I came in Sat. 8/21 to get my remote car keys and a couple watch batteries changed and they got it done quick. It got very busy with calls and people coming in for various things. Shawn and the other worker (cant remember his name? He was great though) were working hard and serving everyone. Also, they helped figure out how to replace my bluetooth speaker battery. It wasnt an easy job but they helped problem-solve and figure it out. They were very professional and helpful.

Caution: this is not going to be a fast visit. There are usually only one, maybe two, people there. Which is more than enough most of the time. But at busy times be prepared to wait. That said, they know their business. We’ve used them mostly for screen repairs for iPhones. But we’ve purchased numerous batteries from them over the years as well. Always a positive experience.

I had some rechargeable batteries place in two of my decors, Kyle assisted me in picking out the correct rechargeable batteries and he also put the batteries in the decors. No matter good a businesss customer service is, there are sometime mistakes that happen. I just want to take a few minutes to thank Tyler and his staff for the customer-care and customer-friendly service that they afforded me on yesterday. Contrary to the popular stance, I am one who keeps the iPhone for the duration of its due worth. Therefore, I needed the battery replaced in my iPhone 5. Tyler did this with the expertise that rivaled installation at the Apple Store and at a much lower price when you make the appointment Online along with a year’s warranty. (Can’t beat it) Kudos to Tyler and his friendly accommodating staff. I have recommended to my sister and my friends to go to the Battery Plus in Glendale, WI for their battery work: good skills and great service. Thanks Tyler, my phone is working like a charm!In addition, though the store was very busy, the staff acknowledged each customer who entered and told them that they would be with them momentarily. I visited Batteries Plus to replace my battery for my Ford Transit work van. It was a very rainy afternoon and Will the Battery Expert was able to diagnose it before offering to replace it with a new battery. He was able to replace it after struggling with rusty nuts and bolts. It was a very painless, easy transaction, Thanks to Will. Afterwards, I went to get gas, which was located down the street. The van failed to start and after a few tries, I ran back to the store and I asked to borrow their portable jump start. I ran back to the van and jumped it. As soon as the van had started, I see Will running towards me in the rain for assistance to troubleshoot. I was able to start it without Wills help, but I was impressed, that he ran out to help me, a customer stranded at a gas station. Will recommended to test the alternator, which he was correct with his diagnosis prior to the testing. I just want to say, Thanks to Will and his commitment to his customers. I am glad to see that there are still people out there that are committed to their customers and actually CARE.

Neither people working at this location wore masks or gloves; not were they keeping their distance from each other or their clients. One of the workers was actvely coughing and working on items. I will never return to this setting again,even when we are no longer maintaining our distance.

The two men who were working did not know how to change watch battery... One said they Dont have the right Phillips screwdriver driver. I have been going there for years without a problem

While the online experience was great, the installation of the car battery took over an hour and I am still very nervous that any of these guys here know anything about what theyre doing. Will I be able to drive out of here safely? Who knows. I should have gone anywhere else but here.

I set up and online appointment for a cracked iPhone screen replacement easily based off of the recommendation of a coworker. I was pleasantly met by the technician at the store and was told my phone would be done in about an hour. When I returned to the store just over an hour later, the technician informed me that it would take him about 15 more minutes to get my phone put backed together, and asked if I wanted to see exactly what he was doing with my phone. It was really awesome to be able to discuss the work he was doing and see exactly what the process entails. Another customer came into the store and he apologized and said he was the only one in the store that day and mentioned it would likely be a little bit more time before he’d get my phone done, after apologizing profusely. I ran a few more errands and came back about a half hour later, and the technician was finishing up my phone. He again mentioned I could watch him finish the work on my phone. We pleasantly sat and chatted about school, the Bucks and the weekend as he finished up. Service was GREAT, and my phone is back to perfect working condition! Cudos to this location. Two thumbs up!

Great experience buying a car battery. Their price was better than any auto parts store, ordered online for store pickup and got an additional 20% off. Picked it up at the store a few hours later, very convenient.

Bussed there on a Sunday at 3 PM and they were closed for some reason despite hours stating they were open. Nowhere else nearby for car batteries, so that was nice.

I didnt know they have car batteries... AND FREE INSTALLATION!! Dealership wanted $169+labor. I ordered my battery online for $125, went in to the store and one of employees, Jordan, came out and put it in my car. Took 5 min from start to finish. Jordan worked fast and was very friendly - Ill definitely recommend Batteries Plus to my friends and family.

Very quick and easy. Went on-line and ordered and paid for my new battery to be picked up at the store I designated. Within an hour I got a return e-mail saying my battery was ready. Drove in, took my old battery in to receive my $10 re-cycling rebate, and done.

Just stopped there to get a watch battery replaced. They took the entire watch a part, including taking off the glass face! They then said they did not know how to replace the battery. They struggled for over 20 minutes to put it back together. When they gave it to me, it was still missing a screw. No one apologized or tried to make it right. What a complete waste of time. I will be taking it to a jewelry store now not only to replace the battery but to have it inspected for damage.

Drove to this store during a bad weather snowstorm on a Saturday to replace a deep cycle battery. There was one person working on fixing another customers cell phone. I stood around for 30 minutes waiting for him to even address me. Once he finally got to me, he informed me that they were out of the battery I needed, and checked the system database to send me to a different store. When I drove 30 minutes in the snowstorm to the other location (on 124th and Capitol) I arrived only to be told that they were also out of the battery I needed, and that their inventory system just isnt very good. They didnt offer me anything for my time and trouble and sent me on my way. What a joke.

Had an appointment for 6:30pm to replace a battery in an S7 was told inhad to leave it overnight and come back next day? Store closed at 9pm onlyn1 other customer in store...how long does it really take to change out a battery?

Terrible took my phone thereto replace charge port. They told me come back in an hour so I came back in one hour and a half but still wasnt ready. Turns out they broke my screen and had to replace it. But after they replaced it swiping wouldnt work. And it wasnt my port I just needed a new battery. Now they had to send my phone out to be serviced since they couldnt repair what they broke.

Absolute worst service. I was the first one in the door, and three black customers were served by the black attendants before i was. I didnt have time. But i feel really racisted upon. So .... Lets say i know what it means....
