One of their drivers came flying through a residential street. Narrow street and has an incline. They should not have been driving that fast and were really close to running into me. Hope they werent transporting anyone at the time.

Witnessed their drivers flying down Foothill. Cut off two cars, no turn signal usage … I would be scared to death.

SOME. I repeat SOME drivers are kind and respectful. But the company is NEVER on time. I sometimes have to wait for my transportation to show up, up to 1 hour some times. UNPROFESIONAL. A PICKUP and DROPOFF schedule is HIGHLY needed!

The worst company, do not trust them. They have few drivers and hundreds of patients. This is elder abuse, they make elders wait few hours before they are picked up. The worst company . There are other companies that charge half the price and are on time

Dont waste your time calling the office. The one who answers the phone barely talk english, shell put you on hold for a while and doesnt get back to you. Very unprofessional. This happens couple of times.PS. Please train your employees to treat your patients with care and respect, though most of them are old, they have feelings too!I can only count to those nice, friendly and sweet drivers from Care line they know who they are!There are two drivers that I really dont like one of them is Arlik and Im not sure the name of other driver. Theyre very unfriendly, and rude. They always made my Mom rides uncomfortable.
