Roxanne got the job done! The lender she connected us to took away the loan contingency and she threw in a free month for the sellers to have time to move out. That helped get our offer accepted. We saw other places that she helped us make a bid on that had 30 and 40 other offers! Its a blessing we were able to get our offer accepted in this crazy market. She helped us get some money back from the sellers as well after the inspection report came back. Roxanne was always present with good communication throughout the whole process.
