The woman I spoke with was just the right amount of friendly and took care of my needs rather quickly. I needed services like yesterday and thats how fast they delivered! I was able to go right into a retail store, pick up equipment and had internet set up just minutes after getting back home! The whole experience was awesome to say the least!
It was hard to find but once I realized it was in the small square building by the gas station it went quickly. I needed to return the modern. I was immediately greeted. A gentleman came up to take the modem from me and promptly entered the return into the system and handed me the receipt. This was super fast and easy!
Ended up with additional modem when stopped tv. Yet no one explained how that happened and said they need to submit a form. Seems violation of account privacy and just how safe are cox account??!!

Dont get cox. I pay 175 for outages every other week. On top of that, half my electronics wont pick up or get kicked off from the wifi, even with the best new modem they had to offer. Yes weve reached out to them and all they gave us was a smiley face emoji.
Good service but didnt have the motom i needed then said their is one the same price bothing different but the differences the megabites oer second is over a 100 different only holds 2 devices as well as we called to activate and they couldnt do it so i went to the cox on 51 n camelback and said that its the wrong motom and that they pretty much have nothing in common besodes wifi. Im a bit fustrated thay the man who had helped me gave me false info .
Customer Service is great but as far as internet/reliability absolutely horrible. They did node split to stop random outages/crashes and over traffic use on there channels and yet still with another node installed still have constant shutdowns and this is outside of outages.
How does this company have any reviews over one star? I have never finished a conversation with his company and felt as if anything was accomplished or I was helped in anyway. This company is full of false hopes and false promises about false services that they want to provide. The one and only reason I continue to pay for this service is because there is not another company in the area. I’ve just been promised for the third time that I would receive a free month of Internet for all my trouble and for the third time I have received nothing and no one has any record of this promise.
This internet service is unreliable at best and customer service is terrible. Over priced and under serviced.

I was reading my emails in the morning and my internet suddenly goes out. I chatted with online tech and he had me go through the usual process of disconnecting and waiting 10 seconds. Still had the blinking orange light. He said for me to go into the store location and swap out my modem/router. I got there and waited 10 minutes while 2/5 associates were helping out customers. I was finally helped by Aldo. Aldo immediately asked for my reason for being there. I told him that my device wasnt working and that I needed to swap it out. I asked him if there was a modem/router with more than 2 ethernet ports. He then comes back out and hands me two ethernet cables. I asked again that I needed a device with more ports. He asked for help and then explained to me that the 500 Mbps plan I have isnt compatible with any other modem/router than the one they gave me. The only way that I could use their equipment is to downgrade my service to 150 Mbps. Other than that, I needed to go to Walmart and find something that allows more ports. I pay $130 a month for incompetence? SMH. Im barely just over 3 weeks of new service and their modem/router dies on me. I cant wait for 5G internet.

Very safe. Two people allowed in store at one time; when one leaves, another is allowed in, keeping social distancing within store. Service was quick and efficient. Masks required, which I was very happy about.

It seems like every month the my internet goes down because of service in my area with no warning at all. Its so often that Im sure my employer thinks Im lieng. Today it was out till 8 am supposedly but I still cant connect I usually clock in at 5am and they told me the soonest they can have a technician out is Saturday!!!!!
Tech depth was HORRIBLE to deal with & the kids at the store were limited in their ability & lack of training & were unable to be any help at all. I canceled our contract with them b4 it ever started.
Terrible service. Made a Vietnam veteran wait outside in this Arizona heat while having more than enough distance from other customers. Their was no more than 10 people in the building.

Do not give your business to Cox, this branch is shady and unscrupulous and Cox way of doing business. All employees dont know what they are doing, if you ask for a manager or supervisor, they will avoid it by all means. Its not worth the savings, spare your self with the grief and stress because they will do a quick bait and switch just to sign up.
I have had a terrible experience with Cox Technicians. Twice they have come out to my apartment, refuse to hear what the issue is. Today the technician was rude to my brother basically said look the service is on What’s the problem! ? I am SO DISAPPOINTED I will be taking my business else where. Don’t waste your time go with another INTERNET PROVIDER.

