This business is crooked as all get out. They operate with fraudulent behavior and intentions. They sell products with serial numbers not matching on the actual device and box that it comes in. So when you have an issue they request pictures of the console and “stock box”. Once they examine the photos they accuse the customer of swapping equipment so they won’t have to assist you with refund or replacement. I have worked in law enforcement for 10+ years and have never been accused of what these awful people have accused me and my wife of. Totally messed up my sons birthday gift. Luckily my wife was recording for my son as it arrived after his birthday and we have footage of the delivery driver walking away and us calling our son to come open his gift as proof. Please do not trust this company. They are horrible.
Do not order threw them. I ordered a new x box series x with the all access included and they wont send me the all access card because they say that its not included even though my confirmation e mail shows the all access x box. I could have bought the same system from best buy or another place for the same price with the all access that I was suppose to get. I wish I could post a picture of the false advertising that they have on walmart.com . The whole point of the all access is it includes the cards! Im only giving 1 star because I cant put 0 stars!
This company ripped me off through Walmart. Walmart should be to blame too because they would not take responsibility. Walmart allows this company to do fulfillment type selling on Walmarts site. I was duped into buying Nintendo Switch Controller, for my son as a gift, and I paid $89.88. The product I ordered is in the photo. The company sent me a Gamecube controller, which retails for $30. I was ripped off and when I tried to complain or return to Walmart, they said Nationwide had to take care of it. I sent pictures to Nationwide, and they were unresponsive. Unbelievable! Do NOT trust this company.
Ordered a PS5 console and extra controller. Controller arrived on time, but no console. Nationwide reported the console as delivered to Walmart, even though they sent me an email acknowledging it never shipped. Horrible customer service, was told another shipping label created, but no tracking information. Company plays word games, price gouges, and is a complete SCAM. Working with Walmart for a refund now. Avoid this seller at all costs.
Beware! Scam Artists! Order 12 Xboxes through Walmart as prizes for my company. They only shipped 9 but claimed to have sent the rest. They refuse to refund or ship what is due despite us paying a high premium for the items.
Got sent four PS4 instead of two, youd think oh wow that isnt bad. Except for the horrible customer service and their inability to add in details needed, at the beginning they emailed me so I could send them back or keep but would be charged. I responded to keeping one of the two extra and what steps should I take to be charged for the third one, they responded to my emails but deliberately ignored the question so I called them out on it, its been about a month since this entire process started and its exhausting to have not gotten it done and over with quickly. They wont even tell me how much theyre charging me or when theyll charged me, I already sent back the second one but after I sent my number to be charged they stopped responding.

Sorry but if you messed up thats your problem if the item was already purchases at that price and setto be shipped why would you do that. Do not EVER buy from Nationwide distributors here on Walmart. They canceled my order for a Nintendo Switch at $257.19 and hiked up the price to $356.94. They said it was a price error but those numbers are nothing alike, this felt more like a bait and switch than an error/typo. After this Walmart wouldnt offer to do anything, and after reading reviews here on Walmart.com, and on google; I found that they have a history of doing this to many customers. This is a scummy business, and Walmart is shady for allowing them to continue to exist on their website.

Horrible customer service. Might as well be a robot. Bought a PS4 through Walmart and my fault was not realizing it was through this horrible third party and seeing their 30 day return policy. Who would’ve known that two months after receiving and giving to my son for Christmas it would not work. I get policy but stand by the product and be human. There are exceptions in the real human world. I would’ve accepted a replacement or credit. I was heart broken for my son and I couldn’t afford to shell out more money for another PS4 if I could even find one at this point. The reason I purchased one early. I would NEVER purchase through this third party company and because of them wouldn’t even purchase through Walmart. Amazon even though a huge corporation treats you better. Just horrible.

We ordered a switch for my son for Christmas. Not realizing from Walmart, it was a 3rd party, they have a 30 day return policy. Well opening it on Christmas, it was a used switch and has many problems. They will not even replace or return because of the 30 days. Do not use them.

