If you are looking to potentially get hired, I would not recommend applying here. I was scheduled for an interview at 3:00 p.m, I get there at 2:50 and sitting in the office for 45 minutes. And was not notified of any prior arrangements causing delay for my interview. This experience shows this company does not value the time, or have the decency to communicate with potential employees.

I had to pay through my apartment called spring meadows and they only fogged the apartment. They didn’t spray or anything. I wish I could’ve explained that I would’ve wanted the unit to be sprayed and not just fogged. Price isn’t worth it.

This is seriously the most frustrating experience I have ever had. My apartment has been treated twice now for bed bugs. This second time the bed bugs are still here and when I contacted my apartment and she called the company, they told her I wasn’t prepared for the second treatment, so they claim. Why was I not given notice of this a month ago and why was there still a note left on my door with a completion date? So obviously confused by this I gave them a call and got no help. No answers. I have been living-out it of boxes for months now and I have absolutely no control here. I was prepared exactly the way I had been for the first part of the treatment and the exterminator told me it was well done. This place is has been giving me the run around for so long and I just want to be comfortable in my own home.Update: Tom the supervisor immediately responded and personally came to my apartment to ensure my issue was taken care of. He was very concerned over our situation and I am definitely much more comfortable knowing he is control of the work done in my home.

I have a job where I have to go into other peoples homes and often sit on their furniture, so Im prone to picking up more bugs than the average person. Ive had Wagner treat my apartment for bed bugs twice and both times Ive been very happy with the results. I havent been home for either treatment but I didnt have any further bites after either treatment. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of their policy (which I read in a response here to another person) that they wont communicate with individuals who live in apartments directly. Ive called with questions previously (Im not from Phoenix and was unfamiliar with bed bug behaviors and treatments when I moved here) and 1.) I dont know if the young lady answering the phones is told not to answer questions or if she was just never trained in the specifics of the field, but speaking to her yielded no real answers and 2.) Ive asked for return phone calls from an actual exterminator both through the receptionist and via a note left on the door of my apartment previously and neither time did I receive a phone call back. Not only is the apartment manager only here a few hours a day, its also not very efficient and potentially inaccurate to have a 3rd party who isnt a professional in your field relaying messages to customers. Im an RN and I would never ask an accountant to relay technical medical information to one of my patients. Someone who lives in an apartment is no less deserving of accurate and expeditious information than someone who lives in a house. Aside from that, I do truly appreciate the quick and thorough service Ive received. Thanks!

I forgot the name of the guy who sprayed my rental but he was super awesome! I was running late to meet up at the rental to open the doors so he could spray, in the mean time he sprayed the outside before I got there. When the job was done the gentleman saw me double checking certain areas and ask me if I wanted him to go over it again, which I appreciate! Since my home was sprayed I have not seen any pests. Also the girl who answered the phone to make my appointment was very nice great customer service overall thank you!

Ive used Wagner at both of my apartment communities for pest control for about 5 years now. Recently I have had phenomenal service by David G. He is very knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to go over prep sheets with my residents prior to them getting serviced so their apartments are prepped correctly for treatment and that shows that he really cares and my residents appreciate it. He is extremely friendly and what left an impression on me was that he actually takes the initiative to check for ant hills or other exterior pest issues we have and treats them before we even notice the problem. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. I am extremely happy with my tech and the service we receive. I highly recommend Wagner for all pest control services.

I called to get a tick service for my friend. The 1st time they came out Tim and his trainee did a basic service. I called back and talked with Tom the service tech manager and he said he would come out with Tim and do a inspection and treat accordingly. They came out and treated for a tick service (which my friend is heavily infested). The next week they were supposed to be out on Thursday 12-3. Jules called at 3 to find out where the tech was and was told that she was scheduled for the next day. She lost it because she only has wed and Thurs off and she called in at 10am and requested that the tech call her 30min b4 coming that day. So they had to find another tech to come over to respray for ticks. Robert showed up and was so respectful, helpful, informative, cared for Jules 2 dogs, and actually talked to me and Jules and informed of us of exactly what he was doing in every room, closet and outside and what to expect afterwards. I used to be in pest control for 20 years and I could only wish I had employees like ROBERT. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROBERT! YOU REALLY EASED JULES MIND. I know she has a battle yet but shes a little less stressed.

