PART 2 HERE!!!It couldve been them or the managers before but either way somebody didnt want to do their jobs! Smh! They had 2 pools but the one in the back was always locked and shut down! Tagged up, dirty water, just awful! The neighbors werent all that great. We had a family of 7 people living next to us and we couldnt begin to imagine how they made that work in a 2 bedroom apartment! But they kept to themselves and were no problem! But the neighbors all around us were just jerks! Didnt care about anyone else but themselves! Loud music in their cars in the apartments! Always yelling and screaming fighting and arguing! We were on a lease contract but they didnt care and they kept raising our rent. And then towards the end of our lease they terminated it and put us a 1 month lease due to new management is what they said and they were doing it for all the apartment complexes! This place was just a horrible experience and it was my first experience being an apartment!. Never again with this place or any other place like this! I wish someone would have told me about this place before we moved here. I regret it! So please find somewhere else to go! This place is not worth it!!!

I’d look elsewhere I been here almost 2 years and the management is the biggest problem they let homeless tweakers surround the apartment complex and they are lazy they never get things done ! The pools have been closed for a whole year now ! There’s trash all on the outside never getting cleaned up til days later ! It would be a great complex if it was ran by better people !

ALOT OF FAKE REVIEWSstaff is unprofessional neighborhood is full of homeless and tweakers 1 maintenance person for the whole complex pools have been closed for over a year my apartment and those surrounding me have or have had major flooding and nothing was done air conditioners constantly go out throughout the complex and are broken for weeks at a time my apartment was filthy and alot of things were broken and are still broken to this day and nothing is being done about it i call no answer and when i go to the office it gets put in a work order and is forgotten

I wish I could give zero stars. Never have I had to encounter such unprofessional staff that are no help. Oh and they neverrrrr answer that office phone, always have to go hunt them down. Had them come fix something and never came, it’s been a couple times that they’ve came and fixed things and they go bad again!

I lived her from April 2020- November 2020 and it wasnt as bad as the area might seem. The staff were always helpful, and super professional, and even knew me by name. My unit was clean and in decent shape when I moved in, but there is definitely a cockroach problem. I sprayed my apartment myself every week and it definitely helped, but the one or two times I didnt, they were back with full force all over again. It was so embarrassing, and I know I wasnt the only one in the complex that dealt with it. I loved the space I got for the price, and my unit was great other than the bugs.

I just recently moved in here and the process was fast and easy! The whole staff was very professional,polite,respectful, and hardworking people in my opinion. The price is affordable and every apartment has a washer /dryer huge A plus. I definitely recommend this property not just for the price but for the way its being managed. :)

I definitely recommend this property the new staff is really working hard to get people approve and handle business. Trisha And Patty Are So Nice And They Always Handle Things In A Timely Matter. There’s Bad Reviews But I’ve Been Living Here For Two Years And I Have To Say It’s Been Great. If There’s A Problem With Your Apartment Just Tell Them And It Gets Done As Soon As They Can. If You Pay Your Rent On Time And Communicate With The Leasing Manager There Shouldn’t Be Any Problems. I have lived here since 2010. The property is great and the office staff is amazing! Every time I walk into the office Marina and Kim are there to greet me with a smile! There is also Patty the assistant manager and Jocelyn the new property manager. they all are wonderful ladies, they will help you with anything that you need, if they cant assist you immediately they will try to find a solution for you! This is my home, and I would recommend anyone to move here!

Ive been a resident at San Remo for the past 2 years, and I can honestly say these apartment complex are by far the best ones Ive lived in. The staff is so friendly and they always try their best to make it the best experience for current residents and future ones as well. All the work orders are dealt with right away. I recommend if you are looking for a place to rent, you should totally look into San Remo and I hope you are satisfied like I am.

San Remo staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I must admit that when I relocated to Arizona from Tennessee they definitely superseded my expectations. It was a not a complicated process to get housing with the apartments. Although it takes maintenance a while to get around to your work orders the leasing agents make you feel important. I am happy to call San Remo home.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I really do like it, yeah the area is kind of bad, but the complex is chill. I don’t have roaches or bugs or anything like that, I guess if you keep your apartment clean, then you shouldn’t have an issue with bugs. Also the only downfall SOMETIMES is the people in the office, yeah there sometimes rude or have an attitude, but overall I do like my place .

