Andrew and his staff held a charity fundraiser for our organization. Let me begin by saying how professional, prompt, how fun they made the event and help us raise a substantial amount of funds for our organization. We look forward to using their services again!I would highly recommend Andrew and Casinos In Motion.
If you’re looking for a top notch tournament this is the company!!!Great service and incredibly organized.Well done guys.
I am writing to warn anyone who is thinking of doing business with Andrew (AKA Andre, AKA Arman) Pirim, or his company, Casinos In Motion. I should point out that I have given him several opportunities to contact me to discuss, but he has chosen to ignore me.I sell software that displays a countdown clock used in poker tournaments. Over the past seventeen years I have sold hundreds of them, to casinos and individuals all around the world, and it was also the clock software used by Binion’s when they hosted the World Series of Poker.Andrew corresponded with me in email a little before deciding on his purchase. He then bought the software, downloaded it, emailed me that he had problems trying to use it, then never responded to my response offering to help him. I never heard from him again. Until *three months later*, last week, when PayPal told me he had just contacted his credit card company and demanded a refund, claiming the software was “not as described”. I want to stress again that Andrew never once contacted me after receiving the software and my offer to help him. If he had, I would have done all I could to resolve any issues. I offer unlimited, free, customer support, so if anyone ever has a question or concern, I am right there to help and support them. Most customers are able to start using the software without any help, but for those who have problems, I offer them a free training session. I have never, ever, had an unhappy customer.PayPal has put a hold on the money in my account. I am, of course, disputing the chargeback, and they are investigating.Meanwhile, Andrew has my software, and I have no way of stopping him from illegally using it. If you are ever at one of his events and you see him using “The Clock” poker tournament software, please know that he has not paid for it. Andrew, Andre, Arman Pirim, is a con man and a thief.UPDATE: Andrew has chosen to reply to one of my reviews with an attack, and on another, added a fake review so that mine wouldn’t appear on top. I would refer you again to his comment Tried to contact this vendor on several occasions. This is a blatant lie. He never once contacted me after the purchase and initial email that I responded to. If he had, I would have discussed and tried to resolve any issues. We all know he has my email address because he used it to correspond prior to the purchase. And it is also easily available on my website. Does anyone seriously think I am going to ruin my pristine reputation of seventeen years by suddenly ignoring a customer? As to his comments about the product, yes, it is around seventeen years old now and still going strong, improved over time with updates of course, and still happily in use at major casinos all over the world, as well as many, many happy individual customers. I have never had a product returned. I have never had an unhappy customer, until Andrew. Yes, there are some technical Word documents to supplement the help, available at the point of download, but all of the actual software help is built into each screen, just a click away. And if that is not enough, I am just an email away. Andrew is a con man, a thief, and also, as it turns out, a liar.
