This was great! I got picked up by a nice town car with a great driver. They had water waiting and the app was really easy to use.

I would like to give them 5 stars for having a nice driver and quick service BUT heres the problem. I had a code for a discounted ride in the system and it was apparently lost during several updates they did to the application unknown to me until after my ride.The customer service is slow to respond and gave me a run around in answers. Also the application does not give you an estimate of the cost of your ride so I also was not aware my ride for the evening that was typically $16 via Uber was $55. I would love to use the service again knowing its luxury cars and for a large group, but will because of poor customer service and a not fully developed application.I had to eat the $55 and would love to show anyone the email correspondence they slowly send. But you can read those on the BBB website, if needed.
