Ummm well counter service was horrible. Very unaccomdating. Actually said, I dont think I can do that, when they were out of coconut pineapple in a hf gallon so she asked if he could pack a cup n charge her. So she left disappointed with 3 scoops in a cup...

Most people go there for water, not me! I go there for a Maui, a scoop of ice cream with shaved ice packed around and on top of it! Yum! I usually get cotten candy ice cream with the same flavor shave ice. This time I got vanilla ice cream with root beer shaved ice. It was delicious! It must have good water & prices because its always got people coming and going!

I went here today (Wednesday), and it was great. I often come here and usually it’s not very busy but today around 10am it was definitely a huge rush. There was only one employee working and he handled everything amazingly. Even though there was a lot of customers, he still managed to help people out with bottles and move the line quickly. I believe his name was Josh and he was very nice to everyone who came in! I appreciate the amazing customer service and kindness during a busy time.

While this was my first time going to a water store other then outdoor machines I must say I will be back. I must say thanks to the worker on 8/25 around 1pm when I was there as I totally came unprepared. The RO water (30 cents/gal) here is the best tasting I have ever had it tastes so pure and clean unlike outdoor machines witch may be a hit or miss. I do like that the store has a bottle cleaning station something I did use it seems to clean well. They also have alkaline water witch I read reviews saying that its amazing too so next time I might get that, although I wish I was able to tell what it cost either 60 cents or 90 cents a gal for alkaline. Over all this store experience was great, it was very clean inside, I surely will be back as this store made me switch from outdoor machines.

Ive been frequenting this water store for years. Its very clean, workers are helpful, and they even have booths, to eat your Thrifty ice cream like the old time ice houses.

Great water store. We get the alkaline water and its the best weve tried. We were getting it from a store a ways up off Union Hills but this is far better. The store is really a lot cleaner too and the staff are amazing.

Although I come here every now and then. I always have a great experience. However, today wasnt a good day. While the employee was making small talk, he shouldve been cleaning up the standing water (a great decent amount). Only 1 sign was put on floor, was it for the soaking carpet or the water on the bare floor? Ethier way, I fell. I hurt my knee. There were 5-6 ppl in there that witness it. Even after he was told by my husband to wipe it up, it still took him 5 minutes or so. We had to warn ppl, scared that they would slip to. No incident report was made or to even check i was OK. Currently in pain, trying to find a resolution to this. Hopefully owner will cover a urgent care visit and any cost after. I. Contacted store, waiting to hear from owner response.

I come in here whenever i need water. The alkaline is some of the best tasting ive had. Great water... amazing customer service. The younger gentleman that works here is top service. Always with a smile, and friendly to everyone. The ice cream is good. Thrifty in the cone/cup, or in the container! Great selection of water dispensing devices, in assortments of colors, and the best prices on water around!

Wow, been going here for sometime. New owners are great and Alfred is the best. He is friendly, helpful and always cheerful and pleasant to customers. What a breath of fresh air! The store is immaculately clean and the pH water is a must for anyone needing super hydration. There is a great selection of containers for sale to. If you want to sample the pH water they sell 1 gal containers refrigerated. Check it out and do your body a favor.

Wonderful, family owned, store. Its very clean and the workers are polite and helpful. There are special days for seniors and veterans. There is also a great selection of Thrifty ice-cream, shaved ice, nachos and more.

Hands down the best water n ice store around! The staff is always helpful and nice! They seem to be busy a lot but I don’t mind waiting for the amazing flavors of thrifty ice cream! Only thing I wish would change is the parking but it’s not the business fault. Really small and not easy to park.

Absolutely love this place. Theres another store in North Phoenix that does the whole water and Thrifty Ice Cream but this place is way better. Much better customer service and such a welcoming atmosphere. Manager is awesome too. Will definitely bring my family and my girlfriends here!

So finally we found a GREAT water store. The staff are all very friendly. They sanitized our bottles and then even carried them to the car for us. Wow! We got the Alkaline water and I can honestly say that this is now our water store.

Called numerous times today trying to order block ice for weekend soon as I said would like to order was hung up on. Very rude and unprofessional. so will now go elsewhere for both the block ice and cubed ice that I need lost a decent size sale. And wil let others know of my experienceDid get return call two day s later saying able to fill order and I did decide to go there for the ice amending review for that reason.
