I worked with Betsy to try to get car out of impound and she was amazing. Don was set to do my estimate for the damages which went smooth and was called promptly with every decision that was made. One of the worst phone calls to receive is that your child has been in an accident, especially when you live several thousand miles away. Thankfully my kid was ok but her car, not so much. We called and asked for their opinion on whether the car was even worth fixing and Mike, the manager, went to the cars location and personally inspected it! Talk about going the extra mile! We were able to limp the car to their shop and the customer service just kept getting better and better. Its an older car but they found the parts and made it road worthy again. I spoke with either Mike or Kat through the month long process. They were fair, honest and did an amazing job. To the parents who have kids at one of the local colleges, if your kid has car trouble, go here. This is the place. Look no further.

Would not recommend so I took my civic in about 2 months ago it just got finished... and when it was done my insurance paided almost 8 gs which is ok if they did everything right. I started driving it and started making humming noises so automatically I knew it was the wheel bearings and now theirs a popping noise everytime I braked and turn. I called them and asked if they can do anything about that, and he told me they have to call my insurance and get the parts ordered and for them to approve so pay again ??? For something it should of been done ??? I gave them 2 months ?! Ill rather pay more to go to the dealership and get it done right but now if I went back to them they gonna take another month ... smh never reccomend to anyone. I saw their 4.3 stars thought was good but noooo way I would rather pay more to go to the dealership worst experience I ever had. Its funny because I hate typing and never write reviews but hey I want to let everyone know be careful they will act nice and I was too nice to them and they took advantage. 8,000$ and they rushed it and didnt finish the job .

Not very thorough. Briefly looked over my vehicle for about 30 seconds. Didnt look under the carriage to see if any damages were done and upon getting a second assessment, there was! Cant give a review on actual work because I chose to go elsewhere. They lady who inspected was very nice and personable just not thorough enough for my liking.

I stopped by as I needed a chrome strip reattached to the drivers door on my 2015 Volvo. I went in and was greeted by Ashley who went out with me and took a look. She said shed see of she could free up a technition to come and see what could br done. Don Hanson, the assistant manager came out and had the strip in place in a few minutes. No charge.Hard to beat service like that! Thank you Ashley and Don.

Ade’s Collision center is great, if not the greatest. They’re friendly, respectful, honest and they take their time to do things right. They even took care of me after a chunk of tire took out the front grate of my car, two months after they did the repairs. If you’re looking for a bottom dollar rush job, I’d advise going somewhere else.

The 2 ladys in the front office were very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They explained each step of the repair and were incredibly accurate in estimating when the job would be done. A gentleman called every few days with an update. The repair was beautifully done. Very professional all around. I am happy that I chose Andys.

Daughters vehicle was backed into and required a new front fender and some other paint work. Andys Collision Center was so easy to work with. Stopped in, got an estimate on a Wednesday, had us scheduled for the work to begin on the following Monday. They called every couple of days with updates on the vehicle progress and ended up completing the work a day earlier than they had informed us. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They even took care of returning our rental car when we picked up our vehicle. Great experience from an unfortunate situation.

I recently had my Mustang worked on at Andys Collision after I ran into a pole in a parking garage. I was informed that I would need a new bumper on the front of the car and some body work done on the passengers side of the vehicle. Mike, the estimator, was very thorough and didnt mind explaining to me why he was fixing or replacing certain parts in relation to the crash. Once I determined that I would be repairing with Andys and dropped off my car, the work was carried out quickly and with a high degree of quality and professionalism. I was very concerned because this was an accident with a car that had barely 5,000 miles on it and yet you cant tell where the collision repair was done versus the rest of the factory exterior. Overall, Im very happy with my experience with Andys

Someone had hit the side of my front fender and it made a dent. The dent wasnt obvious, but because of it I couldnt open my driver side door without it rubbing up against the fender. Took my vehicle in to get an estimate, and as a courtesy they just pulled the fender a bit so my door wouldnt rub against it. It was very quick and very awesome of them.

