This is a bait and switch scam. Dont use them. I was quoted $89 to clean my clothes dryer vent. The guy who came to do the work said, no, that is just for an estimate. They charge $39/foot and $89 to replace about 18 inches of the flexible tube that connects the dryer to the vent at the wall. He was wearing a mask and spoke very poor English so he was nearly impossible to understand. He didn’t bring any flexible tubing with him and had to go buy some. Oh, and did I mention he was also rude.So here’s the bottom line: He cut me a “deal” and did the work in less than an hour for $600.His parting shot to me was that I need to respect him. Fat chance the way he treated me. Needless to say we didn’t hit it off too well.So consider yourself warned and use them at your peril.

They were very nice and responsive. The technicians were able to come out within 24 hrs. My only negative experience was that the technician said the office didnt tell him I had scheduled the air vents on top of the dryer vent to be cleaned. It wasnt a huge deal though since they were able to clean them, without hassle. I would use them and recommend them in the future.

They were professional, prompt, courteous, and (I conclude) ethical in every way. The technician was thorough and kept me apprised of each and every aspect of the process, from start to finish. Recommendations were offered, but not in a pushy way, and the cleaning was completed in a timely and thorough fashion. Thank you for a job well done!

The service was terrible and the price was outrageous. They charged $400 to clean the vent and replace the hose. They originally wanted over$600 and wanted to charge $69 for the estimate if I chose not to use them. Their website says free estimates. The tech, Mike, was sloppy and did an incomplete job. There was lint everywhere. When I used the dryer after the service, a huge pile of lint accumulated at the vent. Ive called customer service multiple times and spoke to Chelsea. She told me to email the owner. I did twice with no response. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

Wow! I wish I could post pics but forgot to ask Tech to send them to me! My dryer vents thru the roof and I thought was on top of maintenance since I clean my lint trap after every load and pull out dryer and clean dryer hose every 6 months... I was so wrong! Lint still passes thru dryer ducts and I had at least a 5 gallon bucket full after my cleaning! So happy with this company!! Thousands of homes catch fire each year due to this issue and I am happy to know I will not be one of them!

I was really surprised to see them working, I really couldnt imagine them doing so well, and they refurbished my dryer vent in such a short time.

They are great service guys, arrived within an hour of my call. Would recommend them for my relative and co-worker.
