Not good customer service. They would only show at one building at 10am & then the property manager responsible for the property never responded to multiple voicemails & emails. Made me wonder if they actually wanted to rent the places. 🤔

I moved into my apartment about a month ago and the apartment is decent. The maintenance of the building could be better in Alhambra but the property manager Sadya is by far one of the most terrible property managers I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.She assigned the same parking garage to two different tenants. This caused issues because when I came home there is nowhere for me to park. I asked her to take care of it. It took THREE DAYS!She couldn’t tell me anything about why the apartment unit is a letter Z and 211 which confuses the mail carriers.She is not helpful and making my experience terrible.

My husband and I were residents at one of the Glendale properties and we loved the location. The building contact was wonderful, and our main contact Moises was always so wonderful to work with. Responsive, quick to reply and easy to work with. Highly recommend Winstar Properties as a landlord!Thanks Moises and team!
