Terrible customer service... he begins by saying hello instead of saying this is smog check such and such.... then i ask him if he does smog and says its already 4pm... its 2:15 as of this writing and a smog check takes perhaps 30 mins.... this guy needs to learn how to serve customers or hes going to have very bad reviews and shoo away all potential customers... he may be a great guy but he needs to treat people better. I hope he listens and is not stubborn. That will ruin his business to the ground and then he will complain why he doesnt have customers.

I use this guy one time two years prior. I went in on a Saturday, had two signs that said he does brake and lamp inspections. He had done a brake and lamp inspection for me before. When I asked him for a brake and lamp inspection and a smog without even looking at me he says he doesnt do them anymore. And shooed me away. When I asked him why does he have the signed up he says he doesnt care what it says. And when I asked him for a recommendation if anyone else does a brake and lamp inspection he says I dont know. Get out. The reason why he does not have a customer by my name is because he never gave me the time of day nor did he want to assist in any way . Im a Los Angeles County employee and I will make sure this place will be brought up for investigation. This is not a fake post. Nice try.
