Dave completely wiped out Dental bill with Western Dental that was over $4000 and got it removed from all three credit bureau in the first week working with him. The Western Dental bill itself took 3 months or so to settle, but it was well worth the wait since I didnt have to pay nothing back with Daves assistance. Dave was fantastic! He said he could greatly reduce the debt I owed with a quick (1 week) negotiation on my behalf (I tried and failed on my own) and he got my debt reduced by over 80%. Dave also told me that if I had more time (which I didnt) he could eliminate the charge off debt and get it removed from my reports. But I was pressed for time so I paid for deletion instead. Dave and Marti constantly made minor errors.I sign and fax documents over within 24 hours after they would send them and I would never get confirmation unless I reached out to them! And once I reached out they’d RUSH me if I missed a document.They randomly decide to charge my card without warning me....as if this country is not in the middle of pandemic, at least pick up the phone and call the client to make them aware that’s it time to pay!And they were always assuming the worse of me by sending me reminders to not do chargebacks on my credit reports. Why would I call my bank and report fraud on something I authorized?!He was rude and unapologetic of his behavior. And unfortunately didn’t receive the kind of treatment the other reviewers did. We called David because theyre close by and we got really lucky. There was a bogus thing on the credit and after a 5 minute call with David, he gave me basic advice which worked and got the marking removed. As a fellow business owner, were not saying call Dave for free advice or that he does free work. What were saying is, he was an honest, well intentioned guy who couldve scammed me into retaining him but didnt. He even said If what I told you doesnt work, Im happy to have you hire me.
