This is a horrible cleaners. The manager would tell me that he would call and never would call for the alterations on my wedding dress. When I reached out to him he told me to come pick up my dress that the alterations lady could not do it anymore after she had already ruined my dress. Would not recommend going here

Great place to get your clothes cleaned! They do a an excellent job, and the owner is very personable and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Alfredo has the worse customer service I ever experienced and its my understanding he is the owner. I brought pillows to him because they carried a horrible smell. I did all i could to remove the smell but was unsuccessful. He assured me he could remove the smell but does not guarantee stain removal. I was ok with that. However, he later retracted his promise to remove the smell saying he never guarantees anything. He attitude was aggressive and his words less than friendly. The sad part is if he had just been kind and more professional in his call I wouldnt have been surprised about his inability to remove the smell. I was less than confident that it could be done. I needed a local cleaner for my clothes but clearly it wont be him. I would rather have less than perfect service with great customer service skills. Good luck to those who use him.

Be careful here, just picked up a 100% silk shirt for my wife. It was white when she dropped it off, but ivory/yellow with bad spots when I picked it up. They told her originally they would need 2 extra days when she tried to pick it up.i think they knew they messed up and were trying to fix it but failed.....

****POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE*****Took in 25 business shirts and 1 pair of pants. A week later when I went to pick them up was told they didnt have them. They asked to buy some time to find them. Gave it to them no problem with the understanding that Alfredo was going to take responsibility for the companys mistake if they couldnt find them. A month later when it was apparent the werent coming back Alfredo informed me to look at the back of my receipt. He is only responsible for paying 10 times the amount of the bill on the ticket. Not replacement cost if in fact they cant give you your clothes back. Most of the shirts were purchased at Nordstrom with the least expensive ones about $85 and the expensive ones $150. The pants were $200. His offer was $700 which is $26 an item. That would get me about 8 of my least expensive shirts back. He has insurance, just doesnt want to use it because the deductible is $1,000. Told me he was going to look at security cameras to try and find who they gave them to. His employee informed me that never happened and the the cameras didnt even work. Needless to say very unhappy with this Dry Cleaners business sense and lack of accepting responsibility for their obvious error. I just cant comprehend how it is possible you could take in clothes to him and if he just decided he liked them he apparently could just keep them and give you 10 times what he was going to charge you to clean it. ****BE CAREFUL****HORRIBLE BUSINESS SENSE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG****

I started going here about 5 months ago. I was using a different place nearby. The prices are better and the times are faster. I feel like Im going to the neighborhood store where everyone knows my name. GREAT SERVICE!

I dont like to write bad reviews because all anyone ever writes about on here is their grudges, but i have to say i was dissapointed here. Im from out of town and interviewing at a graduate program here in the morning, so i was looking for same day service on a single white shirt. I tried calling and he didnt answer, so i drove down. Sign said same day service $1.00 extra but when I asked for it he said rather curtly that he wasnt able. Poor customer service and poor attitude, plus didnt deliver on his own signage.
