I arrived and they told me my car was to low to go through the machine. They had to hand wash it and it cost $25. My car still has water marks and you can see it in the photos and they didn’t even bother to take off the marks. All I wanted was a nice clean car.

I got the super wash. After I drove away I noticed that it didnt look like they vacuumed the back seats or the trunk so I had to go back. Otherwise I would have given them five stars.

Horrible wash, my first time there and will never ever go back again. Shoe prints all over my floor. Windows left dirtier than when I brought my truck in. All the previous reviews are correct they let your car sit in the Sun and dry before they even wipe it down so theres spots everywhere. This was my first time ever going here and I will not return for that quality. If you do go here do not tip until after you look your vehicle over because they do a horrible job and the last thing you want to do is tip them already.

They did a very good job cleaning a very dirty suv, however, they broke the middle seat that flips down so you can climb into the back back seat. There solution? Shoulder shrug, it worked for them. Maybe my husband can fix it?Now I have to take it to a mechanic and pay for it to be fixed, otherwise I lose 2 seat spaces in my suv

Great car wash. Cleaned dust & fire ash very well. Manager or owner charged $10 extra from $15.99 basic wash. Immediately said it wont come off/car wont be clean from extremely filthy appearance when I pulled up... Initially, I started to get upset from his energy, but was already there with my two young sons..... whatever this guys deal is, hes not getting me down on his level... Stay Positive!! Car came out very clean, armor all tires, windex on glass, vacuumed.....tipped guy drying & detailing $3 (he actually deserved more) -1 Star from owner: listen to your paying customers & not focus on how dirty a vehicle is... my Dads 2017 Hyundai Genesis Coupe White paint, he was away 3 months on trip. I prefer to wash myself but this was closest on Google search.

Service is good, but Quality is not.LOTS of spots left on car and dirt left in my mats.Other car washes in the area charge the same price, but do a way better job.

They did such a great job with the interior and exterior. Other places I have to ask them to go over the interior but I was very pleased with their efficiency. Great job guys!!

Fast friendly service.

My car comes out clean because of the hand wash and shining because of the attention to detail at this full service wash. Not the newest and not high end but its the best wash in the area. Seating in the shade and room to wait inside. Good selection of car items for sale. Same friendly manager and desk person for many years.

While the final product was ok, service was extremely sloe due to a lack of help. Took over 45 minutes to get my truck hand washed.

They did a wonderful job on my vehicle, inside and out. Would recommend them to anyone. BtW this was my first time using them.

They sent me away because they were only accepting cash. When I came back, there were 5 cars waiting and no worker in sight. I waited for several minutes and then left. I was not comfortable with leaving my car unattended with the keys in the ignition.

I do not recommend this place. They did a terrible job on cleaning my SUV, lets just say I went I got home and to do some cleaning myself. I also witnessed a staff member lose control of a customers vehicle and crash it against the wall while pulling it out from the car wash line. Yikes!

I must say they are good in Car Washing that we always come there but, just a bad experience today coz of the mexican cleaning lady staff is being so rude, my husband is smoking infrontof the store where we are waiting and she told my husband in rude way not to smoke in there because kids are coming in that area and they can smell the smoke where there’s isn’t a no smoking sign and no kids were present! we are not S*upid and definitely we can read the signs if there is!

I decided to try this place in spite of the bad reviews. The place is unkempt and outdated but they did a fantastic job cleaning my car. They took their time and were very detailed. Everyone was very polite as well.

Dont bother. I went to try this place hoping to get a clean car back. A ten year old could have done better. My car sat there for 15 mins. Then when i get in there is trash and food bits all over the pasanger seat. I will never go back even if someone were to pay me to.

The owner only cares about money in his pocket. All the other reviews are correct. I have been taking cars there for 18years. Only go if I have absolutely no choice

Repeat customer, until they disabled my truck during initial car wash, causing me to tow it and have mechanic fees of $94. They denied any involvement, and didnt dry the truck or windows, just left it unfinished. Mgr Frederico tried offering 3 free washes and 1 free detail work (for fees), but wouldnt reimburse me for monies paid. Owner is never there to help work this out, so the legal system will have to step in.

Not ever going back. Was my preferred choice for car wash. The last job was worse than not done. The manager did nothing when I asked for a rewash and another towel person. Adding insult, I tipped well as usual before I even checked his work.

