Would absolutely recommend!! I went in for a broken iPhone screen, the prices are amazing and my phone was done so quick! I ended up getting 2 phone cases 2 screen protectors a pop socket and new screen on a iPhone for the same price total I would have paid at a lot of other places! Part of my charging cord broke off in my iPhone SE 2020. I also got super glue in there from trying to get the piece out by putting glue on the broken cord. Rowaid took care of it for me for a good price.

Rowaid was attentive and courteous. He fully diagnosed my MacBook Pro while I was there, discovered the problem, quoted me a price and completion date. Computer was done on that day and I paid the exact price he quoted not a penny more. Rowaid values his reputation and integrity and will not compromise either. Prior to coming here, I stopped at the Apple Store to get a diagnostic for my dead Macbook Air. Nothing... they couldnt tell me what was wrong with it which was upsetting. Then, I came to STELA TECH and I loved the fact that they offer a free diagnostics to know for sure whats your devices issue before coming to a solution. Rowaid, the owner, was very patient with me and thorough with his repair process. He promptly answered my questions and reassured me throughout the entire repair process. After being told that my Macbook may not have repair from the Apple Store, STELA TECH fixed my laptop and works just like new! I highly recommend STELA TECH if you are losing hope on your device.

I had called and went into a few places, each had told me it would be over $200 which was more than the phone had cost me. I called him and he just said to bring it in and he can fix it. He had to order it overnight but he fixed it for less than $100.We will be taking all of our electronics back to Stela Tech from now on without question!! Great service without the high prices!

I had an HP Pavilion Laptop, loaded with Windows 10, that was having blue screen crashes that I couldnt understand. The owner, a Mr. Hesa, worked with me over the course of some weeks to correctly identify the cause - a bad RAM component - and also provide me with useful advice to keep the laptop in shape, beyond just resolving the issue. During that time he checked in with me almost daily, and responded quickly to text communications; that showed me that my issue mattered to him. Once it became apparent that a hardware component was the cause, he first offered to order the parts and do the replacement himself. Because my laptop was still under warranty, I told him not to worry about that, and chose to send my laptop into HP to have them deal with their poor craftsmanship themselves. I worried that it would seem insulting, but if Mr. Hesa was ever offended, I never knew it. He approved of the decision and simply asked me to keep him updated. I think this shows professionalism.I was able to relay to HP what the identified problem was, and as expected, all that they had to do was replace the RAM. It has been a few weeks since all that, and my laptop runs fast and never crashes anymore. I let my man at Stella Tech know, and he was glad to hear it. Through all this, I was only charged a one time price of $75.00. I would say that it was extremely reasonable given the effort the owner put in. I am also grateful for all the tips I was given for preventing future problems, including recommended software that he helped me to install, for keeping the HDD in my laptop clean of junk files and such. These guys made getting my phone repaired very simple and affordable. Rowaid was great from the beginning! I called or researched every place in the area which were all super expensive or hard to get ahold of or both. When I called Stela Tech they answered promptly, quoted me a good price and we’re able to get it done that day. Called on a Tuesday to get phone screen replaced. He didnt have the screen for my phone but order it. It arrived Thursday but couldnt get there till Friday. Got there Friday morning an within an hour it was fixed. Also showed me some tempered glass protecters I could get cheaper on Amazon. Very professional and quickly taken care of.

I have been here three times already. The family owners care about providing good service and quality. One time I came with a major issue with an Android phone. After assessing the issue, the owner suggested it was more worth my money to just buy a new one. He did not try to rip me off or have me buy service from here that I did not need! Stela Tech is awesome! Very friendly. I’ve replaced iPad screens and another iPhone screen with him before. Went above and beyond recently to replace the screen on my wife’s iPhone 8+. And then when I told him that the phone kept restarting, he said he did see water in there, which I know was true, and told me to leave it that he’ll open it back up, clean it and dry it and to pick it up at the end of the next day. I did that, phone has been working perfectly fine... so far so good. Thank you for everything!

Didnt want to go to a main store and have them try to convince me to upgrade. My phone is all paid off. I just could barely hear anyone that called me. My wife told me about this place. I went to check it out to see if I could get help. I was prepared to leave it there but he told me 15 minutes and very reasonably priced. It was less than 15 minutes. Double checked it and I can now hear people better than before. There are many accessories and some used computers surprisingly low priced. I asked about it and was offered the opportunity to take it home and try it for a week and bring it back if I wasnt satisfied. Very trusting and this will be the only place I will go from now on

They even identified a battery problem (typical swelling issue with the iPhone six) and gave us a discount to repair that at the same time. Shady guy. I don’t mind that I paid the ridiculous price of $265 to replace the screen on my brand new galaxy phone, what I do mind is that he supposedly replaced my screen but when I picked it up there was messy glue all over the edges and the screen was loose. When I pressed the screen to do anything it threw me out of whatever I was doing and kept bringing me back to the home screen. I couldn’t use my apps. It was obvious the screen wasn’t attached properly. When I went back to him he tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the new screen; saying it was a glitch with the galaxy phones. I said I didn’t have the problem before and the screen was noticeably loose. He again replaced the screen. When I came back to pick it up he was on the phone rudely telling someone that he wasn’t fixing their phone again without another charge and very rudely told them to go somewhere else and hung up on them. He was equally rude to the person ahead of me waiting in the store. He said my phone was now fixed. I got home and noticed that not only was it not fixed but now my fingerprint function no longer worked. Prior to his replacing my screen everything worked. He refused to take responsibility and told me I must’ve done something. Rude unethical crook! Do not do business with him. It sounds like he does a good job with iPhones but not with galaxy phones. So I guess he should tell people that and not work on phones he does not know how to fix.Response to your ridiculous reply: Yes, I have the correct business! 805 Pleasant st. I was there twice! I know where I was. You denied responsibility after the second time I went there so why would I go back to you? So you could break my phone again?! Or so you could refund my money by taking your defective screen back and giving me back a phone with no screen?! By the time you “repaired” it the second time you told me my original cracked screen I had when I originally went there was disposed of. You could not have made this right because I would’ve been leaving there with a phone that was broken worse than when you started. I had to replace the phone after you destroyed. It could not be fixed after you touched it. Just letting the public know what happened.

I went there to have my Galaxy S6 fixed when the LCD broke and the kind man there was able to repair it, same day, and at a much lower price than the other people I called. Saved myself a good $75 by coming here. And thats not to mention the 30-day warranty, should the problem have not been resolved.All in all, I am giving Stela Tech five stars because I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to get their phone repaired for a price that is actually reasonable. So glad to have my phone back after not knowing what to do for months on end. My only regret is not having found this place sooner!

Went there to get my Samsung Galaxy S5 screen replaced. My screen was cracked and lighting would flicker every now and then. Quick service and no more flickering! Definitely recommended. Only wish the price was better. $175 is a bit steep.

Went in with a screen crack and he ended up messing with the wiring and then my phone started to look like this. Was a good amount of time where the screen just went grey. Would not recommend​ this place, just go to Apple, its not worth it.

I love bringing my apple products here. I have had several iPad screens replaced, and a sundry of work on iPhones. He is friendly, quick and efficient. Also he does quick work. I have tried the mall carts for repairs and they have caused more grief than it’s worth.
