I was fortunate enough to come across PC Repair right after moving to the area. I unboxed my desktop from a cross-country move to find it inoperable. Hamlet was extremely responsive, had the computer diagnosed and repaired quickly at a very fair price. More than that, however, he educated me at every step of the repair. My file structure was a complete mess; he corrected it and told me how to better treat the computer moving forward. I also have an old Cintiq I use as a second monitor. A friend had originally helped me hook it up, but had done so incorrectly. Hamlet went so far as to send me Amazon links for the specific adapters I needed to hook it up properly. (This was after fixing my computer; he just went above and beyond.) Will definitely be returning for any future computer issues, and cant recommend highly enough.

I needed help with my laptop thinking the hinge was broken. I met with Hamlet and he noticed that a it was only a screw that fell off from the bottom of it. He is a wizard. Great work. My OS corrupted itself updating from Windows 8 to Windows 10. He managed to get all my files off of my solid state, create a new partition on my other hard drive so i lost no files (just had to reinstall a few programs) and gave me a new version of windows 10. Everything is running great and I got my computer back same day during all of the Covid-19 craziness. Whole thing was only 130 bucks, well worth the cost.

I recently built my first PC and got everything running but was having crashes. I called a few places on Sat morning and everyone wanted me to bring the computer in and were 0 help in guiding my troubleshooting. A friend recommended I call Mr. Torossian as they had a good experience in the past. Mr. Torossian within 5 min gave me enough troubleshooting advice for me to realize it was either a RAM issue or a Bios update was needed. I called him back more than once and he was patient and went above and beyond in order to help me out. He asked for my parts and downloaded the manuals to advise me as to what RAM to get. He does free diagnostic test and does not up-charge for parts, should he need to order them for you. I can not speak to his prices or turn around time as I didnt need anything actually repaired but considering his customer service otherwise, I am sure he is super reasonable. Highly recommend by me and multiple friends of mine.P.s He works from home so if you drive by the address dont be confused as to why its not there.

Hamlet did a great job troubleshooting why my pc was crashing. It came down to the motherboard and instead of needing a full replacement he was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it saving me lots of time and effort.