Im giving these apartments five stars due to the fact that they always take the time to ask us how everything with our apartment is going before we depart and care about our satisfaction. We had a small deal with with the A/C but they were on top of it in no time. The management are hands down professional and dont see bad reviews about them for a reason. I recommend this place to anyone who has the chance to get in here its a great place to live and well worth the wait that we had to get in here. Its also a very good amount of space for the price of rent.

TBH I never do this! But these apartments have done a lot for me to help me move in with my kids when, I kept getting rejected everywhere else. I really do recommend to come and rent here. Honestly all the false reviews about them stealing their money its not true. They are a low income property that focuses on people that do not make a lot of money the rents are awesome and the staff is really really good. :)

The staff here are awesome! We did have some trouble in the beginning with everything but Patty was very helpful in getting things resolved! Customer service was great from the beginning. This property is also beautiful and always clean. Would definitely recommend living here.

I have to admit there has been a couple changes for the past 2 years in this complex but I am glad to see some returning faces to this property and trying to clean it out. We like the area as we have no issues and kids play with friends from school that live in the same complex. I have not had issues other than maintenance service requests in the past and they have been pretty good on getting those completed on time. I cant wait until we get the extra dumpsters to have a clean place. Maybe adding concrete trash bins around the complex will keep it clean and have that gate fixed to avoid a lot of unnecessary traffic and homeless people digging thru the garbage.

I love this place, the women in the office are super nice and helpful. We lived in a 3 bedroom and it was great clean and i can not complain at all about this place. I have to say that Patricia Acosta was very nice and helpful and i cant thank you enough for helping myself and my family. If you have the chance and wanna move into a great place this is it.

Like all apartments they have their pros and cons. Living here for a year, its been an development from day one when my family and I had moved in. When we first moved in we had a couple of issues with the apartment. We brought the problems to the offices attention. They took care of the problems. There are some great neighbors that will become like family and yes there are always going to be some neighbors that are unpleasant but just have be an adult and compromise the problem. Maintenance are pretty good at getting back with you on your work orders. It just depends on what your work order is. Like for instant if its a part that needs to be ordered then yes its going to take awhile. The set price for rent is a suitable. The apartment appliance are great. My overall preference about the apartment complex is the office staff. They are awesome people, friendly and courteous with all of your concerns.

I just moved into San Remo earlier this month and so far I am liking it. However, there were a few things that should have been fixed/improved before I even moved in. I asked to have my move in date later than what was given but they couldnt do that so I had to move in the day that was submitted, so to have things not even finished made me a little upset. Also, there are small cockroaches every now and then. On the bright side, the staff is very nice and get their requested work orders done very fast! Most work orders have been completed the same day Ive asked, which is awesome! Keep up the good maintenance work. Hopefully I have a good stay here.

The apartments are very clean! The front desk are very helpful. Kimberly, Marina, Patty and the manager Jocelyn are very friendly. The apartment I moved into was nice, the area I am in is quiet and clean. I would recommend my friends to live here and to be helped by the ladies in the front office!

San Remo apartments have been my home for 3yrs know! I have felt at home since day 1. The apartments are very spacious and a great price. The apartments are all way clean and picked up no trash etc. The staff has changed over the years but all staff has been excellent. They help in every way possible and they have also become good friends! Maintenance has also been very good on fixing things for us . I love that they have a monthly flyer with activities to do with the family and updates on the apartments. Most of all my daughter loves the environment and the atmosphere here and the special activities they have for kids on Holidays. I recommend you come out and Check out these apartments for your next home!👍

