Came here to wash some blankets, however it is a very dirty establishment in a very scary area, needless to say I will never so business here again. there are plenty to choose from. you should take care of and appreciate the customers that come to patronage.

Whole place is dirty and a lot of machines out of order including change machine. First and last visit here.

Clean, only 1 other person there, 9am, Saturday. Used large machine to wash blankets. In and out in no time.

Nice and clean. Machines, most, are in working condition. 😷

Well the washers and dryers were good the first owner I saw was a complete a-hole he called the cops on a customer for just moving his car a couple times to keep his 3-4year old entertained well his wife was getting the clothes from the dryer the customer was a young Mexican man and told him he would stop but he wasnt causing any problems there werent anyone else in the parking lot either and the owner claimed he didnt like the man from the moment he saw him after the cops showed up the man wasnt aloud to leave for 20min and the second owner showed up as they walked in I heard them bad mouthing the young couple and their child and laughing at them overall this place disgusted me

I go to this place because it is the closest laundromat to my house but I will no longer go there because the last few times I have been there the guy that works there is very rude and often closes early and harasses people to leave. I tried to go there tonight to do one load of laundry the last wash is at 6:45 (they close at 8) I got there at 6:30 and the guy working told me I couldn’t do my laundry because he’s closing early but there was no sign stating so. It’s often dirty in there, there’s never any hand soap at the sink provided and the coin machine is often broken. The guy that works there has horrible customer service skills and is rude.

More cleaning is needed and cars of, laundry machines are often broken

This is the worst laundrymat I have ever been to. The machine took my money and turned on and then said it was done within 3 min. Everything was still dry so I needed to take the clothes out of the machine and move it to two smaller machines and pay again $3.50 each besides the $5.00 I put in the original machine. I found the phone number on the wall to call if problems and when I did the lady asked me what happened and I explained and then she would send out HER TECHNICIAN to verify it. So apparently my word was not good..She then called me the next day explaining she did not see us on the video the time we called, I explained who else was there but mysteriously we were not found. I told her obviously she needs the money more and I will NEVER do laundry there again even though it was our first time there.My biggest concern is how many people they do this to because it really is not worth putting in a complaint for $5.00 if She thinks I am trying to scam here(not worth my time and so little money to argue for ) she either gets a lot of people scamming her or she is just a down right scam artist and lowsy business person herself. I hung up on her and told her just to keep it because I hate arguing with someone that does not trust me for so LITTLE MONEY....I have much better things to do with my time than call to complain.

I have been going there for 4 years and now its going downhill so bad half of the washers and dryers dont work and the only have to be baskets every time I go in there people are talking about that they dont have enough baskets I have stopped going there
