I highly recommend XLT. From the beginning, they responded promptly to my request for an estimate. I was very pleased with my choices for tile, granite, and fixtures. The work was completed in a timely manner and all of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. Leonel was easy to work with, which was appreciated since I had never done a remodel before. I am hoping to use XLT again in the very near future.

We appreciated the timelines of the job. Lots of work went into just 23 days total to do an amazing transformation! We love our new bathrooms and flooring. We were also able to add our own creativity to the project.

I cant speak highly enough about the professionalism and quality of work that XLT did for my master bedroom/bathroom remodel. I originally sketched up a drawing of the shower design I wanted and the end result was a perfect match. Everyone on the XLT team was great to work with and the attention to detail by the tiler was just outstanding. The craftsmanship in the tiling and grouting was far better than any of the other tile companies Ive had do installs in the past. I had received quotes from several companies and in comparison, the quote from XLT was much more reasonable than most of the others so I felt they treated me very fairly. I will no doubt be working with XLT again in the future on my other bedroom/bathroom!

XLT installed tile flooring at our new home. They were efficient, timely, and the crew was kind and respectful. There work is absolutely stunning and quality is top notch. We love the floors, they are leveled and the grout lines are perfect, and anyone who comes in comments on how nice the tile looks. The owner, Lionel, and crew leader, Alonzo, were quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We would absolutely recommend them!

The workers were on time, clean and efficient. The removed all the door framing and enlarged the opening to the bathroom to and added handicap access bars. They followed all Covid-19 procedures. The work was completed to my satisfaction.

I hired XLT Construction to remove old carpet and tile from my home and install brand new tile flooring. It was a big job and they completed it in 1 week (and even worked on Thanksgiving to ensure it would be completed on time).Price: I received quotes from a few other companies and Leonel’s (owner) price was competitive and the lowest quote overall. I like that his quote provided materials such as underlayment and grout. I also liked that he was able to provide a virtual quote through video conference since this was my preference during the covid-19 pandemic.Work: the demo guy worked really hard and efficiently to remove the old carpet and flooring. There were several other guys that skillfully laid the tile and ensured that the pattern had a good amount of variation. It turned out fantastic and looks like a new home. The guys were respectful and worked diligently.I would highly recommend them.

The company installed a walk in shower that met ADA requirements. Beautiful finished product.

XLT Construction is a great local company to get your Bathroom or Kitchen remodeled with. They have access to several granite and tile options for every budget and they were much less than the other quotes I received. The quality of their work is excellent.

XLT did an excellent job for me. They were very professional. I would use them again.

I had used XLT to install tile a few years ago, living room and hall wood look tile and they installed with a 1/3 split to make it look like real wood. Leonel called every day making sure all was well. The workers showed up on time every day and did an excellent job. Finished project was perfect. Now I am re-tiling baths and though not a large job, still received excellent service and again bath #1 has been tiled work was again perfect. Leonel called after the job was complete to get feedback on the tile installer whom did an awesome job. So, it was worth my time to review this company I have not used for any other projects other than tile however I would not hesitate to contact Leonel for other projects. He is very involved even on a small bath tile job. Which shows me that he takes his reputation seriously, and always makes certain that you were satisfied with not only the finished project but also the worker who did the job. Keep up the good work Leonel.. More companies should do this.

We recently moved into a house and wanted to redo the bathroom. We reached out to several contractors. Some told us our project was too small and others offered to do it for an unreasonable sum. We connected with XLT after reading their positive reviews on other sites. They responded promptly, spent time going over what we wanted and quoted a fair price.They kept on schedule through the whole process and kept us involved in the design decisions. We liked the XLT team so much we hired them to complete a second project a month later.

Did tile in our whole home and remodeled a shower, couldnt be happier with the quality of work

Leonel was quick to respond and get us scheduled but the work has been disappointing. His crew left a water line dripping into a buckets which overfilled and leaked during the night. The shower faucet they installed fell off 3 months later, the shower door was inadequately caulked, the mirror over the sink doesnt seem secure, and the light switch isnt functioning as it should. Hopefully Leonel will be as quick to address the problems as he was to start the job in the first place.

I obtained three price quotes to replace my laminate countertop. XLT not only gave me a great price, but were also professional, friendly, courteous and competent. They completed the work on schedule and did an excellent job. I had an existing laminate backsplash with tile above and they were able to remove the old countertop without damaging the existing tile. I am so delighted with XLT. The installers were amazing, as well. Hire them! You will be so happy you did.

XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950s half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days! I highly recommend XLT Construction. Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crews finish work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work. When finish work quality was brought up to XLTs owner, Leonel LeBaron, the finish work was redone with much better quality. Mr. LeBaron is an honorable, fair man. Again, I highly recommend XLT Construction. (I only wish I could show you pictures - absolutely STUNNING finished project, complete with stone tile walls & ceiling in handicap shower & mosaic floor - with a cubby for shampoo & handicap personal shower fixture system! So so satisfied with this company!)