Quick and good job

I have had problems here in the past. Decided to give it another chance. Machine broke down, they had to back my brand new SUV out of the machine. The proceeded to hand wash the car with the doors open to wash the roof. Got footprints all over my car and did a very crappy job. I complained to manager who told me if I didnt like it go somewhere else...Hmmmm. Will do! Glendora residents do not patronage this business, Our City deserves better. Everyone is rude and the business is dirty and broken down....

When your in Glendora CA and your car needs some attention I recommend this place. It has had the same owner for 40 years ! I swear ny car better after they washed it!

Car just sat there getting dry before anyone come to while it down after the wash, had to remind the guy to clean the tires and apply armor-all (which I paid for) after he was done. Then I find my car with the seats not fixed back, many crevices not whipped or vacuumed, and my rear view mirror completely off and broken. Owner couldn’t care less and shifted the blame. Will be taking my car and everyone in my family to their new competitor near by. Awful service!

They do a good job, pretty quick even when busy, and prices are very reasonable. Enjoyed outdoor seating while waiting.

I only went here instead of my normal place as it was close to work and I went on a break.The car hadn’t been washed in two weeks. The manger said that running it through the wash wouldn’t work, I needed to do a $45 hand wash.I told him no, just the machine was fine. The listed price was $17-he charged me $20 because it was extra dirtyMy car sat in the sun drying before anyone got to it. And then the inside of the car looked horrible, not wiped down or vacuumed, no armor all which was paid for on the tires

Have to agree with the other comments. I made the mistake of purchasing 9 washes in advance (you get one free ). I finished the washes but it was nothing that I looked forward to. Do yourself a favor, go to a different car wash unless youre looking for disappointment.

WOW! WORST EVER! DO NOT EVER COME HERE! I HAVE BEEN WAITING MORE THAN 45 MINUTES THEY HAVE NOT EVEN WASHED IT YET. I have been coming here for 29 years. Started going to LA Verne because its closer to new house. Tried these guys out of nostalgia. Dirty, smelly, afraid to sit anywhere. 8 other cars. 45 minutes, have not washed, let alone finish. Save yourself the irritation and get 10x better wash . Go to LA verne. Why cant I give zero stars? These losers deserve negative stars. Really, its like the inside of a dumpster.

Came to try another car wash since i cant seem to find one that fully cleans your car not just the drivers side. Well this was disappointing as well seeing another car come after me get washed before mine and leave 10 minutes before my car was done. I was trying to give it a shot they the guy was just cleaning it well and from the driver side view it looked to be true....till my car was ready and the passengers side rims werent cleaned well and the inside was not even wiped down there was still some random trash pieces around the car. Over all I would come back here again.

It was very hot, end of day. My car was filthy but they did a pretty descent job. Lucky I didnt have to wait too long either.

Worst experience ever, car was not washed properly, inside was still dusty. Man complained about giving me more than one paper mat after having my Mat cleaned, they had no change, after telling him I wouldnt have enough to tip the guy he told me not to tip him then and went on to say that his customers mostly paid with debit not cash as if I was doing something wrong because i paid with cash. Acted as if I was bothering him.Place is very run down and dirty a huge eyesore. I will not be going back there.2 thumbs down

Disappointed -- started to wash it myself!Today I went to get my car washed on my lunch break. When my car came out I peaked and generally didnt see flaws, handed the man his tip and thats when I started seeing ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the dirt and bird poop still on my car!The inside of the windows had water residue and he said thats the reflection from the trees ---i grabbed a rag and started cleaning it myself. as for all the dog hair that didnt get vacuumed out, they told me, use a lint roller THERE IS SO MUCH THEY MISSED! Plus I paid for the amoral on the wheels and new car scent and didnt get either. NEVER AGAIN!So frustrated!

For $17 they wiped down the inside of my Carolla,washed the windows, vacuumed and washed the outside of the car including the tires. They missed all the dirty finger prints on the back window, forgot my air freshener that was included, and left the cup holders really dirty, which I had asked if they could clean them. The inside waiting area had rat traps with mouse food in bowls and cockroaches crawling around. They had problems with their outdated credit card machine running my card. I was anxious to leave. I waited outside and enjoyed the weather. Pokemon go users. There is a pokestop there dusing your wait (20 minutes).

This car wash needs to be torn down. Feels like an old David Lynch movie set.
