and go)Curbside pick up is another great option, and available through the app. (Can not use EBT)Currently during this pandemic, what is sold out varies, but they seem to be good at restocking. Staff is helpful, and friendly.Handicap parking does always seem full at this location.The Gas station can make entering the parking lot difficult, and be careful driving in front as people will drive out without a care in the world.

Inventory levels are beginning to return to normal. Mid week still the best time to avoid the crowds which tend to prevail on weekends. Staff at cashier lines are a little understaffed however. Sams is still having problems reading Chase Bank cards on the rather old card readers at check out stations.

Lines are good, especially the self checkout, always spraying down carts when there brought in but were out of juices and they didnt know when they would get more. Would like to be able to have some idea rather then just flip a coin on when it will be back.

It was a PLEASURE to shop at this Sams!!The shoppers were consious of other shoppers and it was easy to shop. The pharmacist was a great help to me while I was looking for an allergy medication for my 99 year old Dad.This store is MUCH BETTER than the one I normally go to (Ontario). If I had the time I would have totally cruised the whole store and shopped to my hearts content!

Pizza phone order is terrible. You still have to fall in line to pick up your order. Whats the use of ordering by phone if you still have to fall in long line. They should have someone to attend customers phone orders. The only thing good was the 3 meat 🍕 pizza.

After being lied to by 1 employee that they didnt have something.. I tracked down the product in steel, then 2 employees telling me they cant get it down.. I tracked down a manager Brandon, who went the extra mile and got what I needed.. shouldnt have to go through all that but props to B. For coming through! 🙆‍♂️👍🙌 and saving me a 2nd Covid trip!

6.98 for seedless watermelons when i can get seeded watermelons twice the size and nutrition for 5 something. Yall dumb. I thought prices were supposed to be better.

Glendora store is doing what they can to keep you safe. Limiting the amount of people in the store causes lines and a bit of a wait at times but it is for our own good. Do your part and wear your mask. Use the Scan and Go app to skip the line. Be kind to the workers and be courteous to others shopping. Keep your distance. There is plenty of TP to go around.

They were out of alot of items

This place is out of almost everything I needed today. Ridiculous. No wet dog food, cleaning supplies, lobster tails. I mean elrandom items that I need and there out. GrrrrUpdate the customer service is horrible. I waited in electronics for over 20 min. Im the only one waiting In the area

Even during this seemingly apocalyptic time, the workers are helpful and kind. I have seen many workers treated terrible due to customers own personal worry. Its a shame. Times such as these we should all pull together and help each other out. Great job SAMS WORKERS. You deserve high praise.

Ok! Good selection at decent prices plus polite employees. Cant ask for much more than that! Although I did notice 2 or 3 folks not wearing masks including an employee!

I like this much better than the Sam’s Club in El Monte. This one has a much quicker service, saves me a lot of time on pick-up orders. And the gas station is easy to access. Although there is some construction at the front door, you can still enter and exit from the side door easily. Not as many people as Costco, so it’s less stressful against crowded carts in Costco, relaxing.

No long lines out in the heat like Costco. Thinking of becoming a member

Sams to me its ok, not a fan but I can say that you can find fresh red meat cheaper than Costco and the quality is good.

This is one of my favorite clubs, always clean, well stocked and the staff is always willing to help with anything you may need.
