I normally don’t write reviews, but I highly recommend Top Tier Carpet cleaning. Brandon responded fastest with a fair quote and went the extra mile. He was extremely professional and removed pet urine odor/stains that has been bothering me for months. The carpet looks and smells brand new and it’s almost dry after only about an hour.There’s absolutely no way I could’ve done anything close to this myself and better job than any other carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used. With a new baby, I really needed the carpets in my home cleaned. Having pets, it was important that our carpets be disinfected and cleaned properly to welcome our new baby home. I came across this family owned business after trying to find a carpet cleaner in my area that could properly treat and remove a problem area from our dog and clean our carpet. The response time was just a few minutes and the communication was excellent. I was very pleased with the results and now a completely worry free mama! I could not be more satisfied with their service.
