Would highly recommend this business. We had about 1,100 sf of tile and grout cleaned and color sealed. The technicians arrived on time and did an excellent job. They moved all the heavy furniture and replaced it making sure everything was back in place before they left for the day. The entire process took about 5 hours start to finish. Good company to work with.

I recently purchased a home and was considering replacing the 20-year-old ceramic tile flooring as it was so drab and beat up looking. After finding out what it would cost to replace, I decided for the time being I would just get it professionally cleaned. Turned out that contacting Rob at Desert Tile and Grout Restore was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Rob and his crew of 3 cleaned and buffed the surface and, on their hands and knees, repainted and resealed the grout back to its natural color. My tile floor now looks like new!!! And the cost was about 2% of what I would pay for a complete demo and replacement!!! I am just thrilled beyond words at the outcome.

Rob and his crew were great! They were able to bring our travertine flooring back to it’s original appearance.(actually better) after a botched job done by another company back in December. They stripped a super thick seal, rinsed the floor, a diamond hone, then resealed and buffed the floor. They started at 8:30a.m and were done by 2:30 p.m. Rob is such a professional, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He takes much pride in his work! Found these guys while looking for a local company to clean and seal travertine floors that had been neglected from the previous owner. Called and was able to schedule with them to give me an estimate. I liked the enthusiasm he showed while explaining to me what they could do. I needed some grout repairs in 2 bathrooms, some pretty heavy scratches polished out, and the granite counters cleaned, caulked, and polished. This was all done in 1 day by not only their crew, but the owners themselves! Very neat and clean job with excellent attention to all the details from start to finish. Rob and nick were wonderful to work with. They cleaned the floors at our business that had significantly ground in dirt and grime from the past 4 years. There crew was on time and were very professional. They answered all of our questions and responded promptly to phone calls and texts in regards to our project. The price for their service is far more reasonable than many competitors and there service was unmatched. Did a complete walkthrough with us to make sure we were happy, and even threw in an extra couple services at no cost to us. Did a great job and fast. Rob is very polite and friendly. My dog walked on the grout that was not dry and they just fixed it no problem. Would absolutely recommend this company.

My tile was put in by friends over 3 months ago & no matter what we did we could not get the haze off of it. Rob & Nick Stafford are the best! I now feel comfortable in my home. Nick, the son, & his friend did an outstanding job! It shines now & Im not afraid of walking on it & getting dirty feet or socks. They even came back right away after I found some grout missing. Wasnt a big deal but it sure meant a lot to me. Dont hesitate in using these guys!
