If I could give them negative 15 stars, I would. They are HORRIBLE, and if you call them, their response is WE CANT BE PERFECT. They MUST be perfect. They are handling peoples mail, and need to be careful how it is handled. They constantly place someone elses mail in our box, and I am certain they do the same with our mail. STAY AWAY!!!!

Avoid like the plague. Gave my Fedex package to the wrong courier. Had to get fedex involved to locate correct the issue. Shop owner was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called them to help with tracing. Instead of offering assistance told me Too bad. Dont drop off packages here ever again Everyone should take the owners advice. Go somewhere else.

They are unable to keep their location open according to their posted hours and the employees are insanely rude when asked basic questions, I cant believe UPS partners with these kinds of businesses. I will be filing a complaint with UPS directly.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If your packages get routed here, change it to another location. They charge extra for things that normal stores wont charge for and you will have to ARGUE with them to check for your package even with the tracking number, shopping outlet, and order number all confirming that it is at their location.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have to say, my experience here is one of inconsistency - occasional spikes of gratitude and valleys of discontent. Like now, on a super-busy Saturday for me, Im waiting for the store to open (they open at 9, it is 9:36). Their phone is not being answered. Occasionally at random times through the day when I have come during the week, they are also closed.Yet there was the one time Tracey was here at 6:30 (they close at 6) on a weekday.I have had to ask that my envelopes not get jammed into a box too small for them, as well. Twice.The greatest strength of this store is that it is near where I live. Id go slightly farther for more reliable service, especially as I waste time waiting every time I come and the door is closed during their business hours.

Really bad service. I just need to go if I need to pick up packages. I do not like to go there. The lady is always rude!

She tried to charge me a dollar for dropping off fedex! And she was so weird and couldn’t count change I thought she might be intoxicated or something.

Pros: Close to my house. Nothing else.Cons: Terrible service. Terrible prices. This place is run by a greedy old Chinese lady. The place is old and dusty. The parking is hard to get in and out of. They charge you for borrowing their packing tape. They charge double to buy a roll of tape than the post office across the parking lot. The lady is the only person in there. I walked in to send two packages thru UPS that needed to be taped up. I already had prepaid labels. I walked out. Im going to 350 N Glendale UPS tomorrow. UPS isnt my preferred vendor. I actually like DHL or FedEx, but thats another review.
