It is not a shop, I was disappointed

Freezer was not working so we called and the tech guy found a solid block of ice blocking the drain. He fixed the issue. It all took 1 hour 25 minutes. It was fixed in one day, no need for him to come back! He did a perfect job!

My tech was highly knowledgeable with Electrolux. He got the parts needed and installed them in no time.