Her I go - started my christmas shopping through Walmart.com during the month of November which was consider Black Friday shopping and ordered a ps4 game Nba2k21 for my son. Now here comes christmas and it turns out my son had already purchased the game online downloaded into his PS4. Hiwbwas I supposed to know that....i dont play on a PS4. So I went to Walmart directly in need of returning. Walmart gave me a printed receipt and said that this was a third party order and that I had to take it up with them. So I did. We had several emails back and forth and they refuse to take the game back or even provide me with a credit regardless of the fact that as a consumer I was shopping for bargains which was made available in November just about before Christmas. This company Nationwide Distributor know for a fact that during the month of November that many consumers were shopping for Christmas which happens to be 12/25/20. They should not be allowed to continue to conduct business if they cant consider the people who buy from them to accommodate them with the respect that was given to them when we the consumer gave them our money. So in little words - to me they ripped me off. Now I am stuck with a game that we dont need. I will make sure to make note of thia companys name. There is more than one way to skin a cat. Again, poor policy. I will reframe from ever purchasing from them again because they cannot offer any help in this type of situation. I read other reviews regarding being sent either a wrong item and also damaged goods. Shame on them...NATIONWIDE DISTRIBUTOR.

I was shipped a damaged item and Nationwide let me know they would send a replacement.I called them today and they said no replacement and there is nothing I can do. I ordered an Xbox on Easter Sunday and it got delivered two days later on Tuesday!I originally bought one from another company on google shopping, but they ended up canceling my order Sunday morning. So that evening I ordered one from nationwide distributor, and I got an email on Monday saying it was ready to be delivered. I was nervous because of all the negative reviews, but in the end it was a great experience! :)My little sister even wanted to comment on it:“I’m so happy that it came really early, this is a really nice company to get stuff from!”
Product was delivered 5 days ahead of schedule. I see plenty of poor reviews of this company, many of them stemming from black Friday deals. My guess is they got inundated with Black Friday orders and fell behind on shipping. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company. My order was less expensive than other retailers and was delivered very quickly via fedex.

Supposed to receive item Friday, never showed. I filed a claim with FedEx the shipper and advised the seller Nationwide immediately. Went back and forth with seller all week after FedEx determined the item was “lost”. Finally called the seller to ask when they would reship, they stated it was still “being investigated.” I cancelled my payment because at this rate who knows if I would’ve EVER gotten the item I PAID for. Be careful, and pay for signature required shipping next time especially if it’s a high value electronic item like mine was. Never again.

Horrible experience - paid over $200 for AirPods Pro and received an EMPTY sealed padded envelope shipped via UNSIGNED, USPS Ground. Company is not returning my requests for support, Google Shopping is also not assisting me in the matter of recovering my funds. STEER CLEAR of this seller, they are scammers I doubt they have any real electronics at all.
I messed up when ordering from this place. They had amazing black Friday deal and in my rush to order it I forgot to put my apartment number on this order. I didnt order directly through them I ordered through google and they would not let me cancel, reorder or modify my address. The post office wanted 14 bucks to hold my package there. Luckily I called these guys and they literally searched through all of the packing slips, even had to call me back after searching for it wrote my apt number on the slip before it god sent out. That deal was gone when I was trying to re order after I realized my error. These guys literally saved the day for me. To top it off I ordered it on a Friday evening and I had by the next Thursday. If they have deals Im looking for in the future. Ill go through them again.
I ordered the Beats Wireless Pro on Black Friday. My experience was like many, many others here, They created a shipping label but never shipped. Customer service was inept. Replies took a day and a half...etc...I sent a message to ask for a status update after 10 days. After a day and a half, they replied that they were issuing a refund. I replied that I didnt want a refund. All of the Black Friday deals were long gone by then. They ignored my reply and issued a refund anyway. The thing is, they are still advertising the ear buds (for a higher price). Why wont they fulfill my order as agreed?
This company is horrible! Placed an order on 11/26, for delivery on 11/30. Then 12/1, then 12/17. Well guess what? Although they immediately charged my credit card I still have not received my order! Waited 2 weeks for my package to ship which it never did, I messaged the company about this they took 5 days to reply and didnt address the problem at all. I sent a request for a refund which they didnt respond to. I called the company to ask for my refund and they told me they couldnt refund me because a different company had the shipping labels.

