Dr. Troy Holloway at the Glendale location is fantastic. My mother has profound hearing loss, and he is friendly, honest, and patient with her. She had already purchased expensive hearing aids from another audiologist, and Dr. Holloway was able to re-program and improve them with larger speakers. This saved her thousands of dollars and I am most grateful. The staff is always helpful, and I would highly recommend this practice.

I am so grateful to Dan and the staff. This is the first office where my hearing was tested with and without my old hearing aides at my initial visit. NO ONE had ever tested me WITH my hearing aides to find out if they were actually making a difference. I now have in canal aides and they are the best I have ever had. I went through an adjustment period because I was hearing SO MANY sounds I hadnt hear for a long time. Dan and the entire staff were so patient and encouraging. They are always pleasant. I tell everyone who mentions a hearing issue about Ascent Audiology . I dont think youll find a more reputable office.

Very professional, real audiologists on board, through ear cleaning. I was very happy and impressed with their services. Front desk staff very friendly and they made me feel welcomed. However, the company that makes their hearing aids, lead me to wonder.what is really going on, defective aids had to return mines at least 3 times, each time the aid still not working..update finally got an working hearing aid from Starkey - update very prejudice, they gave me a replacement aid that is twice the size of my ear and the other aid slips - money hungry liars especially Drew!

After my military service, I just kind of lived with the fact that I had constant ringing in my ears, and figured that the damage was done and there was nothing I could do. I met the folks from Ascent Audiology at a small business expo, and they offered me an evaluation to see where my ear health was.After my test, the hearing loss and tinitus I was experiencing was discovered, and I was shocked to learn how bad my hearing actually was. Like most peiople I would imagine, with the gradual loss of hearing I just didnt really notice, that is, until I tried some hearing aid options.Now I wear hearing aids, and I explain to everyone I know that putting these wonderful things into my ears was like turning on the technicolor in The Wizard of Oz! I know that seems dramatic, but at the age of 40, my ears have been put through a lot. While I wish I had no need for hearing aids, having them has truly changed my life. I can have much better conversations, I can hear when people are talking to me in a crowd, and I even have a program in my hearing aids to help offset the sound of the constant ringing.I am extatic that I went and saw Dr. Hewson, this office has honestly and truly improved my quality of life.