Since the day we moved in, my wife and i felt at home. With the whole community welcoming us in, it was such a great feeling! since weve been living here, we have had no major issues. the space we have is ridiculously big, worth the price we are paying. The office staff is very friendly and always remembers our names ! I have only lived here for 3 months and i am so done with this place. Let me guarantee you that your move in day will be a complete nightmare! They will lie and rip you off and on top of that the staff is rude AF! They lie about them handing your keys over late because maintenance and cleaning crews are getting everything ready yet when you move in they hand over a dirty ass, roach infested apt. They dont care about complaints and maintenance requests. The trash cans outside are always disgusting and over filled. BTW my A/C has been leaking for the past month and a half and i have put in request after request to try and catch their attention and NOTHING! they care more about their bonuses and using that money for them than fixing and upgrading these dirty ass apts. I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!! They need a complete new staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been here for almost 3 years and things have changed so much I moved to a new apartment for almost a year now and things have not been repaired or fixed, the staff tell you one thing and don’t take care of you . Or lie that theyve knocked and left to no response and I say LIE because I was in my apartment the whole time and took a day off and NEVER showed up and before they would leave a note if that was the case ! Their response is so selfish and the staff is not the same people from 3 years ago, their customer service is so lame and everything they say is not so promising. The front gate is still not fixed for security and last time me and my 2 year old coped ourselves with a crackhead in the parking lot and was super scared and mad due to its lack of importance to there residents safety ! Im very dissatisfied and disappointed in how this experienced turned out to be and this would be my last year staying at this place for my familys safety and stability

Moved in to a 1 bedroom with my family and then transferred to a two, have had ups and downs with issues in the apartment, but overall I am very happy with what Remo has to offer, I dont understand why people leave very negative comments or are offended with all the good comments, I truly believe that this is an amazing community they arent perfect but they are better than all the others I viewed prior to move. I think people should remember this are apartments, not a house, and not everything can be controlled

Maintenance is attentive, honest, and overall treat you like family. Complex is clean, and well manicured. The office staff is wonderful, especially Kimberly. She is my fax girl! I have no complaints about any of them, they always help me out. I have been living here for 8 months and plan on staying here for 80 years or until they kick me out! Hahaha

Friendly place to live, i have been here since 2010, the apartments, Jocelyn is AMAZING!!! She has helped me so much since she has been here. I really do like her.I feel close to her because she has been here for me, she feels like family. I talk to her about my family and everything and she always helps me understand things. Sometimes I dont understand things and she explains them to me until I do. Robert is nice and a lot of fun! HE IS AMAZING! He always gets the job done. Grounds are usually clean. Neighbors are sometimes bad, but then you get the good ones like mine, Lee that are REALLY special! Since I have lived at this property I feel like I have made friends... Ms. Honey, Ms. Lee, People I can talk to!... They are always willing to help. I AINT GOING ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I miss angie More than anything, she was my buddy!!, but thank you Remo for what you do now... and for letting me rent here.... and for always letting me yell and not kicking me out... !! We have that understanding and I feel At home!! We all voice are frustration, we vent and we are heard...Again, thank you Jocelyn! For everything you do! They will leave you HOMELESS! Roach infestation! Slow Careless Unprofessional staff! Think twice before renting here! I put down a deposit mid of May 2017, my move in date is June 17, 2017. I go into the office a couple of days before my move in date to give missing info. I ask to see the apartment, they said I cant because there is cleaning supplies in there so I said okay and didnt make a big deal. They reassured me I will be good to move in that Saturday if I dont receive a call from them Friday the day before my move in. I dont receive a call from no staff. That Saturday I load 3 cars with stuff and Im on my way and they tell me they dont have my keys and I cant move in because no one cleaned the unit. Im frustrated in this 118 degree weather and have to find a place to stay as I had turned in keys to my old place. They tell me they cant do anything about it and I can have keys in my hand by 11 am Monday the 19th of May. That is two days late where I have to find a place to stay at with all my belongings along with my children under the age of 5. I go back on Monday and My keys are not ready till 4pm meanwhile Im still with no home. I finally get my keys and and put things in my apt. LITERALLY 30 min later they call me to let me know I have to MOVE OUT! They didnt even give me a week or a day to stay there and find a place. They changed the locks ASAP with my belongings in the apartment with the condition that I empty it out the next day in this 118 degree weather. They left me HOMELESS along with my 2 little kids and no where for me to place my things. They said they cant do anything about it I just have to get my stuff out ASAP! On top of that they didnt even return my first deposit. These people will leave you HOMELESS if they want. If I can give Negative starts Id do -100 stars this is the worst place ever.

