Ive been with Calvary Tax since the 1980s when Jim Regan would make personal house calls! (I miss you greatly Jim, but Ill see you soon my brother!) Jim really was the best. He was a great accountant and a wonderful person. I like many others, was devastated when he passed away. I felt there was no one else who was even worthy enough to stand in his shadow. I went into panic mode, I froze, not knowing who to turn to or where to begin searching for another accountant who was even close to Jims caliber. In my panic I failed to file for 2 years until the State started warning me to file or else. So I called Calvary and told them my concerns. They set me up with Brandon, who it turns out learned alot from Jim. I was very grateful that Jim had passed so much of his knowledge to Brandon. Not that Brandon wasnt a fine accountant before, but just knowing he had been mentored by Jim set my mind at ease. Brandon is the consummate professional. He did a wonderful job for me, got me all caught up and I was very happy with the results. The office staff is great, always courteous and accommodating. And George has never been anything but professional, helpful and always made himself available with any questions I have had. I still miss Jim so much. Besides being the best tax accountant, he was a kind, caring and compassionate person. It gives me solace to know that Jims legacy lives on and thrives at Calvary Tax.

This place used to be thee best place for taxes until the new owner took over started raising prices and being rude to his clients. The new owner does not know how to manage a company that was bulit up from the ground up. The new owner did a lot of questionable things including changing time sheets without employees knowing and once confronted he laid us off because we told him we called yhe LABOR BOARD BACK IN 2012. The owner forced managers in to retirement and let go of all the hard dedicated staff that had been there for 14 plus years. This owner is a piece of work. I truly believe KARMA. Only to show that what used to be a late night at CALVARY working hard dedicated to getting the taxes out to 5000 plus clients quickly dwindled to a handful to make their hours whuch used to be all year long 5 days on off season and 7 days on season to 3 days a week off season and 5 or 6 days only 8 hrs a day on season. I truly hope this guy is getting ALL he deserves and more. RIP Jim cause HE truly WAS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DID. And George nor anyone there ever ever come close to what he did not only with taxes but become family friends with his clients. Making it HOME not just a JOB. Good luck.
