We have two vehicles that are regularly serviced at Joes Auto on West Bell Road/43rd avenue. Tim the manager, is personable and professional. Even when the shop is busy he always finds time to make sure our vehicles get the attention they need. This is a stand up shop with knowledgeable mechanics to get the job done right. Another thing I like is that its a neighborhood shop with helpful all around good guys getting things done for you.I took our hunting truck in to them to see if they could remove a stuck fuse - they took about 20 minutes to check to make sure all was correct with the fuses and didnt even charge me a thing. A hand shake and thank you for your business was all they charged. Seriously, where else will you find that?I highly recommend Tim and the team at Joes Auto for your repair needs. You will be treated fairly and honestly. Thanks guys!
Joe’s Auto is a professional and honest shop. They are always reasonably priced and truly care about their customers and the work they perform. This is the 3rd time I have used this shop and will continue to. Tim the shop manager is straight forward and is not in the business of up selling. I give this shop a 10 in my opinion. Thanks again TimKelly, a highly satisfied customer 😁
Tim (the manager) has been great in explaining and showing problems that need attention or will need attention in the future. Their 3 year/36,000 mile warranty is nice for assuring good parts and quality workmanship. Im satisfied to be a return customer.
No nonsense, fair prices and great work.I own a Mini Cooper, which is typically a more expensive car to repair. In the past, I was charged over $320 by the dealership to replace the battery and Joes did it for $160 (with all labor and taxes). My wife and I both started bringing our cars to Joes about 3 years ago and wont use any other repair shop from now on (unless we move). Weve referred family/friends and they have been using them since as well.Just recently I called them on a Wednesday morning to reschedule an appointment from Thursday to Friday the same week. They said that they were pretty booked on Friday, but theyd try to make time to fit it in. Not only did they fit it in, but they worked to the end of the day to track down the parts to ensure itd get it done by Saturday morning. They even provided discounts on labor and parts due to the quantity of things that needed to be done. They even found an engine hose that the dealership incorrectly repaired and fixed it for free while they had it on the lift.Weve gotten quotes for repairs from other shops and dealerships and Joes has always been a cheaper cost and the customer service is great. You can tell when you talk to them that they care about helping you get your car fixed and they dont try to find additional items to upsale the repair and milk your money that you see with other service centers. They also guarantee their work (I had a faulty brake sensor recently that they replaced for free).Tim and rest of the crew are nice, no nonsense and straight to the point about fixing your car. I know all of us have been screwed by a mechanic at some point in our driving life, but Joes probably has been the best Ive personally found at balancing what is needed for your car and doing it at a fair price.Ive read some other negative reviews and they all seem to not understand how hectic an auto shop is. If you want an oil change, theyre not going to take a car off the lift for more intrusive repairs to fit you in, unless they have an open bay and time. That 4 hour transmission repair isnt going to stop for your 20 minute oil change. Go to Jiffy Lube if you want a (sometimes) quicker job done poorly with more upsales.
I called Joes to get an AC tune up. In the midst of asking to schedule an appointment the manager, Tim, asked me to go ahead and just bring my car in. As I started asking for an appointment, he hung up on me. When I arrived at the location Tim greeted me and I described what I needed. He told me it would be a 2 hour wait. I expressed that I wish I would have been told this on the phone because I wouldnt have come in yet. Tim became extremely rude with me and rushed through taking my information as though he didnt want to work with me. The customer service I received was so terrible that I didnt feel comfortable leaving my car with him and left without receiving any services.
Always a pleasure working with Joes Auto. Excellent and more than fair prices for their services.
Ive only had a couple times Ive needed car service and so this was only my second time using Joes Auto. For my experience, they are knowledgeable honest mechanics. They treated me well and fixed what was wrong without trying to tell me 9 other things were wrong with car. (theyre HONEST PEOPLE).
