The people at Seidners are more than professional in their respective trades. My truck is better than new after being involved in a collision. The entire left side of my truck was damaged. They worked with my insurance and had it fixed well under the estimated time for completion. Love the friendly staff. They make you feel like you matter, not just another number. I recommend Seidners to everyone in need of repair from a collision.

I was nervous about the repair process but from the moment I walked in to Seidners I felt a huge relief. Every aspect of the repair process was thoroughly explained and I was constantly updated on how things were going with my vehicle. Quick quote & free bottled water! They were $300 less then my highest bid, but $700 higher then my lowest bid of $1,650 at shop used by Geico & Mercury Insurance. I went to Avalon that deals with my insurance company because no matter where I went it was still costing me $500 deductible and mercury insurance in this area uses Avalon.

Everything from start to finish went well. Communication from Merced was awesome. I was updated daily on the time lime for my repairs & what needed to be done. The quality of the work great.

They were ready for me at the set appointment time. They carefully explained what would happen and they followed through. They inspected the vehicle and said they would call after concluding their analysis. The called as promised and gave me a completion estimate. My interface with the shop was Mr. John Allen and he was easy to communicate with and made sure I knew exactly where we were on the repair schedule I was very satisfied with their performance.

I brought my car in the morning at 9 AM and they kept me updated all day long by text messages and at 4:30 PM the car was ready very same day which is truly amazing

I had a good experience here, as much as you can for having your car totaled by another driver. My thanks to Darrel and Kristen for making the process less stressful. I went here because its listed as a State Farm select service location and since a State Farm client totaled my car, it was easier to go here and not have to go back and forth with estimates from multiple sources. Seidners filed everything with State Farm for me. The Total estimate of damage on my car was over $6,000 on a $4,000 car. State Farm only paid out $3,700. Very impressed with Seidners, not so much with State Farm.

Worst service rude and unprofessional would never again take my vehicle here siedners in Glendora did not take care of my vehicle and noticed damage in different parts of vehicle after using them never again This place does not care about your vehicle I had a terrible experience They left my vehicle outside in the rain with no door on it all my interior leather and electrical was exposed to water dirt and dust daily if you value your vehicle do not bring it to these people they want you to make appointments to see your vehicle so you don’t see how your vehicle is really treated this is the worst body shop I’ve been to in years.

Quality of repair on the damage area was excellent. The unfavorable portion were with human communications. There were 3 sites in my general area and this site (site A) was closest to me despite having half a star lower than the others. I got a call from the company confirming my choice and other additional info. I was put on short hold, the machine mentioned address of another site. I told the representative of the different address, she informed me it was the same recording for the 3 sites, and again confirmed site A. When I got to the site A, I was told I dont have a reservation and to come next day where they have an opening. I explain what transpired and all the planning and scheduling that had to be made. My receptionist would not budge and I ask who dropped the ball. Luckily adjacent receptionist heard everything and told her to just register me. Early on day promised, I got a text saying progress of work on schedule and will be informed of delay. I called back to check for a time frame to make myself available. I got a call back saying they are finishing the paint job. Then I got a call that they found a old repair and some damage to attachment point underneath. They recommend that it would be better to replace the bumper at additional cost to me for almost $300.00. I just wanted to pay my share of cost, repair the damage, and put back the bumper as it came. Now the delivery date had to be 3 days later. The day came, I got a call late in the afternoon that car is ready and that bumper had been changed. I told them I was not paying for the bumper replacement, I was told insurance covered it. I was relieved but I carried some back thought! Now I know it was justified to be a half star off the other two.

I have been in 4 major accidents... and my biggest mistake was not taking all of my repairs to the Glendora location.. One was taken to the Duarte Location, that is the one that I wish I never did.

I was struck by an object on the freeway and it busted up my bumper. AAA recommended me to this place and they exceeded my expectations. Amazing customer service! It took about 5 days to repair but most of that was waiting for the replacement bumper to arrive. I got my car back way before the estimated date and the repair looks brand new. I highly recommend this place.

They gave me a hard time about dropping off my vehicle, transferred it over 30 miles away to another one of their locations, and then refused to fix it. I wasted a week with them, only to have to take it to a different shop to get it repaired. Next time, Ill just go somewhere else first and save my efforts.