All seats were taken when I got there so the place was occupied on this Monday morning. The staff was friendly and quick and was helped within five minutes of sitting down to wait. The staff usually tries to get my bill down to a lower price and its usually within my interest to consider their offers and suggestions. If you need to go to one of these stores in person, let it be this one.
A terrible company, but one that has a monopoly over internet service here. Poor customer service and untrained technicians. Upgraded from 300mbps to gigablast and was receiving 60 mbps after the upgrade. After two technicians, they were unable to fix the issue. Cox charged me two activation fees and fees for the technicians to come out, even though it was an issue on their end and not with the cabling of my house. Ended up “downgrading” my service back to 300mbps so I could get better speeds. Called customer service to get the fees waived and the douche I spoke with was combative, showed no empathy, and refused to waive my fees. I upgraded, had two techs come out, and then downgraded 3 days later after no resolution. Why am I being treated like this was my fault? If I had any other option for internet, I’d leave this place.

I helped my aunt to transfer her phone and tv from one address to another. She tried staying with AT&T. After one wk of trying, numerous phone call, and two schefuled tech visits without sucess. I got involved to resolve the tv access it ended them charging her $160 for trying to be loyal to them. They somehow sold her to the Uverse which doesnt have local channels. I couldnt believe that they would do that to a low income sr citizen. Their selling tactics are very deceptive and the company is too compartmentalized to correct the problem. We ended up switching to Cox cable, t took me less than an hour to make a call, a trip to a local Cox store, and a phone call for set instructions and just like that, she has tv set up. Kudos to Cox!

Fraudulently signed us up for a contract we didn’t want while telling us to our faces that we were getting something different. They’re now trying to charge us fees to fix their mistake, and we’re taking it as far as the BBB if we have to, but everyone in this store should be investigated for fraud, they are illegally trying to trap people in contracts for services they don’t want.
Cox is not the same customer focused company it used to be. Sadly, with current federal regulations its really all we have in our area. No real competition to encourage them to be better
2 for 2 bad experiences. First time, they don’t take cash payments. The second time, I went in to try to do a payment. There was about 5 workers standing around doing nothing while only 1 guy was helping a customer out. There was maybe 4 people in line and nothing was being done by the other staff. I just walked out because I was in a rush. I will never use this cox store again.

I dont even know how this location has pretty good reviews, lol! I will never go here for any of my Cox services. My mom went in hoping to get her bill lowered, since a lady had gave her the idea that you can get it lowered. She went to this one in national city, Francisco was the one helping her or should I say (lied, misleading). Francisco told my mom that if she were to upgrade to new cable boxes that he can lower her payment, and assured her that everything will remain the same. My mom agreed to that! Once the technician arrived to my residence, the first thing he asked what cable box will I be taking with me? And I was so confused as what was happening, since Fransisco assured us EVERYTHING will remain the same. The technician did explain to me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He stated if I were to remove one cable box it will lower my payment but if I decide to keep the same amount of cable boxes it would not lower my bill whatsoever. I was pretty angry at the fact that they are willing to lie and be misleading to get commission. Even that technician said this location sucks! Of course should of known its an authorized retailer. Just out here trying to screw people over! Therefore, I did cancel the whole upgrade because there was no point in doing so. Also I hope that means he wont get commission for that! NEVER AGAIN! ✌🏽️

I was just as confused about service coming out as i was going in. The promotion I was told about and signed up for wasnt legal. So the salesman that came out to the apartment complex LIED. I called three times to address my bill. The first two times they couldnt find my account. The last time it took an hour to find my account. At this point my bill is now $273.08. My first bill came 6DAYS after service was turned on. At this point I will go without cable if you have to trick and steal my money.

I had to call and spend an hour on the phone anyways since the employees at this location couldn’t figure out how to place an order unless it’s one of their profiled plans.