Ive been here twice (Dont ask..bad luck getting sideswiped two times!) and both times these guys treated me so well! Today I dealt with Brian. He was so genuinely nice. They really make you feel comfortable and the price was much lower than expected both times. The receptionist is always smiling and friendly. Ive truly never had a better experience at a car place. Ill never go anywhere else. These guys have earned my business.

Jose was very helpful and the manager Mike was also accommodating. I understand they would have taken care of all my insurance communication needs. However, I had special circumstances where I was forced to deal with a third party, not an insurance company. They still made sure I was taken care of! My car had a very extensive repair incurred in an accident, and now it looks brand new! This is the second time our family has received excellent service, due to rear-end collisions, where Phoenix drivers excel😕I recommend Andy’s for anyone who wants professional service and quality workmanship.

The staff at this center are so helpful and so honest! After an accident, they squeezed me right in to get my car inspected and when telling them my situation and considering the year of my car, they told me not only what they would do in this situation but gave me numerous options! Then on top of all that, they helped me get my bumper in place so it was safer to drive for a couple of months with no charge. They spent at least 30 minutes helping me and talking out my options and did not charge me anything despite the fact that I wasnt getting any service done at their center. Excellent staff that goes above and beyond but are also honest, which is hard to find!

This is a very honest, customer service focused business. I am moving and took my car in for a quote for repairs. They did the quote but suggested I wait until I get closer to my lease end even though they knew they wouldn’t get the work since we are moving out of state. For several months I had been driving around with some damage to a door handle and the door below it. I finally stopped at a collision place to see what they would say, I could always say no to there estimate but I wanted to get a professional opinion. Jose (see photo of him squinting in the low winter Phoenix sun) was great. He explained exactly what needed to happen in terms I could easily understand. While I waited in the office the people working there were kind and understanding to both people calling and people that walked in. We also shared stories and laughed about the weather. Ill go back next time I need collision repair.

Would never recommend them my truck came back doors sound funny someone tried to Jimmy my door never got fixed since it happened there while waiting for them to fix my truck..2013 GMC Sierra.. so now Everytime I drive my truck I get to listen to it rattle now thank you...there is pry marks inside my door jam and you can see where the paint chipped from them trying to pry my truck doors open no I dont know where they had it parked if it was where people can get to it but it was left with them and entrusted to them

Who wants to deal with the hassles of a wreck? Well, I can tell you that I wasnt looking forward to it, but the staff at Andys made it a much less unbearable experience!I was rear-ended and had some pretty significant damage done to my Lexus. Andys Collision Center is amazing because their staff is phenomenal.I caught the bumper of my very low sitting Honda Civic on a curb and pulled it off. The 2 mile drive to Andys was terrifying, as my bumper flapped in the wind and made a horrible dragging sound. I walked into their front door at 3:30pm on a Friday and they fixed my bumped in 15 minutes, free of charge.They gave me water and kindness and Im incredibly thankful for them.Thank you so much!

My husband and I received the best service possible from a car repair center. The staff were courteous and professional. We have used them 4 times and each time was better than the previous. We will take our vehicles to no one else in Phoenix or Glendale.

Certified St Farm insurance. . Had a very difficult time with St Farm. Two month run around. Was recommended Andys. They handled everything I couldnt accomplish. They did it immediately. Even set up rental car. St farm will likely try not to pay everything youre entitled.

I highly recommend Andy’s for any repair. Mike was amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about him! He communicated with me every step of the way. Updated me regarding the repairs and the cost of completing the job. He is extremely easy to get ahold of and is very quick to return messages. The front office staff is very friendly. The workmanship on my vehicle was outstanding. It was completed within the estimated timeframe given to me.

We had used Andys a couple of times so when I was rear ended there was no doubt who I wanted to repair my car. They do great work, keep me informed and take a lot of the hassle out of the process by communicating with the insurance company. They give a lifetime warranty on their work and I have yet to need to use it.