Where to begin... I recently moved to San Remo from their sister property San Martin. At the time I felt it was a great decision however was very wrong! I am not the type of person to cause a fuss over small things but what I have experienced at San Remo has been a nightmare! The 2nd night in the New apartment, I realized they had BED BUGS not to mention Cock Roaches!!! I would not wish that on my worse enemy! I brought it to the offices attention (which Roseanne is such a sweetheart) the next day however was told confirmation was needed by their professionals. That did not happen until 4 days after the first report. Once the inspection was complete, I met with the property manager who confirmed there were bed bugs and gave me a break down of the treatment plan (clean up after has been exhausting). I was and still am very upset and angry that the apartment was not properly inspected. I attempted to get to the bottom of why I was dealing with this nightmare but the property manager was not at all sympathetic and towards the end flat out denied there was in issue. Even after the fact that his professional confirmed the bed bugs the first time I bought it to their attention. I also collected pictures and caught bed bugs as evidence and still got no where, Since then it has became a blame game. In all my years of living in apartments I HAVE NEVER had an issue with BED BUGS, which the apartments gave me the impression that I brought the problem! But the funny thing is I moved out of there sister property the same day I moved in to their property, which they confirmed I never had the issue. I have not stayed at the apartment since however attempted multiple times which resulted in my child getting attacked by the awful critters. At this point I am depleted with this unfortunate issue and will have to deal with it on my own.... SO PLEASE READ THE WHOLE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING... THEY ALSO INCLUDE A WHOLE SECTION ADDENDUM FOR BED BUGS, which should tell you a LOT! I am counting the days, minutes and seconds for my contract to end! Thats just the worse part of the matter...

Horrible place horrible management they are constantly changing staff and managers & maintenance team. unorganized !!messing up on all the paperwork!! they are rude and talk to you like they are annoyed or something not to mention that they have a really bad bug problem( to be exact German roaches!) and they dont do nothing about it they just offer you for them to spray in which It doesnt help at all. we have put hundreds of dollars out of our pockets to fix or repair the apartment and for exterminator ! they will do anything in their power to get money out of you some way or another they will blame you for their mistakes and errors ... the apartments them selves are very spacious, roomy, neighbors never get in your business but their prices have gone up a ridiculous amount.. if you dont mind putting in money out of your pocket, living with bugs & a paying high rent then this is the place for you but other wise stay away from this place !

ONLY RATING FIVE TO BE SEEN.They never answer the front desk for one thing, I dont know why not, they are sitting on their behinds behind the desks all day long anyway! There have also been a series of BREAK INS and car thefts. And of course there are NO CAMERAS so naturally Nothing by this property management has been done and they even charge residence to fix the broken locks. He or say flys here as well, if a neighbor says something about you, youll be charged. This is not an over exaggeration. I have family who live here and if I were a resident Id sue the daylights out of them for rebellion and incompetent management.

I agree with Itzy. They are so bad with thwir maintenance. My AC has been leaking for months. It is ridiculous the living conditions they have us in. I have put in multiple request and nothing has been done. And in their system they put the request has been fixed. They broke into my place and it was a neighbor and they didnt evict them when they have a policy about that. I cannot wait to leave.

The girls in the leasing office were/are so very helpful and are genuinely sensitive to your needs. Do not go to these apartments. They have to have the most incompetent staff I have ever met. Lisa is the manager and she is extremely rude. I didnt even move into the apartments. I just filled out the application which they kept telling me was wrong even after having me come in twice to do it in front of their staff. Also let me tell you that Amy is the one they all answer to. I started speaking with her directly and even she cant get anything done timely. Stay away staff is horrible from top to bottom.