I have been using Wagner Pest Solutions for about 10 years and they have always been extremely professional. I use then for monthly service but have also had then some bird control and bee control also. We use Wagner Pest Solutions every month because we dont ever see bugs in our home!

Our apartment complex forced us to go through this company when we had a problem with bed bugs. They would never speak to us on the phone or even give us basic information on what we should do about the bugs and preparing for treatment even though we were the ones paying them! And it was all a complete waste of money anyways because now the bed bugs are back. Oh and it took them 4 tries to even take the dust cover off all the furniture so that would probably explain why the bugs came back. This company is completely incompetent, we paid professionals money for the bugs to be gone, and they arent gone its that simple. The PCPs sent to us were different every time so they had no new information for us and would spend about 10 min in the apartment before they left. Do NOT hire this company for bed bugs, they are completely incompetent for the job.

It is important to know when you have an issue the company your dealing with will address it promptly. This is what happened to me today and Tom, the Service Manager, had someone out to my house immediately, and Jacob did a very thorough job. With that said, I have requested Jacob service my house on a regular basis.This is why I have been with Wagner Pest Solutions since the beginning. A great group of people to work with.

I would have gladly given this company a 5-star review in the past. However, the events of this past couple weeks have soiled that. It all started when they charged my credit card for a service that was never received. The tech blatantly lied about coming to my home, which was all the more suspicious being that I didn’t even have a scheduled appointment. After being basically called a liar on the phone by the receptionist, I immediately went to the office and demanded to first see a ticket with my signature (which they did not have), and then to speak directly to the supervisor immediately! The supervisor showed up after a few minutes, with an attitude, I might add. After much discussion, and a phone call to the tech, which he lied directly to his supervisor about treating my home, they eventually, begrudgingly, refunded my card, stating that they guess they’ll “believe me.” Why would I lie about such a thing? Then when I said to completely cancel my services, the supervisor asked me not to and that he would put a different tech on my account. I agreed at the time, since they did a good job of getting my scorpion issues under control, and said I would call to schedule my next appointment as I would not be available that week. Well, I called to schedule the appointment, they took down the information and said a schedule person would call to confirm the appointment. Today, I instead received a call that they will no longer be servicing my home. Good ridence! Should have just told the supervisor to shove it when he asked me not to cancel originally!

Theyve proven to me that if youre not satisfied, they will make it right.Maybe Jacob was having an off day on Oct 30th as Ive seen hes had some glowing reviews on here. First, he wrote that he saw no signs of live bugs in my apartment when he hadnt even come to my apartment to begin with. He did come back when called but didnt spray anywhere I told him weve seen bugs. He put something behind my stove without moving anything, sprayed a very little part of the living room and sprayed the air in the middle of my bathroom so he cost me money in rewashing towels and buying new toothbrushes. Im glad I followed him or I wouldnt have seen him do it and couldve ended up sick. Big disappointment.

My son answers the door Im in the other room and this dude leaves because of sheer laziness. He doesnt even ask if an adult is present. Scapegoats a less than 5 minute spray just tells my son he came to spray and walks away. Writes in notes a minor was present. This guy do this to everyone who has kids or what? How old is this worker?

The technician was professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers as to not mess up the floors or carpets. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. He explained what he was going to do and what to expect when he was done. He also explained what “might occur” in the near future. If we had any concerns or thought of anything new to please give Wagner Pest Control a call and they would be glad to answer any questions or comeback and check things out. Great experience!! One of there employees stole my fiances ring. My apartment complex gave them access while we were at work. Came home and it was gone. Filed a police report. Called owner of company. And never received the ring back. I would also be missing beer out of my fridge each time they were over. They are a good company they just dont care if there employees steal. This company has been treating my apartment for the last few weeks, and absolutely nothing is getting done. There are still roaches all over the place, and even though they have sprayed the entire building and the apartments within, there are still a ridiculous amount of roaches running around. Either this company uses substandard products, or they’re not using them properly. Either way, they’re not doing their job right, and this is very upsetting being forced to live in what I consider to be unsanitary conditions.