I highly recommend Joes Auto to everyone! The manager Tim was able to get my car in on a Saturday to get some last-minute things fixed for a trip up north! Thomas and Mark are great mechanics and had my car in and out of the shop very quickly. The pricing is affordable and the customer service is exceptional. All of the guys are very friendly and professional and make you feel comfortable bringing your vehicle in for repairs.
Great place to get an oil change. Even though they were busy they fit me in and got it done.
I got myself into a bind with multiple projects in my garage. I had ordered a rebuild kit for the front suspension on my Nissan Titan. Before I could get to it, a friend of mine wanted to buy the truck. Joes was able to fit me right into their schedule. They had no issue with the fact that I already had the parts. They gave me a quick estimate on what it would take and I left the vehicle. As the work progressed they were quick to call if they case across anything unexpected (which happened twice) and asked for direction instead of just doing the work and giving me an larger bill when done. All of the parts removed were saved for me to look at if I chose to do so. My experience with Joes showed me that they are very transparent on the work that they do. I am very satisfied with the work performed and would recommend them to anyone.
I had a few issues come up with my car and they were very helpful and straight forward about the problems. They were honest in telling me that one of the problems may not be resolved with some of the repair options instead of pushing me to do the repair.
They moved my truck to 3 different shops and had my vehicle for 7 weeks. I finally got it back with both front seats missing.
I have a Dodge Ram 2500 that I have put some money into and its one of the nicest trucks on the west valley. So when it comes to working on my truck I only use the best shops and thats Joes auto! the customer services is great the manager Tim is Honest and knows his stuff. I had them fix some Steering components on my truck. Its lifted and I needed it done fast as I was leaving town and the other shop I use couldnt get me in tell next week. I called Tim at Joes auto and he says we are booked out but come on by and I can see what I can do. I drop it off ans he called me the next day and says its done. Their professionalism and the customer service was awesome. Thank you Joes auto!!!
I go there because.I TRUST them..they have worked on..My 2007Kia vanFan belt for air-conditioning. $500Did a replacement wheel bearing on driver side( tire almost ..almost fell off on I17).. I pulled over and had it towed to Joes on Union Hills 43 ave.....1,085.00
Tim got me in and fixed up in less than 3 hours. Joe, he deserves a raise. Like the warranty, as well. Thanks for saving my vacation!
I brought my vehicle in because of my car kept overheating I was told that it was the fan 500 and labor was close to 1100 I took my car to AutoZone and they check my fuse box my fuse was $5 problem fixed I will never trust this company again
Ive been servicing my vehicle at Joes for years, they seem to be doing good I dont have issues with their services and if small hiccups comes they get it corrected right away, I do recommend this shop to others.
Exceptionally happy I brought my 95 Truck in for a very small leak. They fixed it quickly. Their inspection saved me a lot of money in potentially dangerous driving conditions that would cost a lot in the future. My first two visits I was apprehensive about a new shop but the work done throughout has been fantastic and will keep me coming back. The warranty they offer gives me piece of mind to.
Call for oil change and after asking if they had time for and oil change. I was told I can drop it off and he will see if he can get to it no guarantee...LMFAO. what kind of answer it that.... who drops the truck off in hopes that they didnt just park it in the same spot that they will be picking it up from 🤔No. Is an easy answer, hence why I called you, cause other shops know how to run a business. Lol
Love this place! Being a single woman it is especially difficult to trust mechanics. They told me the truth after having a different company tell me all kinds of lies. My car runs 100 percent better and they even have financing for those who qualify. Thanks guys!!
We broke down right in front of their shop and they helped us to get back on the road same day when they were already busy. Thank you for your help and fair price!
Great shop and awesome prices! This is the shop I go to now. Definitely recommend
I brought my car in thinking that it would be repaired! Ad stated engine light on free evaluation! And for $139 dollars tune up! Ad stated shuttle to and from work or home! Not I had to spend more money on a uber home and to get the car only to find out that it would cost another $135 dollars to find out why the light was on! Than they would give me a cost to repair it! What a sad situation they put me in!