Had my truck in there for repairs they broke my cowling next to the windshield and try to repair it with some siliconeNever said anything and when I went back they said they didnt do it but they removed it it put it back on and it was cracked when it arrived thereWheel alignment left steering wheel offset or top of that broke the windshield wipers and when I returned he saido well they were worn anyway.Will not return and we have used them before this incident have told my friends and family and we all going somewhere elsewhere charged for parts they never replaced

Salesman kept changing the quote for my cost of repairs, which was confusing to me. They kept pressuring me to schedule service even though I had explained multiple times that the dealer would contribute to the cost later down the road. I asked for a quote on one damaged part and they said I shouldnt bother fixing it. Altogether a strange experience.Update: changed my review to one-star because of the businesss response here. Divulging my personal information here. Fabricating both that I received a quote from the dealer and that I suggested taking my business elsewhere. I was clear that I was simply going to wait for payout from the dealer.

Was not at all impressed.. the advisor is obviously for the insurance company they work for . I absolutely do not agree with her in her findings and although she told me she had clear pictures not the grainy photos on the computer the other shop had showed me before which are horrible pictures that you cant tell anything from looking at... She said she had clear pictures but she failed to ever show me any clear picturesUpdate: SO got a phone call from Andys Collision this morning asking me to remove my review, turns out I was right the woman that was the advisor actually does work for statefarm! So that was nice to have that verified. I told Mike I would edit but would not remove it because I felt they should fix the issue that to all appearances, the advisor is from there business since they do not clarify she doesnt. .ALSO..what does also reflect on their business is instead of saying theyd work it out. At the end of our conversation I said Im sorry but this IS something I feel you should straighten out ..and he rudely replied I dont think you are Certainly, not someone I would want to take my business to and he DOES work there..If you go to Andys Collision Center, the front desk will send her out when you say you have an appointment and at and no time do they clarify that she does not work at/for Andys collision center, but she actually works for statefarm.I have not apparently done business with Andys collision center, but I still feel that this reflects on their company and that they need to either lease her a separate office somewhere or they need something that makes it clear, that she does not work for them because you are led to believe that you are dealing with an advisor from the Collision Center, which in fact you are not you are dealing with an employee who in actuality is not a unbiased opinion, but an actual employee of the insurance company. I did tell them that I would edit this review, (as they were upset about it being a reflection on their company), but I still feel that it DOES reflect on them and that its something that they should work out with the insurance company, Making a definitive line between their Collision Center and the the employee of statefarm, since it is such a deception. SO...in the end I would leave one to judge on their own, but this IS how I see it. I was seeking a third party UNBIASED opinion and unbeknownst to me just saw another State Farm employee..

The work is fine, just cant seem to do the repairs needed to complete the job. i told the person writing up the repair order the alarm was going off all the time. i DISCONNECTED the horns to stop this. i told him about what i did. also i said the left rear hub cap had been knocked off in the crash. he even took pictures of the missing cap. i told them about the alarm and cap when it was dropped off for repairs.when they called me i asked about the alarm. i was told the alarm never went off. no kidding? i told you the horns were not connected. they also didnt replace the hub cap. he told me they would order the cap. as of yet i have not heard a word about either complaint i told them about .

My husband ran into our garage and we took our car to Andys Collision upon State Farms recommendation. Our experience with Jose was great and our car was repaired quickly.

My vehicle was in an accident and they fixed my car quickly

I brought my car in after being hit by a landscaping trailer. I was not sure how a car repair works. The gentlemen writing the estimate explained how the process and took the time to answer my many questions. My car was done in the time they said and looks like nothing ever happened. I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else.

It took them about 6weeks to fix my car when I went to pick up the car many things still needed to be repair why they take so long if they dont fix things right they try use excuse that they needed parts to come it was all bs I called myself I verfy that all the parts were at the dealer they were just BS I DONT RECOMMEND ANDY COLLISON CENTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
