Will Arizona Department of Economic Security reopen on May 01? there is no help on web, phone is busying, one some i got lucky, it went through but waiting time was over 4 hours. How do contact ADES during this Pandemic please please please

They literally let people stand outside in this 100+ degrees heat for over 30 minutes when there’s a bunch of space in the building where people can still social distance. People could seriously get sick from the heat while waiting in line. They need to change their system to one that actually cares about the people’s well beings and not just letting them stand in the sun for over 30 minutes.

We just moved to the area and we got to the office pretty late they closed at 5 and here it is almost 7 and they are still working with us to get us going we are so appreciative

I got there at 8 AM they were open at 6 AM after you sign in youre assigned a number. I was on my way home by 1:30 PM. I was prepared and had all my information and documents with me. I was very happy with the process and the staff including the guard were very nice and efficient. If I have to go back again Ill be back to this location.

I think this one needs a TV! Or board games. But, even though the lines are three hours long the interviewers are very thorough, mine was polite and full of alternative resources I could tap into. The customer service was excellent so I guess it was worth waiting 3 hours

Tell me where is it acceptable to treat human beings at there low, like complete garbage. I was greeted by the most friendliest man on earth. Thank you sir! But after that at the window a lady laughed in my face and accused me of lying I had said 2 words and that’s what I got. This place is so ridiculous yelling at ppl, I would record so this place cane get audited but for the respect of others I would never. Someone properly train this staff..

My first trip to this office was unlike most others to other offices. My wait time was very quick. However a month and a half later they seem to have lost the information I gave them when I was there the first time. Dont know whats going on I guess Ill find out. If something is working well and if the federal government takes over they completely screw it up bad. If somethings working well and the state takes over they screw it up.But what can we do? Nothing and they know it.

Where is hope for a disabled 3 time combat veteran. All I needed was a little help and deny deny. Almost half ahead of me in line couldnt even speak english yet found the help they were looking for. If you are tired hungry or looking for hope as an American citizen good luck. Ill die before my kids cant eat so I will.

Anytime Ive had issues and had to get assistance they were always the most Timely mannered d e s office Ive ever been to and all the staff was very friendly and helpful

I spent 5 hours here to have to redo my whole application that I had done a month prior and they had not let me know that they denied my first application until the time had passed to where I had to reapply. The guy that did my interview was nice and helpful but then told me that my money would be on my card the next day. He then called after I left to say one of my paystubs didnt go through so I had to submit it again. Here it is a week later and I am still waiting to receive my foodstamps! I called and spoke to a lady that was very rude and she told me that I would have to wait just like everyone else and that the supervisors where very busy. I understand that but I have now been waiting since August 27th and when I asked if she had other resources because I have no money to buy food she reiterated that I would just have to wait until they had time to approve my application!! Apparently an essential human need is not seen as important to them!

If your prepared with the stuff you need you will be in and out quicker than you think.

I just had a general question and tried to call the number listed above bc i didnt want to waste my gas or time just for a ? The number is a automated system u cant even talk to a person anymore

I needed food stamps so I went and I waited for about an hour. It wasnt bad at all and the interviewer was very pleasant and I enjoy talking to him while he input all of my information into the system.

The employees are always very polite & helpful when I come in for assistance. They all work so hard and they are all a breath of fresh air.

Long day . Just to find out drug felony is a no no . I could be any kind of sexual predador, or any other type of Felone and its ok . Drug dealing felone no go . What should I do .... Smh

Horrible. Went in to turn ONE paper and get a copy of it. And the lady Gloria forgot all about it. When I asked her for it she said oh let me go find your paper she never returned instead she went to lunch. So I ended up waiting 1 ½ hours for a stupid copy until another worker made a copy for me.

Long lines, wait times that are absurd its not great but i guess its what it is, i have heard people try to fix it but it never changes, expect a long long wait and lots of paperwork.

I just arrived from there, it was the worst day Ive ever passed, Ive been treated in the most cruel and chantagistic way, theyve made me feel bad, theyve treated me with discrimination. Being an American citizen.k horror !!! 😧☹️