All these guys down here are genuine dudes. I go to Joe because hes awesome
Great service, great mechanics 😎👍🚘
My father-in-law had his Cadillac DeVille towed to this shop after experiencing a loss of ranges in the transmission. Tim, the service writer, informed my father-in-law that the transmission was 6.5 quarts low on transmission fluid, that he had his master tech fill the transmission to the appropriate fluid level, that the transmission was still non-functional after filling with fluid, and that the transmission was fried. The transmission had just been R&Rd by another shop from the vehicle prior to this issue in order to have the torque converter replaced due to a viscous clutch failure and P0741 diagnostic trouble code. After that shop completed this repair, I personally drove the vehicle 40 miles without any issue and my father-in-law drove the vehicle approximately 3 miles when the loss of ranges occurred as mentioned above.Heres the deal; a 4T80E transmission wont drive nearly 50 miles being 6.5 quarts low on fluid. In a best case scenario, the transmission wouldve had a significant and *noticeable* slip in all ranges while I was driving that 40 miles mentioned above if the transmission had been 6.5 quarts low on fluid. In all reality, the vehicle very likely wouldnt have even moved under its own power with the transmission that low on fluid.Tim also mentioned that the transmission was pretty saturated in oil on the outside of the transmission, had multiple leaks, was missing bolts, and had multiple bolts loose. I asked Tim to show me all of this. He took me out in the shop to show me these issues. There was no evidence of saturation of fluid on the outside of the transmission, and no evidence of a severe loss of fluid to back up his claim of being 6.5 quarts low on fluid. There *was* ONE drop of fluid hanging on a casting boss of the transmission case near a seal, but that was the only fluid on the outside of the transmission that Tim could point out to me. Tim could also only point out one missing bolt, which, in fact, was not missing; it was a threaded hole in the transmission case that is used to help hold the transmission on a bench during transmission overhauling, so no bolt actually belonged in that particular threaded hole when the transmission is in the vehicle. To Tims credit, there was ONE bolt that was loose on the torque converter dust cover.I had the vehicle towed from Joes Auto back to the shop that originally did the transmission R&R. They removed the transmission and discovered that the pump shaft had broken. This caused a loss of drive between the torque converter and pump, which caused a corresponding loss of fluid circulation and pressure by the pump. The transmission most certainly was not fried as Tim told us multiple times. This ended up being a relatively simple repair by replacing the broken pump shaft instead of having to replace the entire transmission as Tim tried to sell my elderly father-in-law who is on a fixed income. This is clearly a case of a repair facility failing to follow proper diagnostic procedure and, instead, jumping to conclusions. This is also clearly a case of a service writer being dishonest and needlessly trying to up-sell a customer. I cant help but wonder if Tim was trying to take advantage of my elderly father-in-law...I will also add that Tims general demeanor and manner in which he presented this information was both rude and aggressive. I find this to be typical of service writers in general, as they are usually bullies who are looking to take advantage of customers.**DO NOT ALLOW JOES AUTO TO SERVICE OR REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE.***Updated 10/16/19 in response to the reply below from the owner:Regardless of what your service writer wrote on the repair order and/or invoice, your service writer absolutely *did not* advise my father-in-law to take his vehicle back to the previous repair facility that had originally performed the transmission R&R. Tim stated to us both, Its 6.5 quarts low on fluid. Transmission is fried. Needs a transmission. He wasnt interested in offering helpful suggestions.
Always a great experience with this shop! They are up front and honest and have very fair pricing.
Very good service
Went in to get my car looked at I know there’s issues on my car I asked if they can do a car test let me know what’s going on I can pay for everything that needs to be fixed but the front desk guy kept cheeping out on me telling me his workers work hourly I asked if they can do a battery test and then he kept ignoring me talking to other customers just let me hang So I walked around to let him finish even though I was up first in line finally they put oil on my car and yet when I left my car warning is on for oil change smh I wouldn’t waste time here
I arrived for my oil change @ 8:30 and it was completed @ 9:10. Great job!