If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. I recently purchased 4 Airpod Pros from this merchant via Google Shopping, and the package never arrived. This is absurd given that they claim I signed for it when in reality I checked FedExs website and it is signed as COVID19, which is not my name. Whether they misplaced or it was stolen they should never have arrived at my front door and just left it there without an appropriate signature. I have also been attempting to contact Nationwide and have not received any update on when I will be receiving my refund. Now, I have lost $1,102.44 and have seen the shipment. The fact that they are also not answering my phone calls is another issue as well. This company carries a very absurd customer service. Avoid at all costs, please. I should have paid attention to prior reviews stating that other customers have also encountered this issue when ordering from Nationwide Distributor.

I ordered an item through Google Shopping a week ago and thought I got covered by Google Guarantee. But Google shopping could not do anything for me. What a misleading guarantee? I waited until black Friday to purchase a pair of headphones I paid $260 in November to get it by Christmas. They didnt send the order and google never refunded me. I had to reach out to them to find out why the shipping wasnt updated to be told o sorry they arent sending it. They are processing my refund so now I get to wait 7-10 business days to turn around and pay over $100 more for an item because of their inability to conduct their business properly. I will be contacting them directly and if unresolved I will be contacting the consumer federal protection bureau to explain how they do things a refund is unacceptable at this point I want the headphones I ordered at no additional cost to me
After purchasing some Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones from this seller thru Google Shopping I was a bit worried worried given the ratings and reviews by other customers. I decided to wait it out and see if I would receive real authentic Sony headphones from this seller on time. The next day I received an email saying that the headphones were shipped and should arrive in 3-5 business days. Surprisingly the headphones arrived in 2 days and they were indeed the real deal. I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. Give these guys a chance, they fulfilled my order as described and as advertised.

I ordered the item on November 29, 2019. The tracking was updated on the 30th but to this point, the package has not been received. The email said it would arrive Wednesday yet the package has not even been received by USPS and it is currently Thursday (7 days after the order was placed)... The order was put in on Dec 28th, initially, Google add stated will be delivered by Jan 3ed. Well, the label was created by the vendor 5 days after and USPS tracking is showing delivery on Jan 9th. I should have looked where this company is instated of trusting Google and the found out it is 18 miles away from me. if I had known I would have just driven and picked it up. I will think twice before I order from google shopping again.

Purchased a product via Ebay. This company told me to deal directly with USPS and that was that. No support whatsoever. I guess they do not care that USPS delivered to the wrong unit or lost it. Wish they would just work with me to resolve the issue. Ended up losing about $60 because they washed their hands of this issue after the package was shipped via USPS and the package never received.

Ordered a product from them, contacted fedex to have the package redirected to the fedex locations so I can pick it up, because like most people I work for a living and fedex told me because of their agreement with Nationwide Distributor they could not redirect the package, wait what... The moment the money switches hands the product becomes my property. But that is an issue with fedex. So I contacted nationwide distributor to explain the situation, never got a reply, all it would take is 5 minutes for them to call fedex and redirect the package or remove the restrictions, Never did, most likely gonna have to wait an additional 4 days so I can be home to get my package. Not happy, will never order from this company again.EDIT: The company did get in contact me with, but said because of the restrictions on the package they couldnt do anything, seems to me like someone is lying to me, either FedEx or Nationwide Distributor, either way I was able to get my package because of the FedEx driver, thanks to him being there at the perfect time for me to run there on my lunch and contacting me and my phone number being on the shipping label, I got my package with no issues. I am happy that Nationwide Distributor got ahold of me, but the true issue was not being able to redirect my package to a FedEx location locally to pick it up after work, I understand not being able to redirect the package to a totally different address but this wasnt like that, this was just wanting it to be left at a FedEx location where I have still have to prove I am the recipient of the package to pick it up, unlike delivering the package where anyone can pretend to be the recipient and forge their signature.Even though I received my package, I still will not order from Nationwide distributor again