Garbage place to live. Garbage surrounding areas as well. Park nearby is always full of bums and people are always wandering the streets. The apartments though are very very very poorly built and run. Kitchen cabinets were literally stapled together!! (Dont believe me, go check for yourself) Cheapest building materials and workmanship Ive ever seen. They do not clean or prep apartments properly they just paint over everything. Sadly lived there for a few years. People who live there are trashy, literally leave trash everywhere, trash the pools and playgrounds. Tried to use playgrounds but theyre always filthy with trash/grafitti, I have also found broken glass and pieces of pipe from plumbing in the play area. Many people are infested with roaches or bed bugs, I had to seal off my apartment with caulking so no more roaches could get in from my surrounding neighbors.(later I found out they were infested with roaches and someone else in my building had a bed bug infestation) The staff will greet you with a smile and pretend to care until you leave the office. They are very slow to do work on apartments and never follow up on anything.(except rent, they definitely want your rent money!!) If you want something done either do it yourself or go to the office daily until they do it. They have tons of rules for apartments and patios but do not make anyone follow them. They allow solicitors and salesman to go door to door even during dinner and as late as 9pm. Peoples patios have all kinds of junk that is not allowed according to the rules and people with dogs walk them and never pick up poop but the apartment staff is too lazy to handle it. They try to make it look nice and clean up front but go take a walk on the weekend or sunday before they clean and you will see what type of mess the trashy people leave around. Beer cans, broken bottles, full trash bags, junk and couches/beds by the trash and the trash is always full! Unfortunately the only pictures I have now are of a trashy playground area.(some type of jagged copper pipe material there) I would not suggest this place to a friend or family, maybe an enemy though but even that is pretty harsh.Oh also the place is gated but they are always open! Whats the point?? Be afraid, be very afraid!

I never got to move in, so this review is strictly about my experience with the staff. I dont care to hear back from them, or talk with a property manager, as the property manager has clearly overlooked many complaints about the office staff.I can only agree with particular reviews regarding the office staff being rude, combative, talking over people, changing move in dates and units, being insistent that its not their fault if they made someone homeless, as well as twisting peoples words around to save their own hides.If you want youre holding fee back, you have to cancel within the first 72 hrs of giving them the holding fee...they wont budge on that, and Im not reviewing their policies for that reason.To anyone hoping to rent here, it seems to be a 50/50 gamble. If you dont mind being inconvenienced with constant changes to move in dates, units, as well as being misinformed or uninformed about changes, apply at your own risk. It would seem in between Facebook reviews and Google reviews, my family were not the only ones who had a similar experience toward the staffs ineptitude, and matter-of-fact attitudes, or the last minute changes to a units move in date.Ive spoken with Patricia (assistant manager), I did not lose my temper or talk over her, I was simply gathering information and stating facts. She however continued to talk over my words, and change her words at her own convenience. She told me the apartment I was unable to move into was vacant for 30 days, today is July 26th, my move in date was June 30 (how is that 30 days?). When I questioned her about why my move in date as well as unit had changed she told me it was because they couldnt secure the unit, although were unable to change the move in date to my original move in date of July 11th, because that unit had been vacant for 2 weeks prior and their policy doesnt allow them to hold an apartment past 2 weeks. (then why was the other unit vacant for apparently 30 days?)Marina was the leasing agent which began our original leasing process. To say the least she is not rude, but she is not very knowledgeable, efficient, or organized in her work. Avoid her and go to another leasing agent if you want the process to go smoothly.I also spoke with Julie, and she was very knowledgeable, and polite.I understand that when it comes to people in leasing department and management, often times people complain, curse and yell. Their job is stressful, however, I did not curse, or yell toward them or about them. Their perspective of me laying out facts and catching them up in their inconsistencies however turned them to yell at me and talk down to me as if I were not a rational, polite and respectful person. No one deserves to be treated in such ways. The office staff is very unprofessional, and I would love nothing more than to have a representative of Trinity management catch them in their shadow games and poor childish attitudes.Other than that, I hope others experiences arent as stressful and inconsistent as mine was. Although if it is, the staff is unapologetic and will just make you feel upset. They are like children, constantly passing the blame around to others and then becoming irate at anyone competent enough to ask them to explain themselves.