Went in for a Groupon to check on my AC and get an Oil Change. Worst mistake ever, I really wish I would have checked the reviews here before going in, because now I can see I am not the first this happened to. I was told everything was great and no leaks and it would get me through the summer. One month later, the air is blowing hot, so I bring it in and now I have a leak and need a whole new kit and it will be $1200. I was then told the AC may work occasionally, they topped of the Freon, and good luck. The first time I turn on my AC the system locks up, the battery light turns on and its leaking Freon all over and my car is useless. Now they are saying, they never said it would last the summer (like I would make something like that up). Then I asked him why he didnt mention the issue when I first brought it in, Well the compressor wasnt bad when you brought it in a month ago. I also asked why they didnt just tell me not to turn on the AC if he knew it was going to break my whole car? Of course I was given some jive about how that isnt a common thing, so they didnt tell me. So am I to blame or the professionals for misdiagnosing the issue (or purposely breaking it)? I am an unemployed single mother who doesnt know anything about cars, but I do know my car was working just fine before I brought it in and now I have no car....
They are not cheap but they do good work... You only get to pick two of the following three things for any work you have done by competent repairmen... fast, cheap and done right. If its fast and cheap then its not done right. If its done right and cheap then its not fast. ...
Tim took very good care of my car, will be sending my husband in to get his oil changed! They are a neighboring business to us and have many females that come in to my store and rave about this shop and how they were treated very well!!!
This place is TERRIBLE. DISHONEST. My husband took his truck in to get his new tires mounted AND balanced. They took our money and told us everything was great. Well everything was NOT great because the car shook like crazy, suggesting that it was not balanced properly. So we politely took the car back to have them service it again and balance the tires correctly. During this time, the owner says There is nothing we can do. Uhm what??? We just paid you and you cant fix what we paid you to do? Honestly, it was ridiculous. Long story short, one tire was 8oz bigger than the other 3 tires, which was causing the imbalance problem AND they had knowledge of this. Instead of informing us of this as they were working on the car, they decided to take our money and hope that it just works out. So let me get this straight- you guys knew there was an issue, but you decided not to tell us? In what world is this okay? And then on top of it, you do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the problem. The guy goes well we mounted the tires. Are you kidding? What kind of ethical code are you guys working by? Is there no ethics code for mechanics? Like I vow to be truthful in the work that I do and service my customers with honesty and integrity. Obviously not...WORST auto service out there, save yourself the time and DO NOT go here. They suck. They recommended we go to Discount Tire...My mind is blown.
The mechanic is so stopped and the manager is a dummy they keep changing parts in my car for no reasonAfter all they told me they dont know what is the problem
Personal, attention to detail, priced right,
Went in for an ac service was told I had no leaks and everything was working perfect after they did an ac flush and recharge. 3 days later my ac went out again and when I brought it back in they told me I had a leak and it would be 1,049$ to replace a compressor. Everyone should be very skeptical about this place . they either messed with my compressor, overlooked the leak knowing I’d be back or flat out was too incompetent to even look and then write out on receipt I had no leaks anyways. I always knew to use a mechanic you trust but their 75$ ac flush was to good to pass up, NOW I KNOW WHY! Be very skeptical about this place unless you don’t care about your property or money! And if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do please let me know.
My car died today and they came and towed it for me and took great care of my car. I didnt feel at all like they were trying to sell anything extra, but rather that they were genuinely trying to help and to save me money. They were very kind to me and Corey talked me through everything. I sincerely appreciate that type of service and I would recommend Joes auto to anyone.
Great Service Always
I have a highly modified modern classic performance vehicle and I am also from out of state. Being far away from the skilled craftsman of the great white north its hard to find a shop that has good quality to work on my baby. I found it at Joes. The fixed the AC on my car, works great, they also have done some maintenance items. I like them, good people, fair treatment. Its got to be hard to keep everybody happy in an era where people know very little about their cars. I do, im an expert, and they never upsold me needless things and had straight forward pricing.
