I spoke to Zack regarding my pool heater and the service light coming on. He told me to just increase the flow and that should take care of it.I appreciate the honesty as other companies wanted to charge me a hefty service fee likely to come out and just increase the flow, something any person can do.

I had never owned a pool before so I didn’t really know what to look for when hiring a company to service mine. I decided to just go with the company that was recommended by the previous owner which was Commercial Pool and Spa Services and I’m so glad I did. They have been great in every sense of the word. My pool always looks great but more importantly they always give me so many helpful tips on how to best care for my pool. I highly recommend using them. They are absolutely wonderful.

Commercial Pool and Spa offers the absolutely best service and their staff is so nice. My pool is always perfectly clean and I feel safe having my grandchildren over to the house because I know the pool is always safe for them. This company is so knowledgeable and if I ever have questions they’re very responsive by phone. I haven’t come across a company this great in a long time but I highly recommend that anyone out there who has a pool use their services. You won’t be disappointed.

They recently did a complete installation of my pool heater, pump, filter, and lights and I am thoroughly satisfied with their work. I really am not one to post reviews but I thoroughly am impressed and pleased with the acid wash and tile cleaning that David from Commercial Pool did for my rental property. He was very professional and detail oriented. My tenants are super happy and have been using the pool regularly now.

My previous pool man was constantly making excuses for why my pool was dirty and filled with algae. Eventually I got fed up and decided to look elsewhere. I contacted CP&S and the owner himself came out and was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. This was almost 4 years ago and my pool has been looking wonderful ever since. Rusty my pool man shows up on a consistent basis and is very friendly and funny. I also recently had to change out my pump and and the repair guy did a great job. Great company, great, service, definitely recommend if you want want a great looking pool all the time.

I have had great experience with Commercial Pool. Itay, their repair guy is very honest and has a lot of knowledge about pools. He installed an LED light and was very professional. I was told by another company to change my heater completely and Itay said that wasnt necessary as it was just the circuit board heater that needed to be fixed. He fixed it and our heater is working perfectly now! I saved several thousands of dollars!

DISHONEST. Here is a list of issues that happened after I hired this company:1. Supposedly could not come by at the scheduled time because the pool cleaner could not open the gate. The gardener uses this same gate with the same code 3 times per week.2. Claimed that spa was being cleaned/maintained weekly (I paid extra for this). Never happened. I have video footage from each visit where the maintenance guy went straight to the pool and left without ever even going to the spa.3. Tried to get me to pay $1395 to replace my filter and grids, claiming equipment was old and rebuilt. I just had both (and pump) replaced within the past year.4. Most importantly, this company added 4X times the correct amount of conditioner to my pool (44lbs in 6 months) which was extremely damaging. Too much conditioner decreases sanitation and blocks the effect of chlorine altogether. It is almost impossible to fix once too much conditioner has been added. The only real solution is to drain the pool.Putting too much conditioner in my pool was the final straw and I switched companies at that point. My entire pool turned green with algae.At my expense, I had to drain my entire pool and do a chlorine wash to remove the algae that resulted from the excessive conditioner they added.DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

CP&S is a great pool company that always goes above and beyond. I am the supervisor for a hotel they service at and they have consistently done a great job in letting us know of repairs that need to be done and keeping the pool looking clean. Choose them if you want to have little issues and happy customers!

I just switched over to Commercial Pool and Spa Services after a bad experience with the last company I used. The difference is night and day! Before CPandS started servicing, I was very unhappy with my previous pool guy as the pool was always green. After CPandS began servicing and they told me what the issue was and that the pool needed to be drained, I agreed, and the pool has been great ever since. I get to enjoy it and it is very clean as I periodically do my own chemical checking. They are great at what they do!

I struggled for a while to find a decent pool company who could properly take care of my pool because my son has very sensitive skin and always had rashes after using the pool. Commercial Pool provides maintenance and repair services for our six commercial properties and so far we havent heard any complaints from any of the residents compared to before when we used to receive complaints about the previous company. Since Commercial Pool took over, the pools and spas always passed the requirements for the Health Department and none of the pools turned. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED AND THIS COMPANY HAS OUR HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS.
