Showed up when they opened this morning, and they had no problems giving me a perfect alignment on my Tahoe with a 3 lift and rebalancing my 33 mud terrain tires so they are buttery smooth at all speeds!

Great to see an alignment shop like this still around. Unfortunately for me a rag was left behind which my header ignited and charred my freshly powdercoated upper control arms and melted my top shock mount bushings. Besides that the actual work produced was good at a good price. Just do yourself a favor and give your car a once over before you leave, these guys work fast and stay busy.

Great little place to take your vehicle to for alignment! There was no wait when I went which was before 12 on a Wednesday. The receptionist inside of their little tiny office was very friendly. Also the technician that worked on my vehicle was awesome! He took the extra time to tighten up the front end of the vehicle, got to some bolts that were loose, and adjusted those. Basically, he went above and beyond the call of duty while performing service to my vehicle. I totally appreciate that, and I appreciate him. The price is just right for the service that I got. No funny business going on here at all. Theyre an honest company doing great work, keeping their customers happy. What I also liked was that a second technician is the one who did the road test after the service was performed. So thats two levels of quality control going on, which sets them on a whole nother level of Awesomeness in my opinion. I will definitely come back to this place again and again.

My family has been going here for as long as I can remember. However, less than a year ago I asked them to check my rear tire alignment because I noticed that it had a negative camber (top of tire tilted inward). They said that it was fine. Then recently while driving, my tire blew out on me, almost killing me.. Turns out that my tire was incredibly worn down and bald on the inner-side because the negative camber that they said “was fine” had completely worn out the tire and caused it to pop. If you value your life and safety then don’t go to them. I’m possibly looking into filing a lawsuit against them for negligence.

Got my brakes done here, but for a professional shop they werent able to furnish any straight up answers or suggestions which kind of odd specially for someone that works on brakes everyday. When I brought my car back to get checked out for a rubbing sound coming from the front wheels, I was told to keep driving it until the sound went away, for the shop was busy that day. I brought the car in, again, a couple of days later, to get it checked out after the sound persisted and noticed that another car came back to get their vehicle to get inspected after getting their brakes done. Im guessing for a poorly done job.Were all hungry Chris.. Not a good look to play the fool card. Maybe you really didnt know.. Ill give you that much.. But if so I would definitely consider getting educated or doing something else for a living. Had I had an accident for faulty brakes, this would be a really bad situation for you guys.

I went to get a wheel alignment. When I asked the nice lady, where actually performing the alignment, she pointed out to that mushroom style half underground something.Wow. I think they got their equipment from the Flintstones.No hard feeling, but go somewhere else, its 2020 and Los Angeles.

Put a spindle lift on my Ford Ranger and had a hell of a time finding a place that would align it. Was told it could not be done by 4 different places (including 4 wheel parts who said they can only do it after $1200 in repairs to fix all the ball joints and arms.) Finally tried my luck with Bear Frame and Wheel. They took my Ranger for a quick spin and had it up on the alignment rack. About 25 minutes later and I was out the door. Not only were they fast, but the price was unbeatable. Truck drives like a champ.

Our brakes went out on our trailer and even though trailers are not their specialty, they let us park in their driveway while it was being repaired. Thanks to the guys!

I called to make an appointment and the lady at the front desk said “ we don’t take appointments just show up” I asked what time do you close !?She said 430pm ! I said ok I work in Rancho Cucamonga....she told me to make it at 330pm but I told her I can’t be there in a half hour so she told me to make it before or at 4, I got there at 345pm then she said “ I’m sorry I can’t do it anymore”This business needs to keep there word!

I bought OEM replacement parts but they found out the prior owner of my vehicle converted the air suspension system to bypass oem air shocks. They took one shock off and did not charge. Anywhere else $50-$75. Two thumps up

I’ve been going here for about 5 years whenever my 96 Toyota Tercel needed an alignment because my dad would always get his alignment here for many years. Last year I came to get my car aligned and they told me I needed a bunch of work done with my brakes and I ended up paying 700 worth of work, they didn’t even do my alignment, and when they gave me back my car, I would turn the steering wheel it sounded like there was a water bottle in my car. Literally drove it down the street and immediately took it right back and the head guy, Greg, said there was nothing he could do for me, it wasn’t there fault and to take it to the mechanic down the street. Mechanic said I needed a new clockspring. My car was fine before I gave it to them and then they gave it back messed up and said they couldn’t do anything. My dad took his cavalier there last week and they told him he needed two new axels that’ll cost a little more than 400. Little did they know, he had his right axel changed the day before. We’ve gone to them for 3 generations but I don’t think we will be going to them anymore because of them being so shady and dishonest with our money and vehicles.

