This is a great business that I am happy to refer to my friends and family. Robin is always pleasant and helpful when scheduling and my favorite technician Bryon is thorough and professional onsite. They do not attempt to up-sell you with ad-ons or default to replacement when you have an issue with your system. They have earned my trust and we are fortunate to have such a strong HVAC contractor in the SGV.

With a down and out A/C system in the middle of a heat wave ( and no A/C company that I called available sooner than 7 days out! ), a friend recommended I contact Canyon Air. The next morning, after speaking with their office about my A/C predicament [ as a sidebar - I have a chronic illness that is exacerbated by long periods of exposure to heat ], THAT AFTERNOON a Canyon Air tech ( John ) was at my front door. He was professional, personable, and willing to take the time to diagnose, explain and then show me exactly what he’d need to do to repair the A/C system. In less than 75 minutes, John had the A/C up and running again. Additionally, at my request, he evaluated our nearly 30 year old system and helped me understand the pros and cons associated with replacing it with a new, up to date one. Suffice it to say that my wife and I will be Canyon Air customers from now on!

Honest and very reasonablypriced. Excellent customer service from office staff making the appt and John, the HVAC pro.I called for my clogged condensate line and wanted an inspection/tune-up. Price was lower than other companies because they cleared the line as part of the service at no extra cost. I had called two others but the inspection/tune-up was one price and the line was extra but they wouldnt even provide a rough/non-committed price range for the line.Followed COVID-19 safety protocols. Will definitely call them again for service and repairs.

Byron was prompt and very knowledgeable regarding our air conditioning issues. Ran a few tests and and recommended a couple of different fixes. He was spot on. He did not try to sell us a replacement but worked around our problems. He made great recommendations and we are now looking to be more efficient with additional duct work. Thank you Byron!