This place has gone downhill since new management has taken over. The lady is very rude and unprofessional. The apartments are also infested with roaches and termites.Update: Moving out today and I cant be anymore ecstatic about it. Dont let the 3.5 star average on google fool you this place is horrible. The apartments may look nice at first glance but look a lil closer and youll see all the problems here. The units are built poorly, everything is cheap, maintenance is useless, management changes every 3 months and never gets anything done. Also the neighbors are horrible no respect for others that live around them. Be careful of your vehicles as well kids like to climb on cars that dont belong to their parents and maintenance likes to spill paint all over your vehicle and claim they didnt do it. These apartments are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for

This place is a joke . I was in the hospital had a friend drop a money order or should I say try to drop a money order but the drop box had been bolted shut. So dropped the rent in the front door .10 days later got a eviction notice not one person can find my rent or knows what happened to it . These people never I mean never answer the phone, even when a written message is taken for manager she never once returned my calls . Staff is very unprofessional and imcompitent. Literally called 50 times in one day and still no answer.Really dont know what else to do . 😤😤😤

I would give them negative stars if I could. I moved in there June 10th, 2014 and I just moved out June 1st 2017. The first year and a half was ok except we had an on and off again roach problem and they wouldnt come in and do our work orders most of the time. But it got really bad when Scott T. came along. Then our work orders never got done at all and our roach problem got really bad. Scott wanted them to come in and bomb our apartment but we had to keep telling him that due to my medical conditions and my asthma we couldnt have them do that. My uncle, who is head of the pest department for the mesa school district, told me to have them bait and trap, because it was the best solution for my medical needs. ButNO thats not what Scott wanted, he only finally listened to us when we threaten to call the office of professional management. So after all this Scott and Patty started to get on our case because we had 3 dogs. Claiming we should have known that there was a 2 dog limit and we were supposed to sign some paper when we first moved in stating we acknowledge that, but when we first moved in they didnt have us sign anything like that. But the thing is we had to fight with them about this dog thing because all three of my dog are registered as my service animals. So they claimed they needed proof of this so I gave them their certificates to copy and my doctors note from my doctor even saying I need/benefit from having service animals. But that wasnt good enough for Scott because it said animals, and that was too vague, so I had to pay to get another note from another doctor that said animals not animal; but, NO that still wasnt good enough. The thing is that Scott wanted the doctors to write a letter that no doctor can or will write because they can lose their license; he wanted a letter stating that I need/benefit from three dogs and doctors cant be that specific in their letters.So then Scott gets fired for whatever reason and Angela takes over and my roommate Thomas goes up to the office to talk to her about the dog thing and about the fact that we filled out the stuff to renew our lease in February and its now the beginning of May, and our lease is up on May 9th, and we had yet to hear about our lease. So she looks into and a few days later gives us a letter stating they are not going to renew our lease due to health and safety issues. They gave us until the end of July to move out. We have now moved out and would recommend that no one lease an apartment from them in the future.

Ok this should be 4.5 stars - I have been a resident at this property for over 4 years (moved in 6/2012). In my time I cant say that I have any major complaints. The office staff (Patricia Acosta & Roseann Arellano) have been very helpful the times I have come to the office. I recently spoke to manager Scott Teerink recently about dogs off the leash and he put my concerns to rest. The property recently has taken a lot of steps to keep the grounds cleaner (a complaint I listed below). Dont believe the complaints about office staff below. Theyre always very accommodating and will work with you if you need to pay your rent late. People below just want stuff for free and dont seem like the type that are willing to work for it. If you pay your rent and respect the property and staff you will enjoy your time here.

❗️Terrible experience with maintenance at San Remo Apartments❗️. Had asked if they can replace a blown light at the the parking lot. Due to so many homeless walking around making it unsafe to see and has past a year and they havent replaced it. Also my washer stopped working and had water stuck in there making my apartment stink terrible. It has passed four months and they have still not come and fix it. Im for sure not recommending it and will not ever rent there again.