Lady at desk is blunt but helps with things to move fast. Work was done perfectly. Truck was amazing after they did their magic. Wait was top 15/25 min. Was nice experience. Had some issues that they went above and beyond to make it work. Totally recommend. Go here first get your alignment done right.

So I was told by the guy that does my oil change that I needed breaks. He said he would give me a deal and do it for 300. I thought it seemed high and I remember hearing about bear frame and wheel. They checked it out and were completely honest with me. Turns out I have 20k left on the breaks. Will definitely come back, they have earned my business.

Went in on a Saturday, for 4 new tires to be mounted, balanced installed and wheel alignment. By 9am, they were backed up to closing time.I was out by noon and very happy😁

Its a family owned business thats been around since the 60s. They are knowledgeable and can solve any problem you have. I have taken all my cars there for years. They are a business you can trust and when your car needs fixing that value cannot be underestimated.

My car is a 65 Corvair that is modified for road courses. Most shops will not align it, not because it is difficult to align but because it is not in their computer. When someone suggested Bear Frame and Wheel, I thought this was the answer but not to be. I had a front and rear alignment 6 wks ago because it was pulling to the left and went back today because it is still pulling to the left. The car weighs 2500# and I weight 230#(almost 10% of the car). The best 2 alignments I have had over the last 6yrs were done by performance shops that suggested I sit in the car while they aligned it. They showed me that it is a fact that the figures change when I sit in the car and I never have a passenger. When I suggested that today to the manager, he just gave me the old FU look. He says it drives straight for him. Of course he is doing 35mph and I am doing 75 and I outweigh him by 80-100lbs. I understand this is a family business which I applaud but when your no longer enjoy what you are doing, maybe it is time to step aside and let a younger member with some people skills take the reigns. Their equipment and methods are about as antiquated as the building they occupy. In casual conversation with the woman, she proudly mentions that in years past, Jay Leno brought a car or two for work but not recently. Maybe there is a reason

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Came in for a simple front end alignment and drove away with a worse pull than I started with. Talked to the manager before leaving as you could visually see that it was still misaligned and he assured me it wasnt. Please do not go here!

We have used Bear Frame and Wheel for decades. They are the go to place especially if you own a classic vehicle. They are thorough and give you a call with an estimate of what is to be done. They have always been honest with us and never added extra work that does not need to be done. They are fairly priced.

I have a 1998 Jeep TJ and recently destroyed the steering on the rocks in Big Bear. After I replaced the steering system with a heavy duty unit I took it to Bear for an alignment. Not only did they do a great job of alignment, but they checked the suspension front and back torquing as needed. The steering wheel is centered and the handling is much more exact. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to all my friends with four-wheel drive vehicles. Well done Bear Frame & Wheel, you have a customer for life.

Had a front wheel collision and drove over a curb. Tires were melting away like butter. Gary diagnosed bad bearings and did an alignment for a very reasonable price. I couldnt believe how well the car drove after I got it back.

Eh I got recommend here by a friend. I had just picked up a used car and I felt the alignment was off, the car was making a weird sounds and knocking. They right away pin pointed the wheel bearing which I had a good idea that was one of the issues. The other thing was that the car was knocking when accelerating or stopping. My guess was control arms. Also Im sure I needed the alignment. When the tech called me he said he would look at the bolts to make sure they were all tight and the funny part was that I was at the McDonalds next to it and looking at my car. He didnt go back to tighten anything! So there goes integrity and to top it off I asked about the alignment and he said it was fine. Well dissatisfied I went to another shop where they changed my wheel bearing, got and alignment and confirmed the control arms needed replacing.My point is I came here wanting repairs done on my car and since they got lazy they lost my business.

I took my 06 gmc Sierra z71 there for front end work. They said idler bracket was broke needed to be welded, and one of the bearings was bad. They charged me over $800 to do the work. The weld job looks like a 8y/o did it. it took them about 1hr to do the work. It still felt like it was drifting, I looked at it and only 1 out of 2 bolts was on the bracket they welded. The one that was there was loose. I will never go there or recommend them to anyone! Complete idiots! Those guys suck!! Thats putting nicely! Dont go there!

I took my Dodge Ram truck in to have them check the alignment. It drove straight but I thought the tires werent lasting as long as they should. The manager drove the truck and then they put it on the alignment rack and checked everything including the tire pressure. The mechanic called me over and said everything was perfect and there would be no charge. I have never experienced this in my life. They appear to be a very honest company and I would highly recommend them.
