He filed our tax return using Form-2106 which says right on the form (for use only by Armed Forces reservists, qualified performing artists, government officials). Wifes a nurse so definitely did not fit that category. IRS audited us because of his mistake and we just got a letter from IRS saying we owe thousands plus interest. Someone working as a tax preparer should at least be familiar with the forms he files. Needless to say I filed an IRS complaint and a lawsuit because he refuses to take responsibility for his mistake.
