I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I have to! I have never seen this type of horrible customer service, they give attitude to everyone single customer. When I went there there was an old lady in front of me and the way they talked to her was unacceptable. She was confused if they can exchange her foreign bills to USD, they said we don’t do it go somewhere else and rolled eyes on her. Just shocking. The other day my grandpa also told me that they gave an attitude to him. We will never use their services anymore. The management should either change their employees or train them to become professional.

The lady who is always on the phone with friends discussing her private life will not even look at you to ask how can she help or whatsoever. A primate would have better manners though

Worst Customer Experience I have ever had, i do not recommend this place to anyone. Very Rude Staff, they even hung up the phone on me Twice! If you choose to go here, please dont say i didnt warn you.

Shady place! Dont go here! They dont do exchanges. I walked in and the teller said the name says exchange but we dont do exchanges. So what do you do? How about change that name and stop wasting peoples time.
