Cosmopolitan Medical Communications is a superb employer. Wages and benefits (401k matching, profit share, performance bonuses, etc.) are all outstanding. The break areas are phenomenal! The work areas are clean, modern, and nicely equipped. I have worked here for 15 years and the company culture is what resonates with me the most. Everyone here is welcomed, respected and accepted. There is tremendous support from Trainers and Managers and ample promotion potential.

Great company to work for. Great people and love how its a 24/7 call center so you have a wide range of hours to choose from that work with your schedule. If you love working in the customer service industry, then this is the job for you.

Excellent company and their staff is so well taken care of. The premises is spotless and very high tech compared to most run of the mill medical answering services and call centers in general. This place is run like well-oiled machine.

I Loved the people there . I loved the managers. I truly did. The managers were really helpful even if you messed up . I was on the night shift and let me tell you its a rollercoaster!!! You never knew coming in what you were in for but our managers were always there to help. The only complaint I had was the wages for the team Members . I think this should have been a $15.00 and over because of how stressful the environment is but it is what it is. They really try to make the environment work and plan fun events for employees. If I lived in AZ probably would have gone back to work for them.

Job was Easy & Staff are super friendly . Tariner was amazing the cons about the job is part time hours starting were given do to not many accounts begin assign to me . But Appreation was notice from the Supervisors.