My overall experience was positive. There were major problems with my older Honda. The person at the front desk as well as two of the mechanics were very courteous. They even went out of their way to be helpful. I do not understand the other reviews. The work was honest, reasonably priced and efficient. I will go back again!
Honest, friendly, experienced (mechanics) and polite. Will come back again!!
Haha sad
LIARS, CHEATS, AND THIEVES! Do NOT go here. Quoted $73 for oil change. Went in and they charged me $96. Would not honor the quote. Then said My front brakes were down to 1% and it had to be done immediately. Did not want me to take the car. I said no way. Went to TWO other shops and they said I had at least 50% left on my brakes!!!!
I would not recommend. To summarize, after finding their shop on Groupon, Tim suggested that I just bring in the price and theyll match it. Mistake. He played it off at first until I showed him a screen grab on my phone. Even then, he didnt match the entire amount. The price was to be around $31.50, plus some fees. When I checked out, it was $74.90, more than twice. Why bother advertising in the first place? He took me through fees, but I still dont believe half of them. Youve been warned. Never again, there.
I came in to have my coolant flushed and l knew there had to be a leak because it was running extremely hot Tim found the problem in a few minutes which only cost me five dollars and 30 cents. Most shops would have ripped me off. Thank you Joes Auto. I will definitely be coming back here for my repairs. They also charge great prices on oil Changes.
Wonderful people and awesome customer service.. we will definitely be back.. Thank you to the manager Tim, you were awesome to work with.
Ive brought several different vehicles in for service and have received pretty good service. The manager Tim seems to be a straight shooter. Highly recommend Joes
Best customer service. No pushing for more sales. Honest. Great and reliable work.
Did a great job very reasonable
Do not go here these people are very rude. Jon is needs to learn how to treat customers. When i first arrived, jon told me they were about to close. They were open for another hour according to the hours of operation. Hilarious! Then, i asked him to print out an estimate and he refused. This was on a Saturday. They fixed my car on Monday. They told me my car would be done in 2 hours and it took them 9 hours to finish fixing my car. They seem like the type of people to take advantage of you. They are very rude. You should be able to trust your mechanic. Again, if you like poor service and a bunch of big mouths then go here. Take my advice, find another mechanic.
A friend recommended Joes Auto shop to me a year ago and I have been getting any an all work needed on my car here every since. They are always fair, reliable, and treat me with respect. Jon, you guys rock!!!
My clutch cable snapped (which is an easy fix) I bought the new cable and was gonna do it myself but I did not have to guide tool on me to finish to job. I was on my way to work when it broke so I was in a rush and drove it all the way to Joe’s auto all in 1st gear. To begin they grinded my gears and had a hard time bringing it into the garage. Once in the garage they spent a few minutes to guide the cable through but never adjusted it properly. They charged me over $200 in services for a very simple 5 minute job. I understand it’s a business and you need to make money but this shop is greedy and only cares about making as much money as possible rather than treating their loyal customers with courtesy. I believe they thought I was clueless and that they would take advantage of me not knowing I’m good with cars.
Total JOKE of a shop and joke of a manager. They cannot handle a small job, i would HATE to see them with a big job, no wonder the bad reviews, this place needs Richard Rawlings show GARAGE REHAB. piss poor.
I have been a customer of Joes Auto on Union Hills for over ten years Never again though.. Why? Recently I had a Xenon low beam front headlight bulb replaced. I was in a hurry and accepted that these were expensive. Joes charged me just over $400 for the replacement which took about ten minutes to instal. Recently, the other headlight went out and a different shop replaced it for $159.74 plus tax. Joes ripped me off for over $200! They are thieves. Stay away from this place.
