Asked them to check a line on my roof that was leaking. They sent two guys over, charged me for 8 hours of emergency rate labor ( it was no emergency) . All they did was replace a 2 clamp and charged me $1399. Bill said they replaced 15 of pipe and 2 clamps. When I went to look at the job, it was one clamp only. And they also charged me tons for the material they didnt even use. Tried to iron it out with them. They refunded a few bucks for the,materials they didnt use, but ripped me off on the rest. It was about a one hour job, max. Will never do business with,them again. These people are very dishonest.

I had an emergency where the main valve providing water to my structure broke. I was in desperate need for someone to come over a fix it. I gave AP Fire Protection a call and they had someone come over right away. I was amazed how quickly they were able to remove the old valve and replaced it with a new one. The crew were friendly and professional. I highly recommend AP Fire.

This is the type of company that only cares about getting their money and nothing else. They came to service the fire system in my business. The ansul system was too old and we were told we needed to replace it but he approved everything else and went on his way. I know that these companies have to give their reports to the fire depart. so that the fire depart. can come out and make sure we fixed what needed to be fixed. However, the fire inspector literally came in the next day. When I asked him why he came on this particular day (when he had not come in for 4 years before), he said he got a call about our business. I was already frustrated to have to spend money on a new ansul system and certainly did not appreciate AP Fire Protection working behind my back to try and speed up the process so that we would pay them to get it replaced. I will NOT be working with them and I certainly will not have them replace/repair anything.
