Great small business, the owner is lovely although dont speak as much English so if her daughter there then make everything a breeze! Communicate wise lol made my day when I stopped by. The price is affordable 16 bucks haircuts and 20 if need a beard line up so gladly stopped by a have a cozy cut.

I used this Barber for the first time last month. She actually was very good but she did not trim my beard since she doesnt perform that service as of right now because of the pandemic. Anybody that has a beard knows that without beard trim, the haircut just isnt complete. I let it go just because I liked the haircut. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment for Thursday March 6th at 6:30 pm, I scheduled this appointment with the owner/barbers daughter. she requested that if I was to cancel call ahead of time. When 6 pm comes around I call to let them know that Im still coming at 6:30. Her daughter says that she has me down for Friday and that she has no more bookings for today so she cant cut my hair. Keep in mind that I just booked this appointment the day before on Wednesday and at no time in that conversation was Friday ever brought up. This leads me to believe that she never even booked my appointment and when I called to tell them that I was coming she just said that I booked the appointment on Friday just to make it seem like there was some type of mix-up. I had just booked the appointment no less than 24 hours before that call, so there is no way she could have got the booking info wrong that easily and quickly. I work two jobs so it is very hard to find the time to get this haircut, although she didnt seem to care about that one bit. She just said I could come in tomorrow and just assumed I had the time to make another appointment, when it was extremely difficult to make the initial appointment in the first place. When you as an owner or employee make a mistake you usually accommodate the customer because it is not the fault of the customer that a mistake was made, I should not have to pay for someone elses mistake. I didnt even get so much as an apology and it seemed like they could care less. I have never left a review in my life and usually dont care enough about a mistake but it took a lot of effort to move my schedule around, including leaving work early just so I could get this haircut.
Always friendly and ms.rosa is always an efficient barber also her daughter Janette does a phenomenal job as well. Her barbershop is Very clean, the place looks amazing, very professional all the time, i am always satisfied with my results, weather if its me dying my hair, trimming my beard or getting a haircut. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here and take a chance with these two amazing women and i guarantee its the Best barber shop in this side of town. Best price, great job and results.
