Stopped in to meet for a work flight that I had to go on. The lobby is extremely welcoming and clean, i was impressed. They staff was helpful and friendly, there was even complimentary coffee, tea, and lemonade.Overall, a great place!

John Fisher at Glendale Aero Services was extremely helpful when we stopped by in our Cirrus SR20 for a tire change and air conditioning service. John is the Director of Maintenance at the Cirrus Service Center. It was a very fun stop on the way to California. I highly recommended Glendale Aero Services.

If I could give zero stars I would. Who the heck manages this place. I pulled up and had to call for someone to come out and fuel. Then I met the office staff. Omg. They are the worst I’ve ever seen in 50 years of flying. I hope this operation can be replaced soon!!

I have to say, the front end of this FBO is fantastic. Great facility, very friendly front end staff that will do their best to take care of you. The fuel guys are great as well, no issues there. The maintenance department on the other hand is an absolute joke. Ive never been treated so badly by someone im trying to pay money to. They are rude, and not helpful at all. Excuse me for trying to give you work to do; It is your job after all.. Its pretty bad when you have an aircraft based out of Glendale that flies elsewhere for service. Stay away from this place! The attitude of the maintenance staff alone will show you that you dont want them going anywhere near your aircraft.