I cannot believe these people for reals. I was onlizne looking for the phone number to call and i see the recent reviews and they triggered me to call and find out if my set move in date was still in place. Guess what? Everygthing has changed. Why would you ask for a holding fee for an apartment if you will not keep that apartment as promised to the customer. Do you remember because of us tenants yall have a job to feed your family? Some people like myself are responsible and have budgets you cant just expect someone to pay out in a snap of a finger about 2k in 10 days. My point is I reserved this apartment since the end of May and for someone to tell me i must move in earlier than i was told or they would need to find another apartment to move me in by the date i was told. It does not make any sense. I was hoping to have the best experience here and it has turned out to be my worst nightmare 👿

Great place to live. Staff is very friendly and is always on top of everything. They are always willing to help any way they can. Patty is an amazing manager and is very comprehending with unexpecting sittuation. Going on 2 years being here and till this day i have had no problems with the staff . It is a quiet place and you defenatly get your moneys worth with the spaciouse appartments. I do recommend stoping by if your looking for a nice place to live.

On May 10th we put our application in for this place, getting the move in date set for July 11th.Kinda far away but it was okay. We put in all of our 30-day notices as well as changing the information for mail and setting up the SRP for that day and my husband got a transfer set for that week.They called us June 22 to tell us that apartment was no longer available, uuuumm.. isnt that what a holding fee is for?So they say they can move us in on June 30th. Saying as we would not have a place to move since weve already left our notice with our apartments we reluctantly agreed. It was a downstairs and a smaller unit so it killed me as we agreed over the phone. Had to call everywhere to get everything changed to a new apartment number.So we had to hurry and get everything packed sooner then that.Talked to Marina again and she assured us on June 30th to come in anytime and we can sign the papers but they wouldnt allow the keys to be picked up until 4, which was fine because since we didnt have a car I would have to wait until 7 when my sister was off work.Fast forward to June 30th. I had gotten a ride to the apartments at 12 ready to get everything done as quick as possible since my sister was waiting in the car, Marina did not allow us to sign the papers stating they wouldnt allow the papers to be signed since they were still waiting for something or other to go through.I was very upset, and she started saying that if the papers were not signed that very day that we would forfeit the apartment, that we can wait there until it went through or we could leave and theyd call us when it did happen.No call ever came that day.Very upset I started making arrangements of a place to stay and a few days later they call me and ask, Did you still want the apartment? Weve been waiting for you. I damn near snapped.Everything thats come out of the mouth of everyone in that office is inconsistent, incompetent and completely unprofessional.Today we tried calling to find out if we could get our holding fee as we need as much money as possible to foot the bill of staying with family because of the situation THEY caused and Patricia the assistant manager yelled at my husband asking what do they expect them to do, that we only had 2 days from May 10th to get the holding fee back for an apartment THEY DIDNT HOLD.Now Ive seen in the last 2 months from the reviews on Google and facebook that my family isnt the only one whos dealt with the situation of having the move in date changed on themThese people dont care if your homeless.By all means if you still decide to go with this apartment complex PLEASE dont get lease by MARINA! If anything go with Julie because shes the only one who wasnt rude as hell when you call them on the lies and inconsistency.I had so much hope for these apartments and now I wish I would have just stayed with Desert Lakes Apartments.

Worst place ever, they are INFESTED with bed bugs yet never told us or we wouldnt have moved in. then when we found out they denied it even though all the furniture by the dumpsters were infested and the bed bug guy was constantly in the complex. then they told us the treatment was free and afterwards are now trying to say we owe them $185 for the treatment. oh and if you have kids who like to play outside on your patio dont live here you will get letters for littered patios even if you only have a chair and table for you to sit at while your child plays. The staff ambushes you, disrespects and entraps you any chance they get they will harrass you until you snap. read the entire lease ask for a copy of everything right and there before signing the lease and keep copies of everything because they will ruin your life if you give them that chance