LIARS *****BEWARE****THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARSSo I bring my mothers car in for an oil change . Manager starts typing in my info and I tell him I have a coupon for $19.99 oil change he winces. He asks what kind of car i tell him the car model and he informs me quickly that I will need a special part to do the oil change and it will cost an additional $5 for the oil change. I reply no i dont what part are you talking about. he stumbles and says dont worry about it .. Now I should have left right there and then ..... he then starts telling me that my car type has problems ... in fact he has just had 5 in this week with cracked oil pans....and he will check mine (now if that was not a set up for him finding something wrong i dont know what is ) I said not mine has got a skid plate ...my car is taken in the back ... he comes out to tell me my car has ZERO coolant in it but he will take care of it with a $50 coolant service. Also my tires had severe edge wear and we could talk about how to handle that and we should check my brakes. LOL I laughed in his face because I knew he was lying ... I told him no give me my car ...He said he would not feel good doing that without the coolant service because of possible engine damage. I said give me my car. they pull it around and I pay him. Now at this point i dont trust him at all . Good thing i did not .... upon giving me my change he quickly misdirects me to the bill to point things out....just had a weird feeling... and guess what while he was pointing stuff out i checked my change and he shorted me $10 Bucks! I felt like I was in an SNL skit. I get home and open the hood ... my coolant reservoir needed to be topped off thats it .... and they would have charged me $50 bucks plus im sure they would have found a Whole bunch of unneeded repairs... thank goodness my 75 year old mother did not bring the car in ...they would of had her hook line and sinker. BEWARE
I am extremely pleased with this shop! Being a female, many shops try to tell you there are things wrong with your vehicle just to get money out of you. I have never had this happen to me here. Both my mother and I, have been bringing our vehicles here for routine oil changes or any problems we have had with our vehicles for about 3 years. NOT ONCE did they try to tell us something was wrong with our cars, they actually make it a point out to us how nice our vehicles are. Also, everyone has always been very friendly.I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!
I took my car to joe’s in the beginning of March for a water pump that was bad and to have a timing service done. My car wasn’t having any timing issues. They told me the job would take 2 days. They blamed the parts they got from Volkswagen were bad but they weren’t. They didn’t get the timing right and blew my engine. Took them 18 days of stringing me along to finally get the engine rebuilt and back to me. After 5 days of driving the car and trying to recover lost wages joe’s auto caused me, my car ended up back at their shop because of their bad work. The engine jumped timing and they yet again had my car for almost 25 more days. After trying to rebuild the engine a third time they told me “we don’t know what’s wrong with your car, you are responsible for getting this car towed out of here and taking it somewhere else, we’re done working on it, we’ve put enough money in this car and we’re done”. They even mentioned installing a new engine at no cost to me...because that doesn’t scream “we know we are at fault”.I took my car to Volkswagen and they fixed my car in a timely fashion for another 3 thousand dollars...On June 1st they offered to refund my money if I took down my negative social media posts, I went in and the shadiness continued with these guys and didn’t end up refunding me. Don’t ever use these guys. They are dishonest, untrustworthy and unreliable. Save your time and money and go else where. You’ve been warned.
I come here often. Great group of guys highly recommend. Will shoot you straight. Full service, tires, oil changes, tune up
The manager Tim was really polite and patient, even when having to call me back repeatedly as I had them looking into my problem, and he did an excellent job of explaining what had been wrong and how it was fixed. Ive got my engine running much more smoothly, and my AC blowing cold, and Im so far very satisfied with the work I had done.
Took my car here 3 times, fair and honest work, will continue to take my car here.
We had a problem with our van overheating. Joes took us in right away and had the van ready within a couple of hours. The problem came back, though. Why do I give them 4 stars? Because we called and told them the problem was back. They stayed open late just for us and got the problem resolved for no extra cost. Excellent customer service.
Total dbags. Over priced. Took my vehicle to get inspected said i needed a new front end replacement. Bunch of toolbags in this place just looking for a commission
Horrible service and they love taking advantage of people. Plus they dont fix things properly. Took car in to fix an idling problem and i had to take it back 3 times. They couldnt get it right. Instead fixing it or at least giving me my money back to go elsewhere, they bad mouth you and blame that you are doing something to it. The cars that are in the shops stalls are the employees cars. They just put them in there to look busy. Everyone in the neighborhood knows not to get their cars fixed there. We all learned our lesson.God knows how they are still in business. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go elsewhere.
HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST!!!!!Called and spoke to a Manager to make an appt. Informed them I had a groupon. They said since it was for an ac tune up they would honor it. Showed up for my appt. And a different Manager (tim) said he wouldnt honor it. I read the fine print to the Manager and he argued with me about what it said. Horrible customer service!!! If they are this dishonest about what is in writing why would I trust them to work on my car.
Never go there, this guys are unprofessional, rude and they are team players, they working very messy not covering the front hood area, they just want your money and even they will try to tell you your vehicle needs something... my worst expirience ever was there.
Great customer service. Very happy with them would recommend this shop to family and friends
Great quick friendly service, extremely satisfied
Awesome guys. Owner even mounted and balanced the tires himself.
Jon was wonderful man, my mom Goes here also and she like them a lot, the tell you how it is and dont try to take you money
Completely avoid this place and youll be much better-off in life.
Great service and friendly, knowledgeable manager!
Do not come here! Complete rip off. They say they can replace the part over the phone. You get in and they look at it and they want to repair it which is a a temperary fix. They claim tey can not find the part to do a full repair but I found it for sale by simply googling it for 31 dollars. Though they did not do anything and they want to do a temp fix for 300 plus doller. They still charged me to do an ac check. Then they let ne sit there for about an hour after they where done checking trying to change my mind to weld it rather than fixing it. This place sucks dont go there
Sadly after coming to this place for four years I have decided to go elsewhere. Yesterday I went to drop off my car to get looked at, when I got there at 9:30am no one was there. In the past they would take drop ins so I didn’t see any issue since I was going during the week and in the morning. Doors were locked, not a soul in sight. Even though on the door and on the internet it says opens at 8am.
Kept adding on. More stuff. Took it to another place ...probably didnt need the repairs Joes did...other place fixed it right away no add ons
Very nice and honest people. Just took a long time for an oil change.
Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Service was bad man who helped us had an attitude. And we had a Groupon for a oil change and a tire rotation. Didnt rotate our tires and ended up getting charged an extra 8 dollars. Wont be going back
They will Rob you blind. Worst place ever.
Super Fast, quality service. Had my A/C recharged and fixed in hours.
Fair prices and quick service
I had been there for routine maintenance and they finished all their work in couple of hours. Dont forget to claim $10 check-in bonus on Yelp.
CHEATS. This is a shop full of ignorant unprofessional jerks! Took my truck in to have it checked out for a possible transmission issue and was quoted $2,700.00... Upon disagreeing I received the most awful customer service ever in dealing with what i thought would be a small time honest business. When retrieving my vehicle they made me and my friend, mind you two small females, push the vehicle out from there garage in reverse with no help from any of the 8 men standing around staring. They then proceeded to tell me that I neve brought in my spare key and later informed me that they threw it away! Getting my truck repaired now and it was just the casing, an 800.00 fix! BEWARE, STAY AWAY! This establishment is a joke...
If you want a real car repair company go to Christian Brothers and pay a fraction of what Joes charge
Worst auto repair shop ever!! I called someone earlier and they were being so rude to me!! I dont recommend anyone coming here at all!!
Avoid this place! You set an appointment and show up 15 minutes early, and they tell you that they cant get to it for at least an hour. Horrible service, why even taken appointments if you are just going to not keep them?
Worst customer service ever when for a bulb to be replace and this guy told me in a mean manner to go to pep boys and that I could do it myself
Awesome service, honest people!!
I brought my truck for tuneup the ask $644.00 for it and I agree for it the next day the call me and informed me that they droped a part in my engine and its going to cost me over $3.000.00 to fix it they are total ripoff I had to tow my truck from there shop and will take them to court
Nice
Unprofessional and rude
Fast service