A week ago, my family and I moved into San Remo apartments in Glendale, AZ. We were excited to start this new adventure, coming from Yuma, AZ, because we were ready to take our growing family out of our home town in order to explore life on our own. However, the process was not as simple as we hoped. When I was signing the lease, my pregnant girlfriend and our 5 year old son were still in Yuma at the time. I explained this to the staff at San Remo, and they very clearly hinted that it would be OK to have my girlfriend move in, without her being present to sign the lease (I believe her name is Marina). They literally winked at me as a signal to not worry about her being on the lease. At the time, I thought this was great because I thought they were being helpful and that this would be beneficial for our family to get us started. As time passed and it got closer to our move-in date, there was a misunderstanding between the staff and I on the move-in date so it was explained that our apartment was not yet ready for us to move in. It was understandable, so I asked if I could at least get a tour of what the apartment looks like, since they do not have a model apartment to show, only floor plans on paper/online. They explained that they could not do this because it could change our mind about renting the apartment since it is not fully ready. I understood, and they promised the keys be ready the following morning by 9. Since that day would be a Saturday morning, I would be at work. They said it would be OK for my girlfriend to pick up the keys to the apartment. So she did, but the apartment was not ready til about 11. Which was no big deal. The maintenance crew were still in the apartment when she arrived so she waited in her car until they had finished. She thought it was completely fine because it at least meant they were working on the apartment to get it fully ready. By the time she went in to look at the apartment, there were some safety issues. The smoke detector was (and still is) missing from our sons bedroom so the wires were just hanging out, the smoke detector in our bedroom was literally hanging from the ceiling by a few wires, the AC vent was filthy and desperately needed a new filter, the large cover to the filter was very loose and hanging from one side, and the water heater had been leaking and had left a very unpleasant yellowish/brownish stain. Secondly, there were some cosmetic issues as well. The bedroom door in the master bedroom was missing, all of the other rooms that did have doors were filled with sticky dirty handprints of previous tenants, the windows have either missing or ripped screens, the closets sliding door needed fixing as it was stuck on one side, some light bulbs were out and needed to be replaced, the storage door was written on with chalk, and many of the tile pieces had cracks. We did not consider these issues very major and decided we could live with them since they are fixable. It was the third issue that we could not bare. The apartment, on top of all this, was infested with roaches. The roaches were in the kitchen, in the living room, in both bedrooms, in both bathrooms, in the hallway closet, in both bedroom closets, and in the laundry area. It was disgusting. My girlfriend reached the front desk right away, and they apologized and said they were not aware of the roach problem. They explained that pest control comes in every Tuesday so we would be put on the list. Since Tuesday was 3 days away, we decided to find another place to stay because the amount of roaches was ridiculous. Come Tuesday afternoon, our apartment was still not sprayed but we were running out of time, considering that you cannot enter the apartment for a few hours after it has been treated. Eventually we get the call weve been waiting for all day, the apartment was fogged and would be available within 3 hours so that the cleaning crew could clean up afterwards. My mother and I are VERY SATISFIED ! The office staff here at San remo apartments are amazing !! They made us feel right at home 😀 Theyre funny and really nice and over all have great personalitys. The people around the community are very friendly too (:, but most of all our apartment is really nice! I cant wait to create new adventures here with my family ! Also I suggest coming to these apartments cuz well.. Best words I can describe them has is one of a kind 👌Special Thank u 2 : marina, Kimberly, patty, & Scott thank you guys soooo much for everything! 💕/ maintance guys are fab. As well 🤗

I am a current tenant a San Remo apartments At move in, patty took her time to help me make sure I would be able to pay the rent. helped me budget my income. i can say the girls in the office patty and rozann are always so out going and make sure that everything is good, since i am a single mom they try make sure that if anything in my apartment needs to be fixed, they try to get it done soon, I know the maintenance are busy, they are always so on top of everything too. the girls have even gotten a cat out my storage room. Happy with staff and the apartment complex. Stacy has also been a great help with helping get my rent on timeshout out to the rozann for recommending the tamal guy to me!!if you are a family I will recommend this property very quiet and has two pools and two parks, has special events for residentsOVERALL HAPPY WITH REMOP.SPlease fix gates, thats the only thing I can say bothers me(;
